Let me start by saying that I love Olive Garden and never negative reviews. I have been coming to this location for about 10 years and have never had a bad experience until today.

After three days of convincing my fiancé to get Olive Garden for dinner, I was genuinely excited. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. Our server greeted us promptly and took our drink order. Despite discussing ordering our child’s food, she left abruptly, saying she would be right back. Several minutes later, she returned with our drinks while complaining about the bar.

We ordered our appetizer, kid’s food, and entrées, and things initially seemed to improve. The appetizer and soups came out quickly, followed by our child’s meal, and everything was great. But when our entrées (two Chicken Parmigianas) arrived, I was instantly disappointed. The chicken looked nothing like what I have always received and barely had any mozzarella cheese. Before I could say anything, the server walked away.

She was clearly busy with a large party next to us, but for the next 10 to 15 minutes she never checked back or even glanced our way. I finally used the call-server button on the kiosk, but she continued tending to the other table. When she eventually returned, still complaining about the large party, I told her I did not want the Chicken Parmesan and asked to have it taken off the bill. When she asked what was wrong, I explained that it did not look as advertised. I have ordered this dish every single time I have visited Olive Garden, and I have never seen it served like this. My fiancé added that I did not want to eat it without the mozzarella. Instead of offering to replace the dish or apologizing, she simply asked if he wanted a box for his food.

While I was in the restroom, the manager came over to apologize to my fiancé and said she would come back to speak with me as well. I appreciated her professionalism and the way she handled it. When the server returned with boxes, she gave a brief monotone apology while clearing the table but did not say anything else. I even helped her clear dishes and still left nearly a 20 percent tip despite it being the worst service I have ever received at any Olive Garden.

As a former server myself, I understand how stressful a large party can be, but it is never an excuse to ignore your other tables. A simple apology for the delay would have gone a long way.

I have attached a picture of the Chicken Parmigiana I received compared to the one pictured on the menu. I do not know about you, but I do not expect to pay $20 for something that looks nothing like what is advertised. I am sorry if expressing my dissatisfaction upset the server, but regardless, every guest deserves respectful and attentive service.

Amazing that this restaurant is so old yet very popular and successful. Not sure if it still is but this location used to be a corporate testing site for new dishes that were screened for popularity before being incorporated into menus of other restaurants. I’m sad to see the uniform requirements for waitstaff decline but the food is still great as ever even though the price has skyrocketed along with everything else in this country.

Devyn was absolutely amazing! She made every drink perfectly and clearly knows her craft. Her service was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We felt genuinely taken care of the entire time and can’t wait to come back and be served by her again.

Had a really great experience here. I ordered the Lasagna Classico and it was excellent! The portion was large, everything tasted fresh, and it came out hot. The service really stood out too. Our waiter was kind and attentive the whole time, and the hostess was very friendly. She even opened the door for us as we were leaving, which was such a nice touch. They really made me feel special for my date night, and the whole experience felt welcoming and relaxed. Overall a really pleasant visit and I’ll definitely be coming back! 🙂

Worst nite ever. Had a party of 21 for my grand daughter’s 15th birthday on Sunday nite 2/22. She loves the place but this is the second time they totally blew it. Had a 6:30 reservations and didn’t get seated til 7:10. Restaurant was 1/4 full. Didn’t get drinks, salad or breadsticks til 8:00. Manager with pony tail avoided us like the plague. We asked him twice to help out the crew and no apologies or compassion. Food came and was so over cooked we couldn’t eat most of it. Told the manager and nothing. If you can’t handle big parties then don’t accept the reservation. I previously worked for Darden HQ and this would be totally unacceptable.

When most places around them were 40 mins to hour and 10 minute wait, a 20-minute wait here did not seem so bad. Because I was just one person, I chose a seat at the bar and was able to be seated immediately. The bartender was quick to approach and efficient in managing the order. The wait time for the order was considerable. I was there for 30 minutes before my food came out. When it did come out the pasta was overcooked on the top. It was more like a pasta crust. I didn’t want to wait longer so I ate what I could paid my bill and left. I give three stars because the bartender really tried to do a good job of managing the situation the best she could.

This Olive Garden is typically pretty good. The hostesses greet you quickly and are friendly.

On this visit the service was fairly quick however the wait staff likes to take your order without writing anything down. Like at other restaurants, this typically doesn’t play out well. They either don’t enter the order correctly or they don’t remember what was ordered so they can’t verify it’s correct when bringing it to the table.

I ordered the raspberry lemonade which is usually pretty good. Tonight it was weak on both the lemonade side and raspberry side. You can tell just by looking at it that it was weak. Not worth complaining about, just probably another way to save money.

The bread sticks were good as usual as well as the salad.

Ordered the create your own pasta dish with angel hair pasta, meat sauce and meatballs. As mentioned above, attention to the order failed. I got regular spaghetti instead of the angel hair pasta. The waitress did correct it quickly but only after I pointed it out. The meat sauce is a bit watery and the meatballs lack Italian flavors. Just a little bland. Otherwise the portion was very good and served very hot.

Also ordered the pasta e fagioli soup. Very yummy and got a bowl to take home as well.

You still get the chocolate mints and you pay with their kiosk. The kiosk does not calculate tip correctly against the subtotal, instead it uses the amount including tax. You can adjust it easily.

I’m not sure where to start. Hostess (Neveah) wasn’t friendly and all I got was a glare and an eyeroll. She seemed annoyed. Please, get someone friendly. Waiter didn’t get my order right. I repeated it 2x to make sure she heard. I didn’t want to say anything but I wanted alfredo not red sauce. She asked did you really? Yes, really. Our breadsticks were forgotten until our entrees came out. I know forgotten bc continue reading. My daughter never got her gnocchi soup. Our bill had an extra charge I caught before paying. I had to call server over to have it removed. She said she “forgot” to take it off. I asked for a to go box and she “forgot” to bring that over too. There was a manager or a supervisor there greeting all the customers/asking them about the food etc & thanking them for coming. But our table was “missed” . We frequent Olive Garden on our side of town in South Florida. Always amazing service. We were in the area bc of my daughter’s JROTC ceremony nearby and we let her choose lunch. I’m not sure what’s going on but we definitely didn’t feel welcome. Why? I won’t even say it. I would never go back if we were in the area again. Oh ya, and no Andies mint chocolates with our check. She must’ve “forgot” those too. Boo.
