Went for dinner I have a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating. D was our waitress and she did a wonderful job. Forgot the name of the manager but she came out and talked me about the safety precautions they would be taking for my allergy. I was very happy about it. Definitely will be going back to this location.

Food was hot and fresh. Soup and salad, all was really good. Waitress was friendly and good at Her job. The best ran olive garden I’ve been to a long time. On our way out the manager was going around talking to and making sure everybody was enjoying their meal. Being a waitress herself in N. GA my mom appreciated it.

Today’s visit to Olive Garden was a welcome experience, as it had been some time since my last visit. Our hostess, Leslie, provided truly exceptional service from the moment we were greeted until our departure. We extend our sincere appreciation to Leslie. We hope that others have the opportunity to enjoy the same level of service that my husband and I experienced today. I selected the Chicken Marsala, while my husband chose the Tour of Italy; we also shared an appetizer of fried shrimp, which was delicious. We will certainly recommend Olive Garden to others, and we commend the team for consistently exceeding expectations. Thank you, Olive Garden.

10/10 I went 2/10 on my Birthday the Waitress per my request sung Happy Birthday To Me making my day extremely special. At the end of my meal the House Manager did ask me how was my meal, service, and did I have enough soup… Salad….bread. I said it’s just me so yes I did. Dinner was absolutely delicious . Service was horrible. When I told her my amaretto sour was nasty she didn’t even apologize.She said what do you want in place, rather rudly! The Alfredo had no where enough sauce on it. Salad was brought and go figure no plates. And since when do we get 2 breadsticks?! Hey but the chicken gnocchi soup was on fire!

I’m tempted to give the place three stars rather than four. But the service was good. The food was as expected from Olive Garden. This restaurant is in need of some upkeep. The restroom was kind of dirty. And although my server was very awesome strangely some other server came walking past my table picked up the little pay thingy computer that’s on my table and slammed it down on the other side and kept walking. It was very rude and uncalled for and I have no idea why he did it. That’s why I’m tempted to leave three stars because of that Unprofessional server. However, my server was awesome. I tipped him 22%.

Whoever was the chef yesterday (Sept.1) around 8pm needs a raise. I live 2hrs away and my Olive Garden never taste like this. The chicken and sauce was SO flavorful im thinking about visiting again today. The staff was very polite also despite it being so close to closing time. Great job Macon!!

Service was amazing! Food was so beyond terrible . Medium steak was well done, Shrimp were so overcooked they were chewy like jerky. I love love love salt lol and the food was so overwhelmingly salty it just wasn’t edible even trying to wipe it off.
I have tried this place 3 times and 2 times have been terrible for dinner. Lunch one time was good with a surprisingly good Salmon, but terrible service. Dinner has been great service but terrible food. Hopefully they fix it, I may try again in a few months.

Terrible, take your money somewhere else. we were seated for 20 mins without being greeted by a server (mind you the two table next to us both had servers). Eventually I got up went to the host stand to ask who our server was (IVY). I advised we had not been greeted the 20 mins we had been sitting there. The hostess told IVY who was actually the server who was checking the tables around us. I place my drink orders 2 water for the kids (she gave us the water without the lid properly being sealed) water went everywhere.. we had no napkins so the table next to us gave us theirs thankfully. When it was time to leave she left us a receipt and stated “have a good day”. We had not paid so I assumed we need to pay at the host stand, when I went to the host stand she informed us that is the servers job. So she went to get IVY. While I was there the “manager” had came and we stated what the issues were her words were “so sorry to hear that, did you enjoy the food? Great, hope you have a great day”. If this is the type of management and staff you have representing your company on Sundays .. you should be embarrassed. Corporate needs to ensure a refresher training for management and staff are conducted to keep this establishment open because the way it’s going, it too will be closed down like most businesses in Macon.

We had dinner here tonight. I had spaghetti with soup my daughter had Alfredo with soup and my husband had Alfredo with salad. Our server one catered to the couple with the higher tab. They had drinks apps etc….he served them first us second. We ordered first. Then I didn’t eat any soup any spaghetti as I have food problems. He charged my husband for a soup that I didn’t eat but my daughter did. Correct me if im wrong but isnt soup salad unlimited. Worst ever and due to the unreasonable charges we won’t be back.
