I was excited that this location opened up nearby. However, I’ve been about 12 times and each time the service keeps going downhill. The food is not what it used to be. If you ask the staff for anything besides the check they act like it’s a burden. I have stopped going to this location and going to another Italian restaurant in Hoover where the staff makes you feel appreciated and happy to take care of you.

Went to eat at Olive Garden tonight and just had to put out a report of how outstanding it was. When we walked in, we were sat down in less that 5 minutes. The food was amazing, salad was great as always, and our waitress (Meagan Baldwin) was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had at any restaurant. She was always on top of everything and even talked to the kids and made them feel as if they were an adult, which they loved. We didn’t have to ask for 1 refill or any services as she was right there everytime on top of everything. I recommend that management looks to promote her at some point because she is an asset to the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant! We will definitely be back.

Honestly, I’m kinda scared to eat my food due to the appearance of the restaurant. As I walked in to place my to go order I immediately looked down at the rug which was filthy! The young ladies that were working the area were nice. O went to the restroom and was shocked on the way there. The area where the food comes out at was filthy, I was greeted by the young lady at the bar. The restrooms definitely made me rethink my visit! I came out to the to go pickup area and there wetter two managers there that never acknowledged me. The two kind young ladies that greeted me when I came in, one which was in training came out with my food.

My mother and I had lunch there today, October 21. We were seated in a timely manner and served by the sweetest waitress. We think her name was Melanie, but she was a pretty girl with rosy cheeks. She exceeded all expectations and had a very pleasant personality. She made our eating experience very enjoyable and we will definitely be back! Also, the restaurant hostess was very friendly and pleasant, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very warm and inviting.

They brought back the steak Gorgonzola! Easily my favorite dish at Olive Garden. It’s more of a blue cheese flavor, if you like that flavor, check it out!

My friends and I came to eat for a birthday dinner. We were a group of teenage girls and were sat and had our orders taken we got drinks and were not checked on during our over an hour wait for our food. We had to find our server to ask to refill our drinks and she acted like we offended her for asking even though every girls cup was empty. I can’t even say the service was good or bad because we only saw her 3 or 4 times the entire two and a half hours we were there. We were also the only table in her section. After we paid we needed change and waited 10 minutes and were already frustrated from waiting for everything else the whole night so we decided to try and find someone to help us because it was ten pm at this point. Another server was very rude to us for asking a question and said “You can go stand in the lobby and keep staring at us”. We were very disappointed in our service even though the food was great and we did not tip and will not be coming back.

Review for takeout: order online – very simple and easy. Selected 7PM for pickup, showed up and entered my parking spot – had my food in 30 seconds. Food tasted great and was nice and hot still when I got home. Definitely would recommend their takeout system!

Great dining experience. Great food delivered with the spark of magic. From the appetizer all the way to the sweet treat it is always amazing to enjoy. One of the best signature dish I believe is the Tour of Italy, which is basically what 4 of 5 times I will order for sure. Soups are great but the salad with the house dressing tossed in is what makes it enjoyable . You must have salad with the warm garlic bread, no doubt about it. Looking for a good holiday cocktail and a good pasta ?? Don’t wait anymore, head to Olive Garden, and enjoy a wonderful “me-time” this Christmas.

I gave 3 stars because, I really enjoyed the atmosphere the space is very nice and beautiful to see Olive Garden step up the decor. The management is very good, they corrected the issue with my food, my server was not the best but he managed to get through his shift. The food wasn’t fresh I had to reorder my food because of the quality I just didn’t enjoy the food..and it was my birthday so I was a little disappointed on a $60 ticket, but I really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. I will try it again, give it another try and rate again after my second visit. To be continued
Update: revisited this location today and when I say the service the food was nothing short of amazing everything was fresh and hot the server Jacob was very attentive the manager was very helpful and my family and I enjoyed every moment .. very pleased with my second visit.

It was 3 of us. The waitress was great at first. Got our drinks fast. Took our orders. Got food fast. Well 2 of us did. The other plate disnt come at all. Till we was finished eating then the 3rd persons plate came out. We told the waitress befor it came out to put it in a to go box. Did she. Nooo. Also i asked dor a sweet T refill whole eatting my plate. She forgot came back to the table and said she was sorry. But then brought it out to me. The bread sticks was cold and wasnt done. Salad didn’t have dressing on it.
