The Villages Olive Garden is one of the best examples. We have yet to have a bad experience here and the service and food has been on point each time. A well run restaurant!! The spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce is excellent.

Honestly I would give 0 stars for service but Mary the take out specialist made it better for us. We were greeted rushfully and with frustration from the manager on the shift today. Never understood why would us asking for to go would cause the attitude and nail clapping. My daughter and I couldn’t eat inside because just Sunday when I took my mom out to eat, there was dust all over the lights above our heads, and I’m allergic to dust. We told the server to tell the manager, no one came back to reassure us on anything. The place could use a deep cleaning. I watched the manager get an attitude because I asked for him to get a door holder for the bus load of elders coming in to eat. I would recommend curb side pick up especially for togo. They are alot more helpful and patient. The food was amazing though. Everything was fresh!

The restaurant has an “off”‘ smell as soon as you walk in. Reminiscent perhaps of wet rags or a carpet that doesn’t ever receive a proper cleaning.
We ordered a salad without onions, it had onions and included lettuce that was brown. The entrees, overall, were satisfactory. The server was also attentive. The table felt grimy and you can see the sticky, dirty build up on the wood walls. Would not eat at this location again. The following time we craved the signature meals, we drove another 30 mins to the next nearest location and had a wonderful experience there. This particular location can improve by focusing on a deep cleaning, so the environment matches the rest of the experience.

Hi , this place is good but recently I been having problems at this restaurant and it is not up to standards I got the kids meal because that’s all I can really eat and I order it and I got NO tomato sauce on it and I came back to see what the problem is and the manger was nice and gave me a free meal. The next day I got a different item and I ordered this at 10:30 am I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for a side of shell pasta ? That’s ridiculous and I get it on lunch and I spent 20 minutes of my lunch time waiting for food when I place the order at 10:30am ! So ridiculous! I probably won’t come back this restaurant to get my lunch for a while.. Terrible service

I only waited about 20 minutes to be seated. I was told during the weekend they serve about 1k people per day. I had the best waitress. The food was okay. I ordered scampi & pasta but the menu said scampi and I was served small shrimp.

We enjoyed great food and service at this Olive Garden while visiting my parents in The Villages. Our server was friendly and attentive.
The only downside was when there was a charge on our bill for “table games.” Our adult kids had enjoyed playing games on the handheld devices at the table, and there was no warning that we would be charged money for that until the bill came. That is so misleading! Please put a warning on the screen before starting play that lets you know you will be charged for playing games!

We went to the Olive Garden on Wedgewood Lane with 22 people for a birthday celebration. We expected a wait with such a large group, but we were pleased with drinks and salads arriving immediately, orders taken quickly, and Jose and other servers checking in often to tend to our needs. We are so pleased and impressed with the service provided! Kudos to all!

We came in tonight and had an amazing dinner and our server was exceptional. I highly recommend Malaina as a server. Pathetic food today. I used to be a regular customer at the restaurant because I found the service charming and the food great, but today I had a terrible experience. The dishes we ordered were poorly cooked, tasted bad, and were basically inedible. On top of that, we waited a very long time for the food, only for it to come out like that. I have photos and I intend to stand up for my rights, especially since the manager didn’t even listen to us—she just took the plates, walked away, and still charged us anyway.
