Service was very slow for an early afternoon with not many people in there. We got our food before our drinks and bread sticks when we were almost finished with our mea after asking several times. The soup and salad were delicious!

Always a good choice for some good Italian food. Appetizers were good and hot salad and bread sticks never can go wrong. We ordered for main courses chicken parm chicken Alfredo and shrimp pasta all were great. We had a new server who wasn’t the best but thats not the normal there. Recommend if you’re in the area and wanting Italian.

Very disappointing experience.
We placed an online curbside order and waited over one hour for a simple soup, in 21°F weather, with four small children in the car.
To make things worse, other customers who arrived after us received their orders much earlier, which made the situation feel unfair and poorly managed.
The soup was extremely watery, the breadsticks we paid for were missing, and even though we requested disposable plates and utensils, they forgot the spoons, which made it impossible to eat the soup properly.
As an “apology,” they filled the bag with the complimentary chocolates they give to all customers, which was not appropriate or helpful — especially since we do not eat sugar.
From start to finish, this meal was bad in every possible way. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at Olive Garden. I expect much better.

I went with friends about 10 of us. It was a Friday evening couple weeks ago. I ordered the seafood Alfredo with salad and the bread sticks. I had a taste of calamari from a friend there it was good too. I ordered a glass of Merlot with my meal. I wound up having the remaining for to go. So much food. I went to the one in Clearwater on U.S 19 next to the tax building.

This has always been one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I love olive garden and come here for my birthday often. Which we did last week. I’m not sure what you did to your breadsticks, but they are dry and tasteless now. They used to be a delight. Id pay for the old ones.. these things are pretty blah. I ordered Steak gorgonzola but asked if they would use regular Alfredo sauce since I can’t do blue cheese. Husband got chicken parm and my girl got chicken and broccoli Alfredo. We got fried ravioli app, it was not bad but they should give you more than a tablespoon of sauce for them since they are very dry.
The chicken parm was one of the saddest things I’ve ever seen, looked like a frozen chicken patty? Like a school lunch chicken sandwich patty… came with very sad angel hair pasta, quite dry.. my steak gorgonzola had very little sauce and no sun dried tomatoes, the girls Alfredo was perfect.

For 730 on a Friday evening, it was nice to not have lines outside waiting. The food was delicious. The only thing I have to say about the service man is he must be young and not perfectly trained. We were a party of four, and it was a going away party and a retirement party so there were lots of conversation. After receiving our food, there was maybe one or two follow ups the rest of the meal. I ordered a Coke and never received a refill the whole time. He also while clearing the table, and after clearing the table, did not take the opportunity to offer the desserts list or menu. I would have purchased a cannoli. That’s a sales opportunity lost. Overall we did enjoy ourselves very much. I will say that Olive Garden‘s decor is much outdated at this point. I understand the theme, but can’t you come closer to 2026?

We had such a wonderful experience at Olive Garden! A big thank you to Maddy and the manager for being absolutely incredible when our son had a little accident during our visit. They were kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. Their kindness turned what could have been a stressful moment into something positive and memorable.

Very good, my friend had the salmon, she said it was delicious and I had stuffed chicken marsalla. Oh…so good. And, of course their salad is outstanding. The breads ticks could have been cooked just a little bit longer.
