We called the restaurant at 4:00 PM to reserve a table for 12 guests. The hostess told us that reservations were not available this weekend, but that if we arrived around 6:00 PM, we should be seated by 6:30 PM. Based on that information, we told all of our guests to arrive at that time since we were celebrating my niece’s 7th birthday.
When we arrived, Ms. Andrea told us we would be seated next. However, shortly after, a younger hostess with black hair seated another party of 11 people who arrived 30 minutes after us. According to her, they were “added to the waiting list before us,” which made absolutely no sense.
At that point, we were ready to walk out. The only reason we stayed was because my niece really wanted to celebrate her birthday there. We were not seated until 7:10 PM, which was extremely frustrating.
The only positives of this visit were our server, Stephanie, the food, and the margaritas. Stephanie was wonderful—attentive, professional, and kind—and the food and drinks were delicious.
Olive Garden really needs to do better when it comes to hiring and training host staff. Watching four different hosts walking back and forth, clearly confused about who to seat next, was very unorganized. That kind of chaos is not a good look for a restaurant like Olive Garden.

Work at the local hospital. Food was good, ordered delivery. They forgot my soup, called and they gave me a refund on the soup. Reason for three stars is if they forget the soup they should offer more than just a soup refund (in my opinion) for causing my souplessness. See attached picture of my current soup situation. It was supposed to be Chicken Gnocchi too (tear…) IYKYK…. Update, changed to 5 stars, they refunded $10 which was more than cost of soup. Thank you!

After our initial 45 minute wait they seated 5 of us in a booth with a chair at the end. Booth was barely big enough for 4. Then waited another 15 on the waitress. Food was cold and people that came in after us at other tables were finishing before we got our food. And we were seated in front of a table that was super loud. This was not a good experience. If you want a quiet meal do not go here. Food would probably have been good if it was warm.

We miss Italy … until we come here. It was for lunch this time. Everything was perfect. We had the pleasure of being served by a young man named Alex, who had just completed training in the kitchen. He was very professional and attentive. Our food came out so hot that we actually had to wait for it to cool off. What nice treatment. Thank you, Alex.

I was very disappointed. We had not eaten all day and I was very excited to eat a chicken Alfredo. When my plate got to the table all of the chicken was raw. I didn’t notice until I took a bite from the chicken and it tasted bad. I scraped the sauce off the chicken just to see that it was raw. Our waitress was very kind, apologized, and did mention she didn’t cook the plate she did have another plate come out but I had lost my appetite and didn’t even eat it anymore, but I was taken off guard that I still had to pay for my plate.

I would give a zero star review if I could. I haven’t been here in a while and today my wife was craving it. So after church we take our two small children here to eat and First off hostess sits us at a table in the middle of other crowded tables and walks away before we can say anything. So i preferred to sit with the small kids in a booth. So we wait there for almost 5 minutes and no sign of her or a server to greet us and take drink orders. So I walk over to the hostess desk and ask if we can move to a booth. She confirms that we can and ensures that the booth has a server. So we then wait at the booth for over 20 minutes. Still no one takes drink orders. Look for a manager . No manager. Just a bunch of kids not knowing what they are doing obviously. So we got up and left. Glad we did. I’m sure the food would be pretty bad too with service like that.

We really enjoyed ourselves. We went during rush hour. We had a 35 min wait for a table of 6. The waitress was sweet and very attentive. The food was hot.. The Zuppa soup had plenty of potatoes. This is what makes the soup. Not the flavored water.It was perfect.

The food was delicious and our server was even better. We order endless pasta, salad and breadsticks. Also had the gnocchi soup. 10/10. My aunt order chicken carbonara. I had an appetizer of the shrimp and smaller portion or Lasagna. To top it off, we had probably the best server in the restaurant. Her name was Misty. She is hands down the best server I’ve ever had at ANY restaurant. Be sure to ask for her if you decide to dine in. A wonderful spirit and a ball of joy. I will always request to sit in her section if she is working . Overall 10/10 experience. Definitely recommended.

I ordered angel hair pasta with marinara. The angel hair was mushy. I couldn’t eat it. The manager brought me another plate. It was better but not right. No one came back and asked me was it better. I ate maybe half and I couldn’t eat anymore. Our bill wasn’t right and my husband hit the button for our server to come. She was standing inside the door where they bring food out on her phone. She never came. I finally had to stop the manager as he came by. Never had bad pasta there before. Don’t feel like they were really concerned about the problem. Not a good experience!
