Food was actually Delicious!!!! But the wait was SO Long. I don’t know a Thursday afternoon warranted reservations. Once we were finally seated we ordered quickly. Raviolis are yummy! Shrimp pasta as so good. Chicken gnocchi soup was good and kids loved there meals.
We were ordering LUNCH and it would have been nice to know that the Tour of Italy was a more Expensive dinner item….(my teens ordered it)
The salad kept coming and the breadsticks were hot out of the oven!
I would have given Five Stars but the wait was extreme and there should be a work around…… maybe train the (2-3 we’re at the entry) hostesses to cover???? Or allow customers to place orders and opt for minimal service???

As regulars we have had many servers over the years, but tonight was by far our best experience! Julie was our waitress and I couldn’t have asked for a better person. From the moment she spoke to us, she radiated joy and happiness. She was kind, full of energy, quick and efficient! She knew what we needed before we did and ensured we didn’t have to ask or wait for anything. She was this way with all her tables she waited on and she truly deserves all the recognition! Her smile was contagious and her love for her job showed! Thank you Mrs. Julie for a great night out with my family!

I took my thirteen year old great niece out for her birthday dinner, her choice was the Olive Garden. We arrived around 5:15, and we were seated as soon as we walked in. It wasn’t crowded at that time, but the crowd came in after 5:30. We decided not to get an appetizer, not wanting to be too full when our food arrived. I ordered the chicken scampi and she ordered the chicken Alfredo. On our salad we ordered ranch dressing instead of their house dressing. I’ll admit that low rating of 2.5 on Yelp and the one on Google being a 4.2, had me second thinking about going. I am not sure why there’s such a big difference in the reviews on these two sites, but I ALWAYS check both Google and Yelp. It’s been some years on Yelp since anyone has written a review of this Olive Garden. The salad was fresh and crispy, the bread sticks were hot and fresh(we ate too much both, and had to get to go containers :-). My chicken scampi was hot and fresh, the chicken was tender and flavored just right, my niece enjoyed her chicken Alfredo also. Our server Karey M was attentive and so friendly. My rating is for my dining experience on 5/16/2025. We enjoyed her birthday dinner very much.

Went in for a casual family dinner, sat down, the waiter was nice, but I could tell he was new. We arrived at 6 and were seated by 6:05 we placed our orders and we never got them. People arrived 30 mins after and they got their food and even left before we got ours. We waited until almost 7:30 still never received our food. We communicated with the waiter and he kept saying 15 mins. We spoke to the manager, but what surprised me most was the managers attitude. Absolutely terrible, we left and we offered to pay for what we consumed before our meals, because they were not bringing out our food anytime soon. The manager did not even apologize for the service we received. I don’t know but everyone in this Olive Garden location needs to be retrained or fired. I’ve never had to actually write a review for a restaurant, this service was horrible and how the manager handled this situation was unprofessional.

I would rate this as the best Olive Garden in Greenville South Carolina. The restaurant is clean and the service is very good. The manager is very friendly and is always present.
To stay fit we order spaghetti with marinara and broccoli!

Normally when we go eat in person it’s really good but the last 2 times we’ve gotten to go from this specific Olive Garden it’s been terrible. The first time my noodles were so overcooked they were mush, i normally wouldn’t care if they were a little over or whatever but these were… just gross, overcooked enough to effect the taste which was also, gross. We gave it a while, figured it was a bad night, but tonight we get our food, 2 of our gnocchi soups have zero gnocchi, 2 of our pastas has zero sauce on them, and the other sauce had like a basic tomato sauce instead of the 5 cheese, and it, really wasn’t good. It was kind of inedible not to mention the shrimp had a weird taste to them. Definitely not getting to go from this place anymore it was terrible.
Edit. We called and told them and we got nothing more then a bit of credit on an over 100$ order that I drove 30 minutes away to get.

Service here was quite nice! And the food was quite delicious. I’m glad I had a gift card which is honestly the only reason I came here. I will say, their system was having quite a few technical issues, reading my gift card, so I ended up eating longer than I was hoping. However, my server, Erick, was exceptionally patient quite nice, and honestly a real gem of a waiter. Eventually, the payment issue got resolved, and I could not have been happier with a professional professionalism from the management and Erick. The service also fit in with a nice fun and clean interior which led to a lot of happy family meals around me. Would actually recommend if you’re looking for a fun meal with family or friends and Olive Garden makes sense for your group.

Last Minute decision for dinner. Wait was not long and the food was good. Our server Savanah was an absolute doll. She was so attentive and was on point with everything! One of the best servers I have had in a long time! Had a little mishap with one of our entrees and the Manager Jon came over immediately asking to correct the mistake or replace with something different. He also offered a dessert to bring home later if we wanted. Although we declined I was very impressed with the inventiveness of which the situation was handled. Thank You Jon and Savanah- we will definitely be back to enjoy again in the future!

They are always so nice here! The food itself in my option is pretty inconsistent? Sometimes I go and it’s great and other times I go and it’s pretty meh, not really ever super bad or anything. I had endless soup and salad, love that you can switch to any soup on the menu just a fresh way to go especially with a great salad. Great anytime! I had service with a smile and that goes a long way with a personable staff. The zuppa is soupa!!! My favorite with potato and sausage and kale.
