This time, there was a small issue with my order. At first, the food was incorrect, and then it was replaced but served on the same plate. I also felt that the chicken might have been cooked in the same oil as seafood, as it had a bit of a different smell. It would be great if a little more attention could be paid to these details. Still, I truly appreciate Olive Garden — I always enjoy coming here, and this was the first time I experienced something like this

Friendly staff, greeted as soon as we arrived and sat promptly. Our server, Jessica was a joy and super sweet and attentive. For drinks, boys loved the lemonade and I ordered an Italian Margarita which was quite tasty! For dinner, I ordered the Shrimp Carbonara and it was absolutely delicious. Very creamy and well seasoned. Boys had “build your own pasta” dishes with alfredo, meatball and shrimp. The salad and bread sticks were a hit all around (my boys LOVE bread). It has probably been at least 10 years since I visited an Olive Garden, and I feel that from tonight’s service, they have really stepped up their game. From service, to food, to wait times, etc., everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Thank you- we will be back!

This is the OG OG! This used to be the only Olive Garden around. People would drive so far for special occasions to eat at Olive Garden. There was a sweet black lady who used to hand crank homemade pasta in the space as you walked in to the right. Many things have changed over the years, even the offerings. One thing remains as delicious as the good ol’ days, the salad and breadsticks. Mmm! Recently, we had lunch on a Tuesday, it wasn’t too busy, no wait, parking was adequate, service was excellent from our waitress as well as from the manager. The chicken parmigiana and eggplant parmigiana were still stellar! At the end of our meal, we enjoyed the ever present Andes mints. Thank you, OG.

They ignore us. We’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. The lady up front. She was really nice and offered for our meal to be free. It was nice for her to do that, but we’re overthinking about the waiters ignore us again.. and yes. We did call for help. Nothing..

This Olive Garden has the best atmosphere and an amazing staff. The manager was amazing extremely attentive and the bomb waitress! My friend and I traveled an hour to get to this location! Yes! This by far is an example of how important customer service still is. We have fallen away from human touch and interaction, too much AI. It is good to see that some things are still more important, genuine kindness and real customer service.

I had the BEST time at Olive Garden! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The endless breadsticks and salad? Legendary! I could eat that salad every day. And the Chicken Alfredo—creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We finished off with the warm Italian donuts and wow—total bliss! Cozy atmosphere, great service, and delicious food. Can’t wait to go back!

We met some family my members for dinner. A party of 7. Seated promptly and waited on promptly as well. Service was friendly and efficient. Most of all, the food was good.
My complaint with my experience is with the payment option. The waitress apparently assumed everyone was paying with a card which was not the case. She also apparently assumed we all KNEW to use the payment kiosk she left at the table.
Once we got her attention she did take the cash payment but left two parties to figure out the payment kiosk on the table.
I did not like the program on the kiosk as I had to search through it to pick out what I had ordered and then pay my bill. I was able to get through the process but then had to use the kiosk to call the waitress back to tell her I needed a receipt. Yes, I am one of those people!
In short, I might go to this restaurant again if I happen to be in the area again but hope I have a better experience paying my bill.

Well Olive Garden has lost its charm. Been there after years and disappointed. Food was ok. Service was ok as well. The waiter tried a lot to give us our desired side dish but failed because they ran out of ingredients. And sadly the restaurant felt smelly. Immediately after entering the restaurant bad smell was coming.

I usually love Olive Gardens but this one is not that. I got the server Tracy and she was absolutely terrible. Not only was she rude, she messed up my order. I had ordered two chicken margaritas with just the chicken and broccoli. I clarified by saying I didn’t want cheese added either. The food came and it still came with tomatoes and the other thing on it which wasn’t how I wanted it, I just wanted the chicken itself. After I told her the food wasn’t how I ordered it she left and the manager came to the table. I never had a manager come up to me simply because there was a mistake in my food. I was polite about how my food was made wrong and the server thought she needed a manager. I asked the manager if there was something wrong and she claimed she was just doing rounds at tables but went straight towards us and didn’t bat an eye at anyone else. The manager also offered me a refill on my soup but it also never came. I won’t be coming back to this one. You will get better service at the one in Snellville.
