My daughter said Mom let’s get out today it’s a beautiful day. So we chose to go to Olive garden. We tried to patronize businesses in our neighborhood and we had never been to this location. I have to say we don’t have super high expectations from Olive garden or chain restaurants however we were pleasantly surprised.

Ordered through the app, typed in a special request & they got it right! Order was hot fresh & ready on time. Happy about that. Food was decent. Chicken & gnocchi soup was disappointing, didn’t have any gnocchi in it. To-go service workers were friendly & efficient although it was busy.

My first time eating at Olive Garden and what I must say the soup, bread, and salad are amazing BUT THE PASTA! I asked for spaghetti with cheese marinara add Italian sausage, when the food FINALLY comes out it is two sausage links! Not crumbles or pieces but LINKS! I asked the waitress why was it like that and she said I can bring you a knife to cut it but that’s how it comes. I am very picky with my food so I asked for the menu because I just knew I wasn’t going to eat it. She had an attitude and asked if I wanted the manager so I said yes. He came and we ended up switching my pasta to the shrimp Alfredo. When I got the pasta it was very bland (no seasoning), undercooked noodles. I just asked for a to go plate and left. I should have had it taken off but I still paid for it just to not cause any trouble but I most definitely will not eat here again!

Let’s be honest, it’s Olive Garden. But every so often you need a decent meal for a low cost and that’s exactly what we got. I got the shrimp Alfredo, because everyone loves Alfredo. Plus the breadsticks were nice and fresh.

Waited 20 to be seated. Once seated waited for any staff to come to the table. After 10 minutes and having the party that was seated after us receiving sevice, we waited 5 more minutes to only have the server pass by our table a few more time without even acknowledging us. We left. Do better! It wasn’t busy at all.

Worst location ever. Lasagna was super skimpy, dry, and looked very unappetizing. They gave me the lunch portion, but I asked and paid for a dinner portion. The little piece was in a huge container so it looked even worse. My lasagna fritta wasn’t made according to the description or picture. It didn’t have any meat sauce. The salad was half full. There was only really the cheap iceberg blend 2 slices of tomato, 2 olives and 1 pepper. It’s like they gave me someone’s half eaten leftovers They’re awful, not up to the task, and clearly overwhelmed at this location. I won’t go back there again! I called 5 times only to reach a person on my 5th try that put me on hold for someone else, who never came to the phone. A mess!

Since the opening of this location today has been the BEST service by far… our server Isaiah “Zay” promptly greeted us, took our order, has not neglected our table (it has happened in the past) although he has multiple tables to serve. Everything has come out in a timely manner extremely impressed with todays visit. I recommend you request him as your server you’ll receive A1 service. Now time to enjoy my fettuccine Alfredo.
