I visited this restaurant on Sunday with my husband and my baby, and the experience was very disappointing. I observed staff cleaning tables with a dry cloth, without any disinfectant or even water—simply wiping off crumbs and moving on. This is extremely concerning, especially during cold and flu season, when many people and children are more vulnerable to bacteria and illness.
Cleanliness should be a top priority in any restaurant, particularly where families and babies are eating.
To make matters worse, when I ordered my food, the staff member made me feel uncomfortable, that I just take my food to go and eat at home instead of dining in. That was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Due to the lack of proper sanitation and poor customer service, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Good food and great service.
I ordered the Pasta and it was really excellent.
The best part of Olive garden is that you can expect the same taste which ever location you visit. And truly we were not disappointed with the tasty food.
The five cheese marinara is good to try. They serve soup or salad as a starter along with the garlic sticks.
I prefer to have the Minestrone soup because that’s the only vegetarian option available.
Kudos to this Olive garden location and wish they maintain the same level of quality, quantity and service.

One of the best Olive Garden I have been to. The service was great. We arrived right when they opened and the severs were more than ready for us. They were all very courteous and welcoming. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The broccoli was not overcooked and complimented the salmon beautifully. Everything we ordered was delicious. The chicken tenders, from the kids menu, were crispy and cooked right. We appreciate the service that we received and the service that was given to all those guests around us. I highly recommend this location. Keep in mind that they are located in a busy area so just be patient if you are going during their busy hours.

Heather our server the night we visited, she was Sensational. And her counter parts as well servers to her right and left even the manager on duty, she also stop by to see if we needed anything absolutely loved it. And my family of 8(7 the night we went) loved every moment. It’s hard to get great service with majority of our children under 7 years old. So thank you Heather and Olive Garden staff making us feel like family. But if I had to make a positive observation of something that can be better I would say the host they can use better communication with the guest Ex: I did my reservation on the phone and on my phone it said my seat was ready and then it said that your party has been seated. But yet I will still waiting to be seated. No communication from the host to let me know. Hey! No worries. We’re getting it ready for you so that was a little frustrating. Like I said, five little ones. Other than that the whole rest of the experience was amazing.

My bf and I went to this location on Valentine’s Day 02/14/2026. Our server was a lady named Katy. My bf paid the bill of $89.06 with his debit card, and tipped the waiter $20 cash. Today he looked at his bank statement and sees a posted charge for $95.06. Concerned about this, I called this location today and spoke with a manager named Jim and explained the situation to him. He said he can see the server added the $6.00 card tip for some reason and then asked if I wanted a $20 gift card and/ or a refund….I’m sorry, but the first thing Jim should’ve led the conversation with was an empathetic apology, not a $20 gift card. Anyways, we will pass on the $20 gift card and we are expecting the refund. Jim said he will have to investigate this matter and said he will be sending me an email. I also asked to have the GM named Marcos call me so I will wait on his call tomorrow. We are so upset by this and yes even though it’s just a measly $6.00, we can only imagine how many other customers this server has possibly done the same thing to. We’ve never experienced something like this before, especially since we always tip 20% or more. My bf is a server himself, we are just in disbelief honestly.

My family of 4 ate here for lunch on Valentine’s Day, 2-14-2026 thinking that it would be a nice place to go for Valentine’s Day. First we were sat at a cramped booth. I asked if we could be moved to a table and was given a dirty look but after a few minutes she came back and said that we could be moved to a table. The restaurant did not have many customers at all. I could see a lot of empty tables. We waited about 20 minutes before the waitress came to our table. While she was taking our orders we had a couple of questions. Her answers were, “I don’t know”. She didn’t even offer to go and find out for us. I also asked if there was a lighter version of what I wanted to order and she laughed out loud and said, “no”. This was so disrespectful, unprofessional and uncalled for. Our soups, salad and bread were brought to our table. The soup plates, not bowls, had about 1 cup of soup in each bowl/plate if that. Our bread was cold and under cooked. When our main courses came and we started eating it, all of our food was cold and did not taste good at all. I asked for more bread and it came burnt and hard. Our food bill was over $100.00 which was totally ridiculous and outrageous for the kind of service and bad food that we received. We have no plans to go back to this restaurant.

The food was awesome and I really enjoyed my dinner but there was a lady shutting the curtains in front of us and the restaurant wasn’t even closing.
She was rude and closed the blinds of the entire place with customers inside still eating blocking the view to the outside.

The waitress we had was so great and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. She was attentive to my wife and even let her try the drink to see if it would be something she would like. We will gladly come back

It’s been a while, and let me tell you our food was delicious and fresh. Just the right amount of seasoning. To find out the cook was in training and he did a fantastic job. I didn’t get his name unfortunately. We also had a great serve named Vanessa. She was sweet and had everything coming our back to back. We didn’t need to ask for any refills for bread or drinks she kept them coming. She was very professional and polite. Needless to say it was an amazing lunch with my family and great experience. Thank you Olive Garden .
