Overall, food was typical Olive Garden experience. Got the never-ending pasta first portion was huge. Other portions were smaller in size. Pictures included of each bowl of pasta. Overall I thought all were cooked great and tasted delicious.
I was however, not impressed with the service at all. I had to wait a very, very long time to be served originally and never really got checked up on the whole entire meal and experience. I’m not going to blast the server name out here but what I thought was going to be a relatively quick dinner turned into a long experience. I was by myself, and a group of six was behind me and got service. Much faster than I did.

Our 72 year old Dad proposed to a wonderful woman. (SHE SAID YES!)
This event was so special because of our Hostess Liya, the Manager Geo, and our Waitress Cari!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. While I was eating, I noticed a cockroach on the table. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I do not recommend this place until proper hygiene measures are taken.

I visited Olive Garden a few days ago and had a generally positive experience. While I was a bit disappointed with the limited vegetarian options, the food we did order was good.
The soup and breadsticks were absolutely delicious and a highlight of our meal!

Living in Richmond since last 2 years & that too in close proximity to this place! I came here after a long wait & my cravings for Italian cuisine!
My entry was fabulous, the decor & seating arrangement is absolutely stunning, you’ll get proper Italian feeling (cheese flavored aroma, alfredo’s getting cooked up!).
P.S. I have been to Rome & Florence so I understand the flavor & aura!
We tried Mushroom Ravioli, Artichoke Spinach dip (awesome), Chicken Pollo Alfredo & yes with each entree you get unlimited soup (your choice) & fresh bread sticks. Loved this place, my favorite now!

Great location! My server, Mary, was excellent! Today is my daughter’s birthday. She specifically asked for the OG with a bunch of her friends. They had a great time.
