Great ,fast service even on a very busy Mother’s day afternoon. Rome, GA was a good half way location for the family, and our Mothers chose Olive Garden. As expected, the parking lot was overflowing, had to park across from a Mexican place next door. There were lots of people waiting outside, but our family was seated right away because everyone else there were in larger groups waiting for groups of tables together. Our waitresses was wonderful, and our meals were perfect.

Went for the 21st birthday of my daughter. First time going to olive garden. Was not disappointed.

Definitely the worst Olive Garden experience I’ve ever had. The artichoke dip was over cooked, my shrimp had no sear on them, my wife’s Alfredo was under seasoned/ boarder line bland.

Today we came to eat here for my bro’s birthday. Both the service and food were awesome!

Our server, Holly, was so kind and attentive! She had to manage several unruly customers and still was very sweet to everyone and made sure no one felt rushed. I am very impressed by how gracefully she served everyone! I would definitely recommend asking to sit in her section next time you go out.

We come here very often the device is fantastic and fast for a sit-down restaurant. On a Wednesday night we can get in and out in under an hour! The wait staff is very friendly and on top of the service! We have never waited a very long time for our food and it’s always remarkable how consistent it is! Great job to the staff!

The classic food and flavors you expect, but if you get Sandy as your server you will get above-and-beyond service. She was attentive to my family’s allergen needs and was the friendliest, kindest sever I’ve had in a long while. She deserves a raise!

The ladies room was smelly, I brought it to the attendants at the cash register. She let me know that the bathrooms smell was bad when it rained. I understood this, but I explained that the toilets weren’t flushed and dirty. She still insisted that it was the rain. She did flush the toilets with attitude. My granddaughter and daughter were both in the restroom and heard her. When they got back to the table, not knowing about my conversation with the lady, mentioned the attitude. So her attitude was about the bathroom and my letting her know the situation. I do hope that she has better attitude in the future.

Looked forward to bread, soup and salad all day. Only to be disappointed by a salad with a little dressing, and a cold soup. Bread with no garlic. Went early to get a seat only no one was there. NEVER AGAIN. $41 for 2 people.

Go me! It’s my birthday! And where do I want to eat? Olive Garden! I loved it! And, no, I’m not turning 10 years old. I thought everybody loved Olive Garden and only recently discovered that not to be true. Oh well. I guess everyone can’t be awesome. Anyway, this last trip was no exception to my expectations. They changed the shrimp fritto and now it’s even better. The batter was slightly different, the shrimp were bigger, they added battered and fried peppers and onions and serve it with a spicy ranch and some kind of red sauce. I did miss the buttery dip it used to have but it was still better. The salad was yummy. My chicken Asiago tortellini was creamy and delicious. My wife loved her stuffed shells. They have Blue Moon on tap which is amazing, but I’m biased on that as that is my favorite beer. Wife liked her Italian margaritas. We figured something out on this visit. It’s one of those, “Duh!” moments. You don’t have to stick to the drinks on the menus! Not sure why that little tidbit slipped by us before but maybe somebody reads this and never put that together either. Get your favorite drink! Wife had a nice shot of Jack. You do You though. What else? Oh yeah! Jeff! Jeff rocks! He’s been there awhile and we’re always happy when we see that he’s going to be our waiter. Keep it up Jeff! What kind of drink do you like? Maybe we’ll get you one next trip, to say think you. Don’t worry. It won’t lessen the tip. That would kind of defeat the purpose.
