I stopped eating at Olive garden because the flavor and quality decreased. I mean, it’s been about 2 years. But I decided to try out this Pensacola location and it didn’t disappoint.
Soup was delicious
Service was good
Main entree was good but my steak was over cooked. They corrected that.
Cocktails were delicious and affordable.

We came to this restaurant after a very stressful day to be greeted by a warm, cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was extremely busy but we got seated very soon with great attentiveness. Our server was Windy who was an overall amazing. She was attentive and very sweet. We will absolutely come again.

It’s a hit and a miss at this location.
This past week the Zappa soup was nice & tasty…… But today, it’s lacking the seasoning or something. I buy the gallon to go of the Zappa soup often!
I also had a slice of the black tie mousse cake and ate over half of it on the way home.
OMG, I JUST SAW SOMEONE ELSE’S REVIEW WITH THE COMMENT OF THE PUBE LOOKING HAIR IN THE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE CAKE……. I THOUGHT I WAS FLOSSING MY TEETH WHILE DRIVING NOW I KNOW WHY!!

Its a bit of a maze in there and out waitress forgot a few things we asked for so we had to ask twice. Other than that, the food was good. The tiramisu wasn’t very sweet, which was good because I could eat it without getting overwhelmed by the sweetness and feeling gross after. I got the fried mozzarella as my appetizer, the $14 all you can eat pasta and the tiramisu. The total was $34.

I don’t often leave negative reviews but today was the first time I visited this OG location and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. First and foremost, the service was absolutely wonderful. Our server was super sweet and informative, the hostesses were also very accommodating. But my negatives outweigh the positives. I had to use the restroom while I was there, it smelled of absolute urine. It was disgusting and felt a gas station restroom was cleaner. Our food arrived, and it was good but it was accompanied by a disgusting long thick piece of hair. No I didn’t report this. I then ordered dessert to go and of course I’m now home and go to enjoy the chocolate mousse cake, there is a large black hair similar to either a pube or beard hair. I thought one piece was a fluke but two of our meals had hair in it. Looking up at the light fixture at our table, it was covered in dust. I worry about the sanitation of the establishment and don’t plan on coming back after this experience.

The food wasn’t that good. The salad was soggy. The soups came out cold. The food came before our appetizer. And my shrimp and scallops pasta was okay. The seafood smelled like I was at a wet dock. .was no worth the price we paid for our meal. Would not recommend.

Great food, great service, as usual! It may be 85* outside, but that Zuppa Tuscana still hits the spot!! Brought most of my Chicken Alfredo home with us and we both ate off the leftovers last night! Good value for what ended up being 3 different meals! That’s a win!!

Had a great experience at the Olive Garden in Pensacola! The service was top-notch, and the food was just as good. What really stood out was the attentive management – they truly go out of their way to make sure everything is right and that guests are happy.
The endless breadsticks and salad alone make it worth the visit! We left feeling satisfied and not disappointed at all. If you’re looking for a consistent and enjoyable dining experience, Olive Garden Pensacola is a solid choice. We’ll definitely be back!
