Olive Garden is a chained Italian Restaurant. We were greeted as we waked in and the hostess sat us right away. Our waitress was nice and attentive. We love going here for the endless soup and salad. They have a good selection of appetizers. We get the fried calamari and a variety of pasta dishes to choose from., from the steak Gorgonzola,and the chicken and shrimp carbonara. Great cocktail mixes and you can order online to go. It’s all good!

My family did a curbside dinner pick up, while I was at work, I came home to eat dinner, had a small bit of salad on the side and the taste was good, but I completely lost my appetite and almost gagged to find a bug in my salad. These photos are not fake believe me, I’ve loved Olive Garden ever since I was a little kid and had a couple company Christmas parties here for dinner, but now, I think I’ve changed my mind, I don’t think I will ever be returning or eating food from them again

I absolutely love coming here with my parents for veterans day because they treat them with a lot of respect and offer them a free meal. This trip we happen to have the same server as we did last year, With the same fantastic service. If you can get Evelina as your server she is highly recommended. thanks for making it another great visit for my parents and family!! It means a lot. Definitely grate service.

This store and it’s employees went well beyond to ensure I got my gluten free food and got it delivered to me. I bought a take home pasta for a family member along with my gluten free food and they called to make sure I knew the take home pasta wasn’t gluten free. As someone who has to be gluten free I appreciate that extra care so much. They also made sure my food was delivered to me and everything was perfect. Love this store. Angelic and everyone involved should be given a raise or something bc they took extra care of a customer who had a diet restriction. My confidence and trust in this store is top tier Monroe store off of Hwy 74

Always friendly, nearly never have to wait. All our servers we have are super nice. Honestly the better or the Italian chain restaurants in the area. You can tell that everyone is doing their part. Even today the manager on duty was super hands on. Keep up the great work, and we’ll keep coming back especially when other places let us down.

I ate there on Monday February 9th, although Leo, our waiter was extremely nice and this review isn’t about his service, he was great, this lands on the manager. I ordered the lasagna fritta as an appetizer it never csme out it was forgotten about, we didn’t receive breadsticks until our meal was practically over and we were also told that the soup we wanted seconds of was not ready yet! This is unacceptable! The restaurant wasn’t busy and there was just no excuse for this.

Terrible experience. Was seated at my table by 11:10 am. Was told there was a big “to go” order before ours, which we had ordered right away since I was on my lunch hour.Great waiter! 11:55 am , manager tells us it will be at least another 15 minute wait. Was told my chicken was being breaded. I thought food from Olive Garden was pre-made since it’s a chain, but even if that’s not the case, food should be prepared and prepped beforehand. I didn’t have time for that since I had to go back to work. I think it was a manager trying to buy time for Cook staff not able to handle a large take out order and service food to go out for a slow lunch crowd. Barely any tables filled in the place. I’ve gone to Olive Garden for 30 years. This was the worst experience ever. Actually received stale bread sticks! Didn’t even complain about them til the end. Gnocchi soup was dismal. Watered down. That was a first for us too. Always used to be thick and creamy Such disappointment. Won’t be back. Too many other places to patronize.

Maybe i’m old school.. But I think it’s important that your guests feel as welcome as possible.. Probably not leave an hour’s worth of dishes in front of them at the bar. Maybe not even talking about what you’re going to do outside of work Or how you got stiffed by other customers in front of other patrons.. Just a guess. Wish I could give zero stars

Closest location to us. Decided to try this location out for our date night. I signed us up online on the wait list about 6:30pm. When I did that, it did let me know the wait would be about 35-45 minutes. We arrived around 6:50pm. and checked us in and was told it would be about 35-minute wait?? We decided to sit at the bar and order a drink while we waited for our table. At exactly 7:15pm, we sat at our table! Our waitress Chloe was AMAZING! She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Our order was put in and came out in a timely manner! I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara pasta, and it was DELICIOUS! my husband ordered the chicken tortellini, and he said it was delicious as well. We ordered the chocolate lasagna… I HIGHLY recommend it! it definitely satisfied my sweet tooth and hit the spot! Overall, it’s not a bad location. The restaurant was spacious with a lot of seating. Of course if you go on a Saturday evening it will be busy.
