Best Olive Garden Experience I can remember.
I had a divine time at Olive Garden
The restaurant is really nice and completely updated.

Our server Teon was absolutely fantastic. One of the best servers I’ve ever had anywhere, ever. He was upbeat, funny, and prompt. Be sure to ask for him!

Everything was delicious and served promptly.
The eggplant Parm, gnocchi soup, and tiramisu were and my Italian Margarita had me saying Mama Mia!

I’ll be back!

Our server was incredible but the food was so unseasoned that it was truly unsettling. My partner literally could not believe that the restaurant purposely makes the food like that, but the rest of my family said it’s always that way. Some of our party received dirty silverware.

I’m from out of state and thinking this is a 4.1 star Olive Garden it would’ve been good. When I got in everyone else got a server but me and my wife. They gave us plastic fork and knife and everyone else had metal ones. I ask where is my server and they say they don’t know even though I use the call server button. I try to call a server from another table and they just ignored us. Will not be coming back

This was an online order for delivery. We placed the order on the Olive Garden website. Orders are dispatched via Uber eats. After waiting an hour and 25 minutes. Two driver later, the food arrives cold. No extra sauce, or sauce at all for that matter. I’m not sure if the restaurant kitchen staff is trained not to read or remember the recipe. $80 spent and wasted. I would have been better off with Taco Bell ,and a roll of toilet paper. Pasta very dry. Salads with no dressings. This location should be closed down. Service in person was horrible last visit. This time we did home delivery and it sucks as well. This has to be poor management.

The salad and breadsticks never change, it’s always good but the pasta was gross. No other way to put it. I’ve been to OG my whole life and it’s never tasted this way, it was rubbery.

My family and I visited Olive Garden recently to celebrate my son’s birthday. I’ll be honest—the food quality wasn’t quite what we’re used to, and it took a while for our meals to arrive. But despite that, one employee completely stood out and made a lasting impression on us.

Her name is Pamela, and she was bussing tables.

Even though she wasn’t our server, I couldn’t help but notice how hard she was working the entire time we were there. At one point, a server accidentally dropped some sauce on the carpet and didn’t even notice it. Pamela immediately saw it, put down what she was doing, and went over to clean it up so it wouldn’t stain. That level of awareness and care for the restaurant really says a lot about her work ethic.

Later, when our table had accumulated quite a few plates and we hadn’t been attended to for a bit, Pamela kindly approached us and asked if she could help clear the table. We were getting ready to open gifts for my son’s birthday, and her help made a big difference in that moment. She was so kind and respectful about it.

What really stood out to me was her humility. When I thanked her and asked for her name on the way out, she seemed genuinely surprised that someone noticed the work she was doing. Yet the entire time we were there, I never once saw her standing around—she was constantly moving, helping, cleaning, and supporting the team.

Pamela may not have been our server, but she was the employee who made the biggest impression on us that night. I truly hope management or the franchise owner sees this, because employees like Pamela represent the kind of dedication, pride, and humility that Customers notice and appreciate.

She made a difference in our experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Olive Garden today, February 28, 2026. My order number is Order #2605906463626558, and my food was marked ready for pickup at 9:50 PM. I arrived at 10:05 PM, and somehow my food was already cold. I’m not sure how that’s possible considering it was only 15 minutes after the pickup time.

To make matters worse, I was served what had to be the skinniest piece of lasagna I’ve ever seen — it honestly looked like the end slice that should’ve never left the kitchen. It was noticeably smaller than what you’d expect for the price.

I politely offered to pay extra for a larger piece because the portion I received was unacceptable. Instead of being understanding, the tall man at the front seemed visibly frustrated that I even asked. He went to the back to check and then came out saying it would be another 45 minutes. The attitude alone made the situation worse.

Between the cold food, the tiny portion, and the poor customer service, the entire experience was frustrating. It wasn’t just about the lasagna — it was about how the situation was handled. A little courtesy and effort would have gone a long way.

Very disappointed.

There is a waiter named Antonio there. He is friendly, kind, professional and curteous. If you go to Olive Garden you will not be disappointed with him as your waiter. Not only was the food and the atmosphere amazing, everything was absolutely amazing and I normally do not say that a lot. I am definitely going to be returning just because of how I was treated from the beginning to the end.
