Our server was great, informative, fun and attentive!
We stopped in at a late hour, but not close to the closing hour and glad to be out of the cold. Warm and friendly service goes a long way . Ordered off the new light menu aiming to be able to make it through dessert. Yet the light menu is still a good portion to have to bring a take away and even ended up taking dessert home as well.

Other than the E.O.D sticker being in my pasta, the experience was good. Waitress was wonderful but upon reheating the pasta at home we discovered the sticker in the pasta. Someone in the kitchen needs to be more mindful.

Not a bad place to eat, but I felt rushed the entire time. I wanted to spend some time (15 to 20 minutes or so) catching up with a friend, but felt rushed as the waiter quickly directed me to the kiosk to pay after I asked for my drink to be refilled.

As a lover of Olive Garden, I had to check out the one in Virginia Beach while I’m down here. This is a great location with excellent service, food quality, and amazing staff. Rhoda and Kimmie were our servers and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They always came back with refills without asking and assisted us when our order got messed up. Overall, this is a great location with great customer service.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our server, Dakota, was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive. It truly felt like he cared about making sure we had everything we needed. The great service made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience. From the beginning to the end of my visit I’ve enjoyed gourmet food and high quality customer service. Our server – Stephen was nice and friendly. Having few tables beside us he paid us enough attention and never been annoyed (what is highly appreciated). We didn’t have to wait a long to make an order.
My verdict: service- great, food- great. Impression- great. Highly recommend.

Service and food delivery was extremely slow. Took over 20 minutes to even get drinks. Another 30 or so to get appetizers and so on.
This is okay as I understand it’s a Saturday evening.
The kicker was the manager (Danielle I think?). We had some questions about the food as to how it was improper and we were dismissed and belittled.
The waiter who was doing everything he could to make up for the series of events apologized for her behavior and stated she’s always like that.

I ordered food for takeout and arrived to collect it; however, the order had not been prepared. I was required to enter the establishment to retrieve it. They explained that I had not checked in initially; upon review, they acknowledged that I had checked in, but a staff member claimed another person had not informed her. No accountability was demonstrated. I waited for twenty minutes. I would have had to wait longer if I had not entered the establishment. The food is now cold upon my arrival home; it was likely sitting waiting to be delivered. This situation is entirely unacceptable.

We were honestly not impressed for this visit. Other times, in other cities, the experience was more positive. This time, the salad felt old, not crisp. The dressing also seemed watered down. On the second bowl, we had to request extra dressing. The chicken seemed like it came from a canned version, a bit rubbery. The steak was not as tender and was a bit too chewy. Our server, though, was great.
