We love pasta and haven’t been here in a long time. We took us a girls trip for a late lunch. Just what we wanted. The waitress was so nice and very on top of her job. The food came out fresh and hot, and the waitress definitely kept us some bread sticks and endless dipping sauce coming!!!! First time at this location and we like it a lot better than the other one we usually go to. Will definitely be coming back when we are in the mood for pasta.

Ordered a to go meal for the family. A couple of the meals were hot, the rest were warm/cold. The portion size of everything was not good as well. The adult meals were like kids meals and the kids meals were even smaller. The salad container was maybe half full, the soup was full, but almost all broth. Barely any meat and 2 tiny pieces of potato. For over $60, we do feel that we were taken care of. We did email the restaurant and got no response. We have eaten inside many times and have never had an issue. I’ve added a photo of 1 of the kids meals. They actually got more grapes than they typically do in the restaurant, so they were happy about that, but the actual meal? That’s not enough for a toddler!

NO TAST TO THE FOOD . MY WIFE STEAK TAST LIKE LIVER. I HAD THE TOUR OF ITALY AND IT WAS HARD ON THE BOTTOM LIKE THEY PURCHED IT FROM THE STORE. I will not be going back here any time. Ohh be carefull they try and charge extra if you play a game on the tabley menu the have.

We ordered a pickup order (chicken Alfredo add broccoli & chicken tortellini with a side of broccoli and large Alfredo sauce). The side of broccoli is so seasoned and probably the best I’ve had! Great sized serving amounts and everything tastes amazing! The lady who brought the food out was nice as well!!!!

Disappointing meal and poor attention to detail
I really wanted to enjoy my dinner, but this was a major letdown. I ordered the ravioli, and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. The meat sauce tasted off and made me feel nauseous; I couldn’t manage more than a few bites before giving up.
To make matters worse, we discovered my wife’s to-go order was the completely wrong item once we got home. While our waitress was a nice person, she was not attentive at all and clearly wasn’t listening to our requests. Between the bad food and the service errors, we won’t be heading back.

I went at lunchtime. I had all you can eat soup/salad/bread sticks. The soup & bread sticks were phenomenal. The salad had just too many onions & not enough dressing. Our waitress was good but very distracted due to training another employee which did affect her attitude and our service. This is why I only gave 2 stars for service. Other times I have been to this same Olive Garden and service was very good! I would still high recommend this location

I think it’s time to give up on Olive Garden. It used to be an affordable, easy, kid friendly way to get pasta. Now it’s just gross.
Frozen tiramisu – sent it back.
Chicken, a strange crumbly yet rubbery texture.
Zuppe Tuscano, a bowl of potatoes and water. One piece of kale.
No offer to refill the soup, no offer to refill our drinks, no offer for bread sticks.
10-15 minutes to wait when the restaurant was empty. 4:30pm on Thurs. Should have went to Texas Roadhouse instead.
Tacky service that barked one word questions, “Cheese?” “Water?”

Ordered pick up. Arrived 10 minutes early. Text to say I was in #6. I waited 5 minutes past pick up time. I walked in and asked the clerk about my order she mumbled something and walked off. Evidently some else was at the check in ask my name read it and walked away. It was right there on a shelf. Then another lady came up and have out 3 take out orders that were behind me. They act like they were all confused or something. I got home and my lasagna was not cooked completely so I had to put it in the oven. I will not be back. Really bad service and food was not good
