Good as usual, nothing out of ordinary for an Olive Garden restaurant. The serving was a bit confusing at first, because we have two different serves until things got sorted, but our main server was great! I got the Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo and it was amazing!

My daughter and I had dinner here on Friday evening. We usually go to the Olive Garden ar Cherrydale. I would always give them a 5 star review. We were very disappointed in the food quality and quantity. The chef needs to take more pride in the dishes that he or she sends out. Our dishes had rigatoni,creamy mushroom sauce and chicken. The rigatoni dried out on the plate because there was a lack of their creamy sauce. When we both asked for additional sauce, the chef sent out each of us a tiny plastic container of sauce ( picture of container). I told our waiter that was RIDICULOUS. So our rigatoni turned rubbery due to dryness. I do NOT recommend this location. They need a new chef !!

Olive Garden never disappoints! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is always friendly and attentive, and the food is consistently delicious. The pasta is perfectly cooked, the sauces are rich and flavorful, and the breadsticks are simply addictive. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and you always leave feeling satisfied. A great place for both casual lunches and special dinners – highly recommended!

Appetizers were good! The entrees were not. The waitress was nice. Fast food but not fast. My teenagers didn’t get their food until everyone else was finished eating.

Went to this location for a birthday dinner, we brought a custom $85 cake with us and the staff offered to hold the cake for us in the back while we ate. They brought the cake to us and it was very damaged with a handprint in the icing (?) The server was very nice about it but the manager told us that we couldn’t prove it, and just sent us out with a giftcard. Very unimpressed with the management here. No blame to the servers they are wonderful and helped as much as possible

My husband and I went here for lunch. We, arrived about 11:30 and the place was pretty empty. First mistake, we were seated in the bar area, near the front door and the waiting area. it was to become a huge noisy crowd by the time we left.
Our server came quickly, took our order and left. We were having soup and salad. She brings the soup out first, no salad. Then she disappeared. By the time she came back into the bar area we had finished our soup. I had to wave to get her attention and ask for the salad. “I forgot” was her excuse.
The salad was nowhere near as nice as it usually is. The bowl was half empty and the lettuce was wilting. We ate it and then tried to use the tabletop kiosk to pay the check. The bill was wrong. Once more we had to dig up our server, who had to talk to the manager! We waited and waited and finally put cash on the table for the correct amount.
On the way out I spoke to the manager who was hassled. The place was full by now and out of control. The manager made excuse after excuse. He even said dont come here when it’s busy!
I will never return and I advise anyone reading this to stay away. It certainly was not worth the money.

The hostess Loretta was very warm and welcoming!!! This is very rare in today’s restaurants she is professional and truly cares for her guests. My server Hannah was by far the best server that I have had this year!! She was engaging, friendly, efficient although she had several tables she handled her area like a pro. Thanks Hannah we appreciate your excellent service. To the entire team food was cooked great! Overall a great experience thanks for still bringing the warm hospitality, service and good food.

I didn’t fully enjoy the experience, mainly because the breadsticks and salad, widely praised and a big reason we chose to dine there, were not available at the time. Since it was my first visit, it left me feeling a bit off.
That said, the ambiance was quite interesting it felt like being in the old days, which added a unique charm to the setting. When it was almost late at night, the cold and rainy weather enhanced the vibrance of the place, making it a worthwhile option despite the shortcomings.

This Olive Garden is fine. The service is definitely lacking at times. In my most recent excursion, it took basically until the entrees were done before we got our breadsticks. If you’re going here, the create your own pasta is probably the best deal. They’re really good at offering you salad, soup, and bread sticks though. This place always looks clean and as for mints, you just grab them on your way out.
