We experienced great service on a really busy night. Server was fairly prompt to greet us when we were seated, and from there we consistently received more bread and attention. Our entrees were very prompt considering the crowd.
Food was as you expect for Olive Garden. Breadsticks were more buttery than usual – very good. Only blip was cold soup; I’m sure we could’ve complained and had that fixed but we chose not to.

They sat us in a section whose server was already taking care of a 30-person party. It took over ten minutes from seating just to place our order, and only after my wife left the table to request a server. We ordered our entire meal and requested breadsticks while we waited. Another five minutes had passed before they brought out our drinks, with one breadstick in a napkin. Our salad and soup came nearly 10 minutes later. When we received the rest of our food, the server rudely asked if we were still mad (we never said we were angry) and laughed while placing the food at the table. We didn’t laugh or find the corny comment funny at all. My toscana soup looked like someone added an extra tablespoon of oil in it, which i scooped out and took a picture of. My angel hair and meatsauce looked dry with only a half scoop of sauce and too much pasta; It also smelled rancid so I had it removed from the bill. The manager didn’t bother to come over and ask why I wanted it removed. The silverware was dirty and had hair on it so we asked for plasticware. Needless to stay, we didn’t stay and eat. I can see why this location has so many bad reviews. We will probably never return to this location. The tables around us seemed to have no issues with their food or service. I plan on reporting the entire experience to corporate.

Everything was great except for the fact that there wasn’t a kiosk on our table. I didnt like that. Having to go to the kitchen entrance to pay didnt match the overall vibe. We were celebrating my honey bday and it made me feel like they didnt trust us to pay. All the other tables had them. Just ruined the atmosphere. Sever was awesome tho.

Busy, but to be expected on a Saturday night. The wait was only a few minutes and the hostess was pleasantly helpful and once shown to the table it was clean.
There were groups celebrating birthdays so the atmosphere was festive.
Ciara was the waitress and her warm, bubbly personality was charming. She made thoughtful suggestions, was respectful and helpful and impressed me with her attention to even the smallest detail.
It didn’t take long for the appetizer or main course to come out. The presentation and flavor were both wonderful. The calamari was fried a little deeper than I expected, but it was flavorful and well seasoned.

I’ve been to this location before and had a better experience but this one was very subpar. The restaurant was slow it seemed for Saturday. The waitresswas sweet but you could tell she was more timid and newer. Everything was fine until the entrees came out. I currently work at a restaurant and have been for 25 plus years and ive never seen a more mishapen steak and cooked accordingly. It was supposed to be medium but one side was more well the other just a fatty glob. We sent it back politely and since we were pretty much done, i asked for the recook just to-go. It came and looked like a hockey puck. A manager never touched our table to talk to us or anything. I did see a guy in jeans who appeared to be the manager at another table. The server accidently double charged us for the glass wine and two sodas and had to go take it off. If the server wasnt so sweet, it would have been even less stars.

I’ve been coming to Olive Garden very frequently and most of the time Naija takes care of me and my boyfriend. I’m autistic, so dining out is hard for me but her welcoming spirit and kind attitude helps me a lot. I really enjoy the food! I always get the cheese ravioli and it’s delicious, plus the chicken and gnocchi is always so perfect. Love it with the breadsticks! Another huge thank you to Naija, I really appreciate her as a server 🙂

First and last time at this Olive Garden location. We checked in on the app around 1:20 PM and were seated right away, which was great. However, once our salad arrived, we opened our utensils and every piece was dirty with dried food and water stains. I asked for plastic cutlery and had to wait 15 minutes before finding someone else to help.
The food was very disappointing. The marinara sauce tasted sour, the chicken on my daughter’s ravioli was undercooked, and my shrimp scampi noodles were dry. The only thing we could eat was the salad.
We expected it to be busy for Valentine’s Day, which is why we came early, but the lack of food quality and cleanliness was unacceptable. We paid and left. Very disappointing experience.
We hope management addresses these concerns.

Eat in the restaurant, if you get your food delivered you will be disappointed. The soups are watery, smaller portions, the food flavor is not the same and the presentation is messy. If you call to complain they won’t give you a solution. My salmon portion was really small and they fill the plate with a lot of broccoli and the slice of lemon they added was dry!!! The salmon was dry and burnt. I wasted my money.

We visited the Two Notch Rd location on a Wednesday(2/25/26) evening, approximately 6:30 pm. This may be our last visit to this location. Our visit was to celebrate a special event and we chose the WRONG place.The issues all stemmed from our server, acting like she(Jaedlyn), did not want to be at work that evening. We finally received bread, but no drinks. She kept getting my fiance’s drink wrong, 3 times, but it gets worse. Drinks finally came, my fiance’s soup arrived, NO SPOON. Also we were given any saucers to even eat our bread on. Oh, by the time the spoon arrived, soup was cold, and the spoon was dirty. My finance’ did not get part of her meal, and we were over charged. We ordered from the Lighter Portion menu but was charged full price for her Chicken Parmesan. I was charged for additional items I didn’t order with my spaghetti and meatballs. Jaedlyn just kept blaming the kitchen on this fiasco. Our kiosk on the table to pay wasn’t working and she acted like it was aa extreme inconvenience for her to take our payment personally. We were too exhausted to even try to ask for a manager. We just were disappointed and ready to go home. I feel this was hard earned money wasted. It really disappoints me, I always loved going to Olive Garden. Columbia, SC has many Italian restaurants, we will seek one of those next time we have a special dinner planned.
