Our server was wonderful, but the food portion I received was extremely disappointing. For the price, the serving was smaller than a child’s portion, which is unacceptable. I understand restaurant overhead, but this felt like poor value. I should have ordered a kids meal for half the cost. I also don’t recommend ordering from the lunch menu unless you aren’t hungry, because you will leave hungry. Very disappointed, Olive Garden.

Janiya (Nini) was amazing! Her service was so good that this was the entire reason I’m writing this review. My entree order was JUST placed and I haven’t even got it yet. I brought my kids here to experience Olive Garden like I did. My son even said “Mommy she is so nice”. This experience is great and I’ll definitely be back!

Advising, if you are a party of 1 (one), don’t go. I was seated and told, “Your server will take your order”, I sat there a few minutes looking over the menu. Looked over it 5 times, the I rolled at my watch, 1:36 pm, sat there looking at the pictures on the menue, looked at my wat h 1:52pm. NOT one person came over to say would you like a glass of water, but 2 servers at one table of 3.. … I just got up and left… I can tell you this I won’t be going back to that store…. That was My 1st and last time stepping foot in there… I can’t rate the food because I didn’t eat…

Upon arriving used restrooms, every stall and toilet was repulsive. Had to clean a toilet to use it, for me, my child, and an elderly woman. Was sat at a booth that was not clean, later found that there was food under our table. Ordered gnocchi soup, got a bowl w not one gnocchi in it. Waited over 30 min for another bowl and there was a piece of what I assume to be bacon fat(?) in soup. Pic of each bowl side by side, doesn’t even look the same. Management visited the very few tables that were present n I informed him of all these issues. Said he would address w his staff. Nothing was done to rectify anything with me, the guest, the bathrooms or table. Server not attentive to us at all. Highly suggest finding another location. Whoever owns this franchise cares 0% about cleanliness, or customer service obviously.
UPDATE: went bk after a few months n wanted to see if anything changed for the better. Added pics. Booths filthy, stained, ripped, and there’s no dusting or cleaning happening. Server dropped food off n didn’t come back. Handed me plates using napkins cuz they were so hot. Food had no steam coming off it. Took a bite, cold on outside n burning inside. Their microwave must work well! Somehow a tip was added to my card that I didn’t authorize, I left $ tip. Manager fixed it but…the place has really gotten worse. Sad!

My family and I came here after seeing my sister getting baptized. We were a party of 8. At first the server peeped around the corner and saw us and rolled her eyes . She seemed to have an attitude (maybe it was time for her to go home ♀️). We were seated and that server came with a much more pleasant attitude. She took our order made sure everything was good the food came out in great timing she refilled our drinks and the bread sticks and salads . Overall everyone enjoyed their food and the service.

Mastermind Tax
Where do I start? I called the restaurant yesterday around 1:30pm to let them know that I have a party of 9 and wanted to make a reservation. They said they didn’t do reservations, but they can accommodate us. I gave the host our eta of 25 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t busy. Parking lot not full at all, but had to wait 32 minutes to be seated. Once seated and our food was ordered. It took 45 minutes to get our food!! We saw 4 tables come and go! We had to ask our server to take our empty glasses and plates. We were never asked if we wanted refills. We were never given an apology for the extreme delay even after I spoke to the manager. He acted like he didn’t care even after I told him that my brother was diabetic and my son was epileptic and needed to eat right away. No wonder
why the staff had the same attitude. My mom goes all the time. She was embarrassed for bringing us there. It was my daughter’s graduation lunch. It was supposed to be a celebration. Very unprofessional. We will not be back. Very disappointed. Food was very good.. when we finally got it. My husband had to go get bags for our to go boxes.. we were given boxes only ..

2nd time here within at least the past 2 months. They are always out of something. First time it was major ingredients that they didn’t inform us of prior to ordering (we found out when the meal arrived and had to question where the missing ingredients were). Second time, again after ordering and waiting, the server says they are out of everything with steak. To add, prior to this, we had to get up to get out own utensils after being given the salad with nothing to eat it with. Asked for napkins which she proceeded to another table after that request and didn’t come back with napkins. When I spoke with the manager he clarified that they aren’t out of steak but it’s frozen, because I’m guessing that was supposed to make it better. The place is horribly ran. Won’t be attending that location again.

I was part of a big party of 6, requested a different seating because we all didn’t feel comfortable squeezing into the booth, apparently that was an issue. They sat us down finally, took at least 10 minutes before anyone came, then they rushed us to get our order. Once we all ordered….nothing took at least 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive….the soup that arrived was stone cold and mostly liquid with no meat, they never came to check on us or cleared any plates away, we were being overwhelmed with all the dishes and glasses on the table. When it was finally time to leave, after about 3 hrs, the server had a hard time splitting our bill, which took another 20 minutes.
