Sometimes a simple lunch is perfection! My wife and I stopped by Olive Garden in Bluffton while on our way to Savannah. We ordered the simplest thing on the menu: Soup, Salad and Bread sticks. Our food was served promptly, the soup was hot and tasty, and the salad was chilled and delicious. I seem to remember Olive Garden brushing their bread sticks with melted butter and garlic, but maybe that’s a thing of the past. Even without the butter and garlic, they were still good.
Our server was friendly and efficient. She attended to our table by refilling our salad bowl and beverage glasses and asking if we cared for more soup as well. We wanted for nothing. The atmosphere was comfy casual, and at noon on a Friday, there were plenty of tables available. We very much enjoyed our lunch!

Alexis D was my bartender and she was fast and listened to me very well. She made me a drink with coconut rum in a Shirley Temple style. It was outstanding. Not overbearing with none of the flavors. I ordered the 6 Oz steak well… sorry folks I don’t like bloody meat. And the pasta was Alfredo. Everything was wonderful. Please be patient with restaurant employees. They are there to help us and it is not their fault someone did not show up to work, we have be come so disrespectful as a people. Treat people right and stop showing on looking kids this is the way to behave. Hugs hope this review helps. Hang in the Olive Garden good help prayers coming your way.

Yeah go head and close this location. Guest experience is important. Everyone is lacking from the host…to apparently management. The bathrooms need to be checked every hour. Yall screaming in the kitchen is beyond me because the food was nasty and not cooked the proper way. You can have fun I won’t discredit that. Life is already tough. There needs to be standards from the FOH to the BOH

Today was my birthday, and I had a gift card from my late aunt for Olive Garden, tucked into my wallet that I had saved for years, like a treasured photo. Today seemed like the perfect evening to enjoy the gift from my sweet aunt. First time at this location, my husband and I had a leisurely meal in a gorgeous restaurant – the rooms went on and on – I envisioned the site for large parties and events, a truly beautiful location! Our server, Isabella, couldn’t have been more accommodating! Knowledgeable about the menu, prompt with beverages and those delicious warm breadsticks, friendly and professional. She was a treasure.
Hubby had the salad and I had the Zuppa Toscana soup to start, with lots of fresh grated cheese. He ordered the Lasagna Classico with a side of Italian Sausage, and I had the Stuffed Chicken Breast Marsala and a side of Meatballs ( an unconventional pairing, but so very tasty!)
I had green tea and he had a diet drink.
The food was hot and delicious, the restaurant impeccably clean, the staff all smiles. The evening was wonderful. Then our dessert arrived – a magnificent chocolate creation! ( we were eating it before I had a chance to take a photo, trust me. It was bigger than my picture shows 🙂
Most of my family is in California, and we talked and videoed today, but no birthday cake. When the ladies at the restaurant came out with a candle on my cake and sang happy birthday to me, I almost cried. It touched something in my heart.
The manager Steven came over to check on our meal and we shared some stories about local cuisine as well as NY and CA eateries.
We felt so welcome here tonight, it was the perfect ending to the day. When Isabella came over and placed two Olive Garden tiny chocolate mints in our hands, everything fell into place. This was not only a good restaurant, these were, and are, good people. Thank you to the staff for a lovely dinner and exceptional experience. We’ll be back soon.

I don’t normally write reviews, but Beau was truly outstanding and I really want to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves! My friends and I came in for dinner and he was so attentive and polite, really going above and beyond. The food was great and he was just such a great server. I always have such great experiences at Olive Garden, but this was one of the best! Thank you Beau!

Placed my order online which is always great, but I went inside because it said my order was picked, as I went on there are 3-4 employees standing around laughing and carrying while other customers are at the counter. I then mentioned the situation about my order and the 2 young bust out laughing like it was funny, so I look over at them and that’s when they covered their mouth but was still giggling. This is my first unprofessional experience with them and I know it’s always a first but don’t play with people food and money because it’s not a joke. I miss the old crew that was there. Overall our dinner was great.

We have been regulars at our local olive garden until today! We always go in as a family. Today my granddaughter and her two girlfriends went in and were ignored. They received their food last when they were the first to be seated and the food was cold. Rude waitress , cold food she told me they left a small tip due to the horrible experience. I called up and was put on hold and never picked up. Goodbye Olive Garden. In Bluffton with all the restaurants to chose from you will be easily replaced!

I liked the decor of the location and the food was great, we did the unlimited pasta and added some meats to it. And the mango strawberry ice tea is the best drink I’ve had so far in any place.
Only minor thing was that we didnt get a refill on the bread after asking twice because they were still in the oven en then forgotten afterwards.

Ate dinner at the bar and the bar was empty and not cleaned. After sitting for 5 minutes at bar tender who was there the entire time asked if we would like a drink. We asked if she could clean the dishes from in front of us. Ordered, received our food and she never addressed us again. Managers walked around a few times but did nothing as far as addressing the cleanliness or our food or service.
