Our complaint with this Olive Garden has absolutely nothing to do with the waiter, or the food in general. We where sat quickly probably faster then we expected. The food and drinks where brought out quick. The soup was hot the salad was cold. Our concern stems from what happened when my wife and I had the alfredo. We want to be clear. We love the alfredo at olive garden. We get the Ziti sub tomatoe sauce for alfredo, and my wife always gets the fettuccine alfredo. Today when we tried the alfredo sauce it had a strong sour taste that both my wife and I noticed. We let our waiter, who handled the situation perfectly mind you, know. He took the Ziti back and was aware we didn’t want the fettuccine because we assumed it was the same batch, and our waiter confirmed it would have been. So far all is well we know accidents can happen but the the manager shows up after we pay holds the menu right infront of my wife’s face.

“I understand you didn’t like the alfredo.”

“No it had a sour taste.”

“Well I sold 4 gallons and no one complained, but its OK if it taste bad to you.”
Ok not great service right there but it may have been a bad night.

“I’m pregnant so I’m maybe more concerned.”

“When I was pregnant I couldn’t eat seafood but I love fish.”
Hey lady we both said it was sour and only one of us is pregnant. Absolutely ruined our experience there’s another Olive Garden not to far from this one. We do not have to be treated like that by someone selling sour alfredo our allowing it to be served in a dirty dish if the alfredo that night was fine. If she didn’t come out and act the way she did we would have been back. My wife loves Olive Garden she loves the alfredo. She’s eaten it since being pregnant. She will eat it at another Olive Garden. But we cannot justify going back to a Olive Garden that has management that feels comfortable treating people like that. The greeter was fantastic. The waiter exceptional. The rest of the food was wonderful, but that manger ruined any good faith we had with this location.

I took my kids and I out to Olive garden last night and my youngest the 2-year-old got extremely sick projectile vomiting all night long. Thank goodness it was just the food and he didn’t get a full-blown stomach virus. However, it is concerning that he got that sick from the food he ate at Olive garden. He only ate breadsticks and mac and cheese. I do believe it was the mac and cheese or maybe the spaghetti on the plate as well. He didn’t eat much of it.

My mother and I went almost as soon as they opened and the waitress was very pleasant and I would hands down say that this is the best service I have ever had an olive garden. Big shout out to our server Tristan!!! Amazing 10/10 for her service. Very quick and helpful!!

I recently dined at Olive Garden and while the food met expectations, the service left a lot to be desired. After being seated, I waited over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my table — even though servers were actively assisting the table right next to mine. It wasn’t that the restaurant was too busy; it felt more like my table was simply being ignored.

When someone finally approached, I placed my order and asked for a drink, hoping to enjoy it before the meal. Unfortunately, the drink arrived after the food, which defeated the purpose. Adding to the disappointment, the signature breadsticks something Olive Garden is well known for were missing when the entrée was served. They didn’t arrive until I was almost finished eating.

That said, the food itself was consistent with what you’d expect from Olive Garden warm, flavorful, and comforting. The portions were fair and matched what you pay for. It’s not gourmet, but it’s dependable, satisfying Italian-American fare.

Overall, the food was on point, but the service brought down the experience. With just a little more attentiveness and better timing, this could have been a much more enjoyable visit. Hopefully, it was just an off day for the team.

Our waitress was attentive and nice, the food was brought out quickly and was delicious. Portion sizes are a bit large, but I’m not complaining! We got to take our food home and have it for breakfast the next day, all for only 60 bucks. Definitely come eat here, one of the best Olive Gardens.

After a horrible experience trying to go to breakfast for my daughters birthday she decided we would give Olive Garden a try for dinner. We had never visited this location until tonight. When we got to the front door we were greeted by a very pleasant hostess. She was a breath of fresh air. I wish I would have asked for her name. She told us it would be a 15 min wait and it ended up being less. She chatted with us a few times. We were seated and our waitress Devin was also amazing. She had the absolute best personality and her customer service was great. I was unsure what I wanted and she offered up suggestions and it ended up being amazing. She is hands down one of the best waitresses I have had in a long time. I can’t wait to come back when we visit again.

Long wait, even though half the restaurant was not being used. Pasta was under cooked. Manager looked more like office worker AFTER long hard day then professional running a business. And didn’t seem concerned about the poor staffing. Only bright spot was our waitress really tried to take care of us, even though she was covering a lot of tables.

When we arrived, we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. It was almost 45 minutes before we were seated. Our server greeted us right away but had no personality at all. As long as he did his job, it was no bgi deal. After he brought us our salad and soup, he came by one more time BEFORE we got our meal and never saw him again. We had to go find boxes; none of us had drinks, and luckily we could pay at the table. The only saving grace was the food. Luckily the kitchen staff knew how to do their job.

We really enjoyed catching up with an old friend. Our glasses were never empty and our server was amazing. I wish I had gotten his name. If you remember this couple with the family sitting across from them you sir deserves a raise just with your smile alone.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. We were very disappointed with our waitress. We waited 20 plus minutes for refills and they never came by the time we left. We never got a refill on salad or breadsticks until we had to ask for it to go. We waited 15 mins for the breadsticks to go and they never came. So we left.
Paying $100 for such bad service is a real let down, especially on such a special day for us.
