After being seated in an area that wasn’t being served, we were fixing to leave, Victoria(awesome bartender/server) stepped in to take care of us. She was so nice and smiling every time she came to the table. She made an exceptional Italian margarita, and the strawberry mango margarita was of the chain. Maurice, the Head Host was amazing! Our server, who ended up being the bartender too, left us feeling abandoned, and no wonder! She was the bartender, and she was taking orders, delivering food. She was like “what do want”, but it was because she was overworked. She dropped tons of Andes candies at our table, but she never asked if we wanted dessert. We had to flag her down, but we heard her ask the adjacent table. She just forgot to ask us, or wanted us to leave. She’s not mean, she just had too many jobs, and I agates my experience there tonight.

We were driving back home to Tennessee from Florida. It had been a long but good day, we all wanted dinner at Olive Garden, then go to our hotel to rest up for the night. We got the and there was about a ten minute wait, not bad. Unfortunately that was the last good service we received. We were shown to our table, it was clean, that was good. We sat waiting for our server to come get our drink order, after waiting about ten to fifteen minutes I went and told the hostess that we had not even been acknowledged by a server, she went to the back and a moment later our server came over. He apologized and said that no one had told him it was his table, he took our drink and appetizer order. Throughout the rest of our time there he was totally disorganized, forgetting things, not checking to see if we needed anything, etc. He was pleasant enough, just not very good at his job. On top of all of that, any time I have dined at Olive Garden the manager has come around to see how everything was, not this time. I understand that they may have been short handed, but it should have been better than it was.

Bryce was our waiter. He was amazing. We were in a large party(13). He took care of us by himself. He didn’t miss a beat. He kept up with refills, special food request and all. The food was great. The manager was nice a friendly as well. This is Mother’s Day weekend so I know they will be extremely busy, the kept there cool and dealt with the crowd accordingly. Great job everyone. 5/13/23

Was charged $3 a piece for milk on the kids menu when it simply states the milk comes with the meal. When asked for a refund we were greeted by an angry assistant manager who offered no options other than a gift card or to be charged a second time and wait several days for a refund, instead of just giving back the $6. After arguing and demanding we were aggressively handed $6 cash, which we in returned gave to our waitress as an additional tip. It was never about the money, just the principal, which is why we gave it back to our waitress. At the end of the day we were inconvenienced and mocked by the manager all because of their mistake. HORRIBLE PLACE TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

I had a good experience on this visit to The Garden of Oliver. The server was great although she did tell any jokes, But it’s ok. The service was faster this time around and the food was good. But FYI the don’t service Honye Mustered for whatever reason.
