This Olive Garden has always been disorganized and had very terrible service.
From the moment we were seated, the service was unacceptable. We waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone came to take our order. After ordering, it took another 15 minutes for our soup and salad to arrive, and the breadsticks did not come until after our entrées were served—and only after we asked for them. Overall, we spent about two hours at the restaurant with minimal attention from our server, Yanet, whose service was disorganized and inattentive throughout the evening.
The situation escalated when we attempted to pay using the tabletop tablets and unknowingly paid the wrong bill because the devices were assigned to the incorrect tables. When we brought this to staff’s attention, we were told the charge would be refunded but that it would take 2–3 business days for the money to return to our account. In the meantime, we were required to pay our actual bill as well. This error resulted in nearly $200 being withdrawn from our account due to a staff mistake.
While I understand that occasional errors happen, the combination of prolonged neglect and a serious billing issue reflects poorly on the establishment’s management and procedures. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and hesitant to return. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that corrective action is implemented to prevent similar situations in the future.

The service was superb! I forgot to mention to my server that I don’t eat pork, and she replaced my appetizer without question or hesitation. The staff was very attentive of our party of seven. I enjoyed the chicken Alfredo. I couldn’t finish…too many bread sticks!

Olive Garden serves very generous portions and the service is impressively fast. I had the chicken and broccoli, it was good, though a bit lacking in flavor for my taste. The pasta dishes looked better, so I’d be open to giving it another shot. Just a heads up: if you’re looking for healthy options, this might not be the place…most dishes average over 900 calories.

Olive Garden is always a place where I go when I’m in the mood for Italian food. This particular branch was the worst service I’ve been to. They blast the music so loud. The service gave us the wrong drink. We didn’t make a big deal and just drink it. Then we watch her take phone calls, flirt with the cook, go the the kitchen, welcomed new customer, gave their drinks, back to kitchen, flirt with the cook again all while we are trying to get her attention to bill out.

Fantastic Catering for Our Birthday Celebration!
We recently ordered catering from the Olive Garden in Hialeah for a birthday party of 31 people this past Saturday, October 4th, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed with the service from start to finish. The food arrived exactly on time, and the delivery driver Astrid was incredibly friendly and professional, which really helped kick off the celebration on a positive note.
Most importantly, the food was excellent! Everything was fresh, delicious, and generously portioned. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Olive Garden made catering for a large group completely stress-free. We will definitely be using their catering service again for future events. Highly recommended!

My friend suggested that we celebrate her birthday for lunch at Olive Garden. I had never been there before. Plenty of parking, Tuesday at 1pm the restaurant was about 1/3 occupied, quick service. Big menus, I saw small lunch special that were very appealing. So, we ordered the shrimp frito misto, lunch portions of Eggplant parmigiana, fettuccine Alfredo, 3 meatballs, large Ceasars salad with bread sticks & tiramisu. There was a delicious lemonade. All I all the food was decent, not fancy Italian just basic. The stars were the salad & the tiramisu. FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM KARINA!

The silverware were not clean and some of the plates were dirty too. The pasta, salad and soup were 7/10. The flavor is not similar to what we have tried before in other OG locations. The server was kind tho. It took almost 40 minutes for me to receive my shrimp scampi plate. And when I received it, was not what I ate before in other locations. Cold, plain pasta and it seems like the shrimps were not cooked. Will not visit again.
