I placed an order of my favorite OG, Chicken Parmesan. I mentioned in the app that it was my birthday, just hoping it would help motivate my order into a nicely prepared meal… I did not expect them to wish me a happy birthday, let alone see that I had something sweet to finish my lil party of one, in a pleasant way!

I saw the commercial of Calabrian Steak and Shrimp Bucatini on TV, my husband and I, we couldn’t resist so we went to OG tonight. We were greeted by our server Jason and while waiting for the main dish, we started with OG’s signature salad and bread sticks. Next, Calamari for appetizer, it was good, crispy outside, tender and juicy inside. No too much of batter was a plus, not greasy at all. When our dishes came, we couldn’t wait to dig in. Boyz, it lived up to the name and tastes. IT WAS DELICIOUS. Sirloin steak was tendered and well seasoned while shrimp was succulent and crunchy. It was prepared perfectly with thick, hollow spaghetti type of pasta and THE SAUCE was heavenly good. It was like marinara creamy sauce with a touch of spinach. My husband cleaned his plate. Lol.
We were so full that we couldn’t try any dessert. Next time, perhaps.
– Special shout out to JASON, our server. He’s an asset to OG. He was frequently checking on us for water refilling, asking us if we need more salad or bread sticks…
Overall, we’re very satisfied with the food and service that OG have offered.
– I have one suggestion, please OG, keep Calabrian Steak and Shrimp on regular menu

I was there for a special celebration, I don’t know if because Monday, but I have an unpleasant experience here. All the dinner we were feeling that they were rushing, we just get the dinner plate and they was offering a to-go box.
The bread look like re-heat, taste like old and no oil at all. One of the fettuccini arrived dry, like was served for time ago. The calamari were over fry.
Ohh, check your bill, my bill showed 2 times what I expected, after reviewed, they was charged by error things that I didn’t consume.
Positive: The Salmon was really good! The salad was fresh!

This was the absolute best delivered meal I’ve ever had! I’ve always viewed Olive Garden as an average meal. This time was different. I just ordered a family lasagna meal. When it was delivered, it was packaged perfectly. The salad was fresh and crisp with the extras I ordered for it included, the soup and lasagna were piping hot and delicious. The eye for detail in what they included was exceptional. Plates, bowls, serving pieces for each item and even the Andes candies. I just wanted to give a big thank you to the management and staff of this location. You definitely created a loyal customer in me!

Restaurant looked a little dated, was clean other than crumbs on seat. Cheese flavour in the Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo was a little overwhelming. Even tho it says unlimited bread sticks we weren’t offered any more after the initial portion.

Elizabeth was absolutely phenomenal. My boyfriend and I eat at Olive Garden all the time probably at least once a week because he loves it so much and we have honestly never had service like hers before. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome without being overbearing. Everything was perfect, and she truly went above and beyond. Hands down the best server we’ve ever had here. We hope we get Elizabeth every time we come back!

I have been to this location twice with loved ones as an Italian Food Freak, the second experience more awesome than the first. (First experience- a mistake, beer spilled down my shirt). Waiters and waitresses are on top of it, speed of service is excellent, they don’t mess around with getting your other to the kitchen! If Gordon Ramsey were there, he wouldn’t be asking where the Lamb Sauce is.
