We had a great experience thanks to our waitress, Stephany. She was incredibly nice, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from start to finish. She checked in at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and had a warm, positive attitude the whole time. Excellent service — she truly made our visit more enjoyable.

It’s been quite a few years since I’ve visited an Olive Garden, and I noticed during my most recent visit that many things have changed in respect to service. From what I can remember, this chain stood out to me for their exemplary service. From one’s initial visit to the host stand to final payment with their server, everything had a proper procedure. I remember there being a wine of the day, and a sample of this wine being offered. I also remember the server listing all the non-alcoholic beverages they serve from memory before guests making their selection. I also remember the menu having a significantly larger selection. I was disappointed today… Not because my party’s service was bad, or because the food wasn’t good, but because it seemed clear to me that standards have been lowered. I can only describe my experience as average. Average is boring… I’ll likely wait some time before returning to see if any further changes are made.

First off, it’s been years since I’ve been to OG. Last night made me wonder why. Waiter was friendly and on it. Let’s get to why we came
Breadsticks and salad are as good as I remember. We decided to get an appetizer and went with the shrimp fritto misto. Man was it good. Especially with the spicy ranch. (Not spicy, reminded me of the blackened ranch from Popeyes)
I ordered the chicken tortellini alfredo and thought it was really good. When it first came out the waiter noticed my dish was prepared without chicken. He came back with a generous amount of chicken
My wife ordered the cheese ravioli and said it was good but preferred Gianos take on the dish.
Great experience and probably will be back sooner than later this time.

It was amazing and also very delicious I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in about 2 years and coming back to this food was definitely a treat as well as how they present the food. Still love the angel hair pasta.

We came out for a dinner for 4 and had a great time! Hadiya was our waitress and perhaps one of the best serving experiences we’ve had! She was incredibly attentive and helpful and even helped my dad find his hearing aid when he dropped it on the floor! Thank you so much for everything and thank you Hadiya!! We’ll be back!

The food was good up until the point of not being able to get my steak for my meal cooked properly to the temp I needed it. We do not eat meat that isn’t cooked properly… especially pink and bleeding. Crystal let us know we couldn’t get our meat cooked to the temp we wanted but we didn’t know if we cut it .. we still have pink and blood.. after also ID’ing me for a cocktail .. I’ll be 30 next year.. atmosphere got a higher number because we created our own atmosphere.

Its been a very long time since i have been to Olives garden. Its not the same as it used to be. We were there for a lunch meeting. It was not crowded at all which is awesome. This place is usually very busy during weekends and at dinner times.
The hostess was great. She answered a lot of questions and gave suggestions.
I was there for the salad and bread sticks .
Everything was good except the shrimp scampi. It was just too plain.

Last night we visited Olive Garden at Gate City Blvd in Greensboro. We had the most pleasant experience. Everyone was very pleasant, but Shara our waitress was exceptional. She was so nice and kind. She smiled each time she visited our table. She never let our drinks get empty. She was personable and made our experience very delightful. We will definitely be back, and she will be requested each and every time we visit. She was a true blessing to our family. I hope she has a very Merry Christmas. Overall, it was a great night and I am so glad we choose your restaurant.
