Went around 8pm for dinner. A little busy but not a long wait. Jasmine, our waitress was friendly and polite. She checked on us often even though she had a large dinner party that kept her busy. The food was ok. I miss the old recipe for the chicken marsala. The chicken breast was a little well done on one side making it tough to cut through. Wasn’t impress with the presentation of my meal, but I understand being they were very busy. My daughter said the same with her chicken breast as well…it was cooked too much on one side. Would I go back…yes.

Seated quickly but waited about 15 minutes without being served. After asking the hostess for help, another waitress took our order. We then waited a total of about 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food and had to speak with the manager. Even after the food arrived, we had to chase down a waiter for a takeout box. Food was okay, but the service was consistently poor.

We had a wonderful time dining in at Olive Garden yesterday. It was very busy with several large parties dining in as well. While this may have slightly slowed down us receiving our food in a timely manner, we didn’t mind it at all. When restaurants have people packed in the waiting area and outside that means they are doing something great and that people enjoy eating there! Our waitress, Nellie was phenomenal! She was very attentive not only to us but to her other customers as well! Our food was hot and delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I took a few pictures while we were there but took additional pictures this morning to show how spacious the parking lot is. I hope that you will enjoy your experience there too!

Haven’t been here in years and the hubby surprised me with dinner and my bestie!!! It was Amazing and our server Wareanna B was THE BEST!!! On top of everything before we could even ask for something! Her service alone will make me come back!!! But of course the food will definitely have us coming back

Made an order for pickup, bad communication on the pickup servers end. Extra long wait without any notice or telling me anything just actively ignoring me at the pick up spot waited over 45 minutes past when I was told my order would be due. Horrible service will not be ordering again. Expected better from a restaurant like this very disappointed, Austin who I’m assuming is some kind of manager did an absolute horrible job taking care of me. He seemed absolutely clueless as to what was going on or the situation. Horrible customer service on his part. Took forever for the ziti and all we get is horrible ziti the noodles are stale and dry I don’t see why this took forever or what the problem was but just very disgusted overall with his experience we paid a lot of money for just horrible garbage food. Expected a lot better from Olive garden haven’t been here in forever but will not be back ever again. Unless you want to wait 2 hours for ziti that is dry and noodles that are crusty stay away from this Olive garden at all cost. And hopefully you don’t have to deal with the horrible customer service from Austin the manager.

My husband and I had been gifted a gift card and being Italians from up north we were a bit skeptical but went any way. The place is huge! Parking looked full but no wait at all because of the sheer size of it. Our waitress was really good, she was attentive and very patient taking our order. We weren’t rushed and were checked on with perfect frequency. I had the endless soup and salad and he had the Gorgonzola beef Alfredo. I love soup, it was good but not pasta fagioli or minestrone that I grew up with. Salad is standard iceberg with shredded cabbage and carrots. There were only two tomato slices and four cucumbers but a bunch of olives, pepperoncini and croutons. He said the steak in the fettuccine was perfectly cooked but no taste of the Gorgonzola and the drizzle of balsamic added a strange sweetness.
Over all a great place for a party or a slow date where you can take your time and eat your fill.

Our server was very nice and friendly, however the place was dirty and and food was cold. Upon wanting to speak to a manager she refused and did not want to speak to us. The serving for some of our dishes was very small and I repeat cold.

Oddly, the meal would have been greatly improved with attentive care and service. A four table station can be to much responsibility for a server who takes copious time discussing his sizeable tattoos 5 feet from our table.

Additionally, we essentially ordered 2 Manhattans – 1 with Scotch, 1 Bourbon. Both tasted fowl and undrinkably unrecognizable.
Even after clearly instructing the server five times what I wanted to drink, the sweet J & B Rob Roy was charged on the check as Jack Daniels. The taste and appearance gave no clue to the delivered drinks ingredients.

So, it really appeared that the untrained servers prepare their own drinks or the bartenders lack the most basic skill set in preparation of the most basic American cocktails.

Either way, I will never waste twenty minutes again in an attempt to order a mixed drink in any Olive Garden anywhere.

The restaurant was slammed.

Service was not incredibly unattentive.

Alcoholic beverages were not correctly prepared – in spite of explicit instructions.

Both salads contained wilted greens which should have been discarded.

My spaghetti contained several pieces of fettuccine. The pasta was sloppily thrown on the plate and it was the smallest portion I have ever received.
The “20%” tip option charged almost 40%. That’s a huge error.

The constant cell phone ringing at the next table was annoying.
Our dining room floor needed a food sweeping. However, the staff constantly walked over debris.

My friends & I loved coming here in college & it was one of our staple/go-to restaurants. Lots of great/nostalgic memories. We love getting the soup, salad, & breadsticks, & enjoy the restaurant atmosphere. I have been back many times with friends/family & always enjoy going. The food is good & it’s fun to try new things each time. It will always be a nostalgic gem in my heart, a go-to spot for me. Love it.

saw that Olive Garden was offering the never-ending possible. This sounded like a good deal so decided to take the family there.

I decided to check in online too go on the waitlist. This was very convenient it cut a lot of the wait time out since we were able to start our wait time before we got to the restaurant.

We were seated when we were told to go in. The place was about 50% full and this was on a Sunday. We all had the never-ending possible they had different sauces that you could have on it when you order your pasta this was priced at $13.99 and if you wanted to add protein to it it was an additional $5 one.
They also let you choose different types of pasta on your refill the first portion is larger and the portions afterwards are much smaller the only problem I had was that the pasta took a very long time to come when you want to reorder the pasta they make you finish your plate before you can order the next one which for me I ate 10 plate so that was a little bit of an issue but for the normal person if they’re only going to have a few plates I’m sure it is not too much of a big deal.

Otherwise the place was clean and the food was very good I had rigatoni on one of my pasta bowls as well as spaghetti, angel hair, penne pasta. I also enjoyed the new Spicy meat sauce they had. Overall I would say it was a good time out with pretty good prices which you couldn’t go wrong.
