Main reason for this… The napkins our silverware was rolled in is absolutely DISGUSTING. Stains throughout. Smells. This is what our eating utensils are touching? GROSS!!!

Second main reason for this… The culture of telling customers No.
We order unlimited doing sauces, appetizers and when my adult daughter builds her own pasta… She’s told NO when asking for Alfredo sauce. Funny, i have unlimited Alfredo on the table already! But wait, if it’s a matter of cost… We can order already pasta to go for only $6 ! That’s way cheaper than what we’ve asked for…

Maybe Darden is trying cut corners.
Giving out too much bread are we?
Too many unlimited salads?
Poor Olive Garden – – you cannot afford to place a ladel of Alfredo upon our food.

—- i am sorry to experience this.
By writing this, i hope Corp will consider changing this inane way of telling guests NO. Horrible way of trying to promote business.

— Our server was Liz. She was good at her job. ( Said No when she was supposed to LOL) But really she was excellent.

— manager did walk through and get all the tables.

Restaurant was clean and busy.

I recently came here for a meal , and wow! Can I just say that? Because this place is phenomenal!! The food was great, the wait time non-existent. I had the 5 cheese zeti and wow it was yum! The chicken gnocchi soup was to die for!! My server Mari was great, he kept checking to make sure we’re okay, he brought us bread consistently and had a great smile! He is amazing!! Will definitely be coming back again for his service. If I wasn’t a first year college student he’d be getting $100 in tips, thank you Olive Garden Kennesaw!

I honestly only eat here at the bar once a year when it’s Veterans Day, for obvious reasons, lol. I enjoyed my cheese ravioli with meat sauce. Bread sticks were delectable, as usual. My potato soup was satisfying. My donuts were yummy, too!

I’ll be back next year to indulge. Lol.

The food was tasty. One tour of Italy and one create your own with angel hair pasta, no sauce and a double portion of chicken fritta.

The booths in the bar area don’t allow for the same patron space, as they are in a curve.

Our server, who was also a bartender, relied heavily on the ziosk. This infernal contraption is an abomination. Taking orders and payment is the servers job, not that of the customer.

Its been about 15 years since ive eaten at an Olive Garden. It will be 15 more. Its not that the food is bad, but there are so many authentic options in the ATL that id rather eat at. I will say if you’re in a hurry, they get tou the food like a bolt of lightning.

I ate here for a birthdaywe had for my aunt, and the service was great, and so was the food. Your run of the mill Olive Garden. Portions were nice, and the food was fresh. Our server was very energetic and a bit of a comedian, which was nice. He helped improve the experience, in my opinion. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was where we were seated. Which was right next to where the servers exit the kitchen because the whole time I heard them say “Corner” during my visit. They would say to warn anyone they were exiting, so no collisions occur during their service. Personally, they should get rid of that table so you don’t have to listen to that for an hour straight. Other than that, everything else was great.

Our server Lindsey was amazing and food was delicious , only issue was 2 workers in our area cleaning and constantly complaining to each other about their job. Our server asked them to hush about it because we were in the section trying to eat as soon as she walked away they continued, and when a manager walked over as well they stopped. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional to us as customers. They didn’t even care.
