I hate to leave petty reviews bc I’m pretty easy going but I have to say I was very disappointed with the whole experience. My mom was visiting and my son took us out for what we thought would be a nice dinner. Upon being seated I overheard a server telling a customer that you can substitute anything. My barely audible and not welcoming server came over . I didn’t see the combo I wanted and asked my server if I can substitute the beef/chicken combo for a shrimp and chicken combo and he said yes. We all had a bowl of soup and waited. Our food arrived and my pasta had NO shrimp. The person who bought the food to table said she can have them add it. A few minutes later shrimp came…. But I had already lost my appetite bc my breadstick or drink refill never came during my wait. It did eventually after my son asked again but I was over this dinner experience. My mom pasta was swimming in Alfredo sauce but my son barely had enough spaghetti sauce to swirl his pasta!I asked for boxes and was about to pay the bill and saw they charged me extra for the shrimp substitution. No one mentioned there was an extra charge for the substitution. When I questioned my server he just shrugged and said he didn’t know there would be a extra charge yet never voluntaried to question it or remove it or nothing!!! It wasn’t the $5 extra that made me upset but the overall experience!! My son paid the bill and should have never left a 20% tip for such awful service but he still did bc we are nice and decent people. Never eating there again!

The ladies were craving pasta so decided on Olive Garden. The kids were excited! Service was great. Food was bountiful & delicious. One of the restaurants when you pay a lot you get a lot! Great for family and for a romantic getaway

We were greeted right away. Waitress was super friendly. We were a group of 7 and they were very accommodating. The menus we were given, half of them were sticky and gross. You could see the liquid on them. Had to rush to bathroom to wash the mystery fluid off our hands.
But besides that everything else went pretty smoothly. Soup and salads were good. She brought out extra bread sticks since we were a larger group.
I had the stuffed shells and I loved them. Good amount. The breadcrumbs on them added that extra texture and flavor to the meal. Was definitely full by the time we left.
The also have wine for $15 a bottle. Great deal to go with dinner.

We had a strong desire for pasta, so we chose to dine at Olive Gardens. The hostess warmly welcomes us.
Our server, Megan, was extremely friendly and polite. I appreciate her tidy appearance, with flawless makeup that suits her job role, and a clean uniform. I really admire how well she presents herself.
Our pasta, salad, and bread are absolutely delightful. Everything was superb!

I can’t say enough about the catering service at Olive Garden! I placed a large order for a sixteenth birthday party. The order was ready on time, hot, and well stocked with utensils, chafing dishes, serving utensils, salad dressings and croutons! Definitely recommend!

12/16/21 Night and day… must be a new manager. I believe I saw him walking around all the tables making sure the service was good and food delivered on time as ordered. Service was great food was what I’m used to and excellent. 8/4/21 Server was ok but forgetful. Had to ask for breadsticks, said no onions but full of onions, forgot cheese… Also I found a hair in salad, see pic, server sad so sorry… I had to ask for a new salad and silverware. My soup was like the bottom of the pan and mostly beans. Not sure I’m going to stop in this location again after today. Ugh… 1/22/21 Good as always but the service was a little slow at this location. Just stopped in again and the service was very good and the soup and salad wonderful as always.

I ordered a curbside pickup order on January 20th, 2026.. and because I gave a small tip, they opened up a melted chocolate bar and put it in the same bag as my pasta so that when I got home there was melted chocolate absolutley everywhere…. These people are evil, its not the first time this happened either, last time I gave a $2 curbside tip, they gave me cold meat. Be aware, that’s all.
