This is a relatively new Olive Garden in Jacksonville. Shortly after the initial surge started to slow down and there was more space in the parking lot, I visited the location with a dining companion.

The restaurant appears to be very well managed. We sat in a booth in the bar. Employees were working hard as there were a number of customers. The barkeep was a petite young blonde woman, and I saw her lifting heavy boxes of bottles to another area, adding multiple bottles of wine to restock the shelves, and she was constantly on the move, working hard.

It was quite busy so it took a while for our waiter to get around to us. The bread was being finished and he promised to bring it shortly but we ordered our meals and drinks.

The food was excellent, as usual. Olive Garden has a luncheon menu that features some of its best offerings, served in smaller portions at a lower price. It makes a good restaurant even better by giving diners a choice — the full-size serving or smaller portions. It is always nice to have a choice.

There is a decent wine selection for a restaurant that is often full and less expensive than some higher-end establishments. I usually opt for the Robert Mondavi cabernet but tried an Italian red blend on this occasion. It was a good choice and a very reasonable price for the glass to accompany the spaghetti and meat sauce for lunch.

The bread appeared after we asked for it and after we had finished the meal. It was fresh and hot despite the late arrival.

Parking was not a problem. The food was very good, and the service was not bad at a busy time of the day in a busy. restaurant.

We will definitely return and probably add one of their excellent desserts on the next visit. –

I placed an order for delivery, I ordered Zuppa Toscana with Salad, the soup was bland had no Italian sausage in it only 3 leafed of Kale and all Potatoes. It was my first time ordering from this location. I always order from the location of Philips Highway. This will be my first and last at the Atlantic location. Not impressed with a simple order that was placed. Parts of my Salad had a huge rotten piece and one of the Peppers had mildew

The food here is always delicious, and the atmosphere strikes a perfect balance—ideal for both a romantic night out or a relaxed dinner with friends. The bar is well-stocked, and the menu offers a solid variety of options to suit different tastes.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food arrived within a reasonable timeframe. Overall, a consistently great dining experience and a restaurant worth coming back to.

When you go to Olive Garden, you know what you’re going to get and that’s great service and great food. Our server, Amber, was excellent! I always get the chicken parmigiana and did not know there’s a new option for grilled or breaded. I ordered grilled accidentally and even though it was good, I like the breaded option better. Overall, it was a great meal.

We haven’t been to Olive Garden in years and decided to stop in while in Jacksonville. I feel like the quality of the food has definitely gone down hill. I cannot say it was bad but it just wasn’t all that great. I’m torn between 3 and 4 stars for the food but because we had a wonderful waiter, I’ll say 4 stars overall. He was extremely kind, prompt, and accurate. Our wait time was supposed to be 25 minutes and only ended up being 7 minutes which was super quick at peak dinner time. I ordered the Tour of Italy and again, it was decent. My wife got the Eggplant Parmigiana and she stated that it was pretty bland. I do believe we will give them another chance and hope it was just an off night. I wish I remembered our waiters name, but great job to him!

OG visit for the limited time never ending pasta bowl! Got the spaghetti with five cheese sauce and extra topping of meatballs! Total was $19 before tax! The first serving was large! I barely had room for the refill order of fettuccine with Alfredo sauce. Yum!

This is our neighborhood Olive Garden, and we go about twice a month because it’s close to our house and very convenient. It’s an easy way to grab a quick dinner, and we usually end up with enough food for leftovers, so we get two meals out of every order — which is a nice bonus.

The staff is consistently friendly, the service is efficient, and the food is exactly what you expect from Olive Garden: reliable, familiar, and perfectly fine for a casual night out. Nothing exceptional, but nothing wrong with it either.

The only reason this location isn’t getting five stars is cleanliness. The dining room, carpeting, and tables could be maintained better. It’s not terrible, but it’s noticeably below what it should be.

What makes this especially frustrating is that the restaurant clearly meets health and safety standards in the kitchen, or it wouldn’t still be operating without issues. So if the kitchen can be kept clean, why not the dining room?

With just a little more attention to cleanliness, this would easily be a five-star neighborhood spot.

Best Olive Garden around. They know what they are doing. They train all their servers well to be especially accommodating. Never a bad meal. Busy but not crazy crowded like Orange Park or JTB and Hodges. Good parking. Lots of handicapped spaces. Regency Olive Garden is THE place to go to if you’re choosing which location to visit. I hear it depends on the manager how well a restaurant is run so kudos to this manager.

It was really nice overall experience. Julia was our server. She was very kind and checked on us all the time. We ordered mojito cocktail it was nice and fresh. For Appetiser we had Fried Mozzarella, it was amazing, Perfectly cooked and crunchy. For Entree we created our own pasta with Rigatoni and five cheese Marinara Sauce, it was good. Overall me and my wife had an amazing time. Thank you.
