My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful Christmas dinner at Olive Garden in Aiken, South Carolina, and it could not have been a better experience. From the moment we were seated, our server, Lauren, made us feel welcome and well cared for. She was friendly, attentive, and very helpful in guiding us through the menu and making sure our selections were just right.
We both ordered the spaghetti with salad, and everything arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot-on and exactly what we were hoping for on a holiday evening. Throughout the meal, Lauren checked in at just the right times, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.
This was truly a memorable Christmas dinner, and one we will happily look back on. Thank you, Lauren, for helping make our holiday meal so special.

Went to the new Olive Garden in Aiken, SC yesterday. It was wonderful! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Our waitress went over and above to make our lunch special. The place is beautiful and immaculate just like you would expect an Olive Garden to be.

This is a very good Olive garden. My husband loves their soup salad and breadsticks, and I always order the light appetite spaghetti with two meatballs. But the meatballs are so big I can’t even eat both of them! I am not as big a fan of their salad because they put too much dressing on it, and their breadsticks are just okay. It’s not that this Olive garden has just okay breadsticks, it happens at every Olive garden I go to. But the service here was very good, very quick, and we were seated right away.

This Olive Garden has gotten very stingy with the food. My husband and myself usually always order the dinner size spaghetti with meat sauce. We have always received a nice size portion. We ordered it today and what we received was what looked like the lunch size portion in the big dinner bowl. The little amount of spaghetti and meat sauce we received looked ridiculous and cheap in the big dinner bowl. We asked for the kitchen manager. He told us they were told to cut back on the portion size. So they are charging you the same price and cutting back on portion size. That doesn’t work for us. We left feeling very disappointed. I’m Italian and I’ll cook it myself from now on. Olive Garden can take a hike!

It wasn’t very busy so we were seated right away. It was a table with 5 chairs and plenty of space for all including food and drinks. Our server was very nice and pretty much stayed on top of things. One thing that made me very happy and may sound weird but, the ice water was really good and had a fresh taste. Every OG we have been to in Florida, the water tastes horrible yet, at other restaurants the water is good so we thought it was all OG locations. The drinks were good, the soup, salad and breadsticks were good, as always. The calamari and shrimp apps were delicious and my 4 yr old granddaughter loved her pizza. It is a very clean location with friendly staff.

Participated in the Never Ending Pasta, and I left stuffed. I set a goal of three bowls, but my second plate bested me. The five-cheese marinara is divine; it’s even more incredible as a dipping sauce for breadsticks. The minestrone soup looked amazing, but I wish it would have tasted as good as it looked. If you love pasta (and want a challenge of how many plates you can eat), I definitely recommend the Never Ending Pasta.

I had a guest in my house and we wanted to order a dinner. We were on hold to place the order for over 10 minutes. The person was nice. She took the order and told us the time to arrive. When we arrived I called and told them that I am already there. Then we waited for another 25 minutes and finally went inside to pick it up since nobody came. We were not very happy, although I understand they were busy

We eat at Olive Garden in Augusta often & have never had a bad experience. This was the first time we’ve been to this restaurant, & was somewhat disappointed. Our salad was wrong (not really a big deal, it happens), but my steak was too tough to eat, & had to ask our waitress 3 times for my gingerale. We will try it again (anyone can have an off night), but it was disappointing. On the positive side, we were seated immediately at 8:30 on a Friday nite!
