Snobs look down on Olive Garden. We’ve been visiting since 1992 on our first visit to Florida from the UK although we haven’t been for a number of years.
Food at this location was top notch, service was outstanding as was value. You really can’t go wrong.

Our family had a wonderful time eating dinner at this location. First, the exterior of the building matches the beauty and warmth of the interior. If you live in Florida it’s almost like you are visiting whole other state. We were met with a welcoming and hospitable staff. Our server was Garrett and he did a wonderful job being there for all our needs. The food in my opinion is what you would expect from a chain Italian restaurant, especially if you are from New York, but here it’s really a night out at a good restaurant with a great feeling of care for the customer. All around a nice, relaxing experience with the family.
Some notes:
*The games cost $2.99 my older kids assumed they were complimentary, don’t touch the thing unless you know what you are doing! You will pay on that little device as well, which is convenient I guess but I would not consider it a draw for the customer but that’s my opinion.
*The booth table can be small and cramped for 4 normal sized adults. If you like booths and are more than 2 adults maybe choose a table or maybe ask if there are larger booths.
*The margarita shot comes on the side of the drink. Basically you pour it in. I just of course dumped the whole thing in instantly but I found that to be very thick tasting. I’m not sure what tequila they use I suspect that it’s different than I’m use to but it was gone by the time we left so I am not complaining. It was good not really an Italian drink just what I like to get out.
*The cost-A heads up. The prices for this restaurant in comparison to other local restaurants seemed to be a lot more for the food/drinks which were just okay in taste and quality. They do give options on portion sizes. To me, this restaurant is more of a night out in a nice atmosphere with good food and atmosphere.
All in all a great experience. We were all happy. Great job Olive Garden of Vero Beach!

The food? Absolutely epic! Olive Garden really delivered on flavor, freshness, and portion size. From the endless breadsticks to the creamy Alfredo, everything hit the spot.
Our server, Jean, was decent and handled the basics well. But what truly made the experience memorable was the manager, Jeremy. His energy was off the charts, in the best way possible! He brought such a positive and joyful vibe to the entire restaurant. You could tell he genuinely cared about both the guests and the staff. It’s rare to see that kind of passion in hospitality these days.
Major shoutout to Jeremy for taking the experience from good to unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

Play Olive Garden really show true customer service. I had originally made reservations at the outback steakhouse next-door for 6:30 PM. Upon my arrival, I was told that my table was given to another group and that there was another group ahead of me and I would have to wait and that it would be an undetermined amount of time. I called Over to Olive Garden and they said it would be 5 to 10 minute wait. So me and my nine guest drove over next-door and immediately Seated at a table for my birthday dinner. The waitress was very friendly and took her orders very quickly. The food was hot and fresh and the manager came over the table to check on us. A lot of people only write negative reviews, but this restaurant honestly went above and beyond service. I am so thankful that they made my birthday dinner extremely special. We will definitely continue to be returning customers.

My man has never been here before so I decided to surprise him with a date night and I’m so happy I chose here everything was so amazing the pasta bowls are incredible I love the way they grind the cheese on top for you it definitely adds a little pizazz to the whole experience our waitress Audriana is super sweet very kind I love her welcoming smile and her quick timing she was very menu knowledgeable she answered every question we had we will definitely be coming back and requesting her!!!

Everything was absolutely incredible with this restaurant. The food, the management, with wonderful italian atmosphere and waitress.. Iussa Renzi was especially professional server and she made me feel so welcome. You don’t find people like this very often. She even provided a doggy bowl of water for my service dog Roughy. First time at this location in Vero. The hostess was very welcoming. Our server Ricky was polite, knowledgeable about the menu options and catering to our needs by explaining how we could select our desired pasta for the dishes we ordered. The house Manager was very nice to come to our table to welcome us and ask if all was going well. The soup options were very delicious along with the entrees we selected. Shrimp Alfredo was on point and delicious, salad and breaksticks; amazing as usual but, nothing tops the service! Maria was our server tonight. Polite, friendly, respectful and attentive. Along with everything else you’d expect from a pleasant, experienced server plus some. Very happy with tonight’s experience and will definitely be back!

The food was ok and the bathrooms were clean. Our server kept forgetting things. They forgot to bring the kid’s menus and when they finally did she asked if we were ready to order and we had to mention to her, even though it should have been common sense, that the kids literally just got their menus and we’ll need a minute. She then gave us two salads for nine people and didn’t even ask what everyone wanted on their salads. She just took two people’s salad order and expected everyone else to be ok with it. We had to ask for more salads which really annoyed us. It wasn’t the best service. Then she forgot to bring a child’s water twice and had to go back. I gave it 3 stars because the food was just ok. The breadsticks had waaaay too much salt on them. The muscles and shrimp looked burnt, the salad didn’t have enough salad dressing on it, and gnocchi soup was too salty. One plate they gave us for the bread was dirty. Or wasn’t the best time. At the Olive Garden in Melbourne the manager comes and asks if everything is ok but we didn’t even see this manager. Even at the front before we were seated they asked 5 times within 10 minutes how many people were in our party and how many kids. My dad got annoyed because you should only need to ask once. It wasn’t the best experience.

This Olive Garden is great. The food itself was plentiful, and the taste was delicious. Service was very quick, and our server checked with us often. The atmosphere felt like a living space. From the paintings and design of the environment, this truly made the dining space a lot more comfortable. Overall, a great Olive Garden to eat at.
