Came for lunch today and it was amazing. I had the best server Donquell, she was very nice, and checked on the table, gave us everything we needed. It was a great experience. Who ever made the chicken and gnocchi soup did great. It was soooo delicious. I got the herb crusted salmon, delicious. Everything tasted very good.

Surprisingly quiet, hardly anyone in the restaurant around 2pm. But we had really great service. Shoutout to Ally for making sure our every need was met. I definitely would visit again. I did the soup & salad and my hubby did create your own pasta. Both options were tasty.

The good quality seems to have gone downhill. I had the chicken parm lunch plate today and the chicken texture was just awful. It shouldn’t be that difficult to get fresh product and make a good tasting chicken cutlet.
I would like to point out thst our server, April, was very attentive, friendly and professional.

Always a family affair. Taking several adults and three kids out – is made easy at the Olive Garden. The photos cover the Chicken Gnocchi soup and salad, Stuffed Shells, the graveyard of chocolate milk my 10yr old massacred – and the Black Tie Mousse cake.
From the Tour of Italy, across the simplicity of Spaghetti – everyone has happy. The round tables make for an eventful visit, conversation, and its easy to share meals.

First of all, I would like to ask what is the point of having an online waitlist system if you aren’t going to follow it? We joined the waitlist in the car so we could stay warm and listen to music while we wait. We got the text, went inside and were promptly told they called our name and when we didn’t answer, they just gave the table away. Now, I can understand if you had called and it had been a while. However from when we received the text to when we go to the check in counter, it was MAYBE a minute and half.
Second. While our server was kind and friendly, the service was incredibly slow. we had to ask for breadsticks (and it took asking twice before we even got any the first time), we had to ask for refills, the wrong dish was prepared, I had to ask to get the wrong dish taken off the bill. It was just an accumulation of one thing after another.
It was a long dining experience that I do not wish to repeat. I normally don’t have any issues with this location, however tonight it was horrible. I am not sure what happened, however I am not happy with the experience we had tonight.

Great experience at our beloved chain restaurant. Very busy but still a nice atmosphere. Sami was the best waitress we have ever had. Great soup & salad as always. The restaurant was clean and staff were kind and friendly. Typical menu selection served with precision chain restaurant execution. Everything you expect. Nothing off the beaten path.

Had a wonderful time here last night, came around 4 o’clock for a early dinner. It’s been about a year since I have been to a olive garden, but let me tell ya it won’t be a year till I go back. From the moment I went in the door the people working there were so friendly, I got seated quick which I should mention I was on the waitlist. We ordered Cokes when we sat down, sadly they didn’t taste right. However when we mentioned this to our server she went out of the way to fix it and get us new Cokes that tasted amazing. We also ended up getting the fried lasagna apatizwr and let me tell ya it was good. Them the main courses came out, both mine and my wife’s food was very hot and very good. We also got the take home entree for 6 dollars, overall a wonderful experience. I truly wish every time I ate out it could be this nice relaxing and truly feel like the luxury that it is.

We had Sammy as our waitress and she was so kind and pleasant. This was truly special as it was a small lunch to pre-celebrate my daughter‘s 18th upcoming birthday. She went above and beyond.

I went today with my parents and we all got soup salad and bread sticks except my mom who got the eggplant Parmesan. We had to wait a half hour on getting any of the food in the first place and they were out of one of the soups (which took another 15 minutes to get). But my mom who got the eggplant Parmesan waited over a an hour for it. And asked for a manger after waiting for over an hour for it (she also told the server to cancel the eggplant Parmesan). So the manager Tracy Tilly came over with the eggplant Parmesan and my mom said that she was scared to eat the food because they ran out of silverware (on a not busy day) and was upset over the wait and Tracy Tilly agreed and said she understood why, she also was not aware of the lack of silverware and only knew because a server told her. After that we got up and left because how management treated us and how she agreed with my mom about being scared to eat the food.
Other than that the server was great and did a fantastic job.
Tldr be prepared to wait a stupid amount of time for overly salted food and a manger who is not aware of what’s going on in the restaurant and is also scared to eat the food.

We had a very bad experience. There was a lot of unprofessional behavior. The host, Jaden, was rude because we didn’t want the table he chose for us. After that, the server who was supposed to take care of us completely ignored us for 30 minutes.
We ordered an appetizer through Ziosk; it was brought to the table, but we didn’t have any drinks and, again, no server. I also work as a server, and I would be embarrassed if my guests were treated this way. I don’t feel the managers are properly trained to handle these situations.
We decided to get up and leave because we completely lost our appetite.
