The food as always was great! What surprised me and earned my respect is that the staff immediately discovered they served us the wrong plate before I could bring it to their attention. They replaced it with the correct order. The discovery was minor (grilled chicken versus fried chicken) but it was important for me and thus, it was important for the staff! Kudos and I love Olive Garden!!!

Ive been going to Olive Garden for many years and have never had a better experience than as this olive garden. Our waiter Cam was outstanding. Honestly this review is primarily because of him and not the restaurant. He’s that good! But overall great olive garden. Very large and it just looks nice inside. Food was great. Really enjoying that new calabrian pasta dish. Hope they can keep that full time on the menu. Don’t worry, the picture on my review is not how it comes. I just got to excited when I got it, started eating it and forgot to take a picture. I ate about half of the dish at that point. Ask for Cam if you can, TRUST Me.

The dinner we had for takeout was superb and the price was right. After a 10 hour drive it was comforting to enjoy a great dinner. I did not eat in the dining room however the place looked amazing and very clean and well laid out. I would definitely like to experience an in restaurant meal. Next time.

We had a party of four, and we got seated quickly with no wait. We ordered all you can eat pasta, 4 different types of pasta, and different sauces. Salads are also all you can eat as well. The waitress was named Kayla, and she was the best, very friendly, very good, always checking on us, making sure we had what we needed. Keeping up with our beverages. She was checking on our party the entire time, and she was busy with other tables. It was a great dining experience all the way around. I am not a big fan of Olive Garden, but tonight was a great experience. I would recommend Olive Garden for the food, the staff, and the atmosphere.

Had a really great experience at the Winchester Olive Garden. Our waitress, Lillian, may be the best waitress ever. She was exceptionally friendly, patient and helpful. A genuine, really nice person. How refreshing!
As for the food, I had the fettuccine with steak. It was perfectly grilled to medium and tender for a sirloin. The salad included a nice assortment of vegetables– not just a bowl of lettuce with a few slivers of tomato.
Overall, a 5 star experience. I will return.

If I could give negative i would. Really wanted to like this place. Despite alot of other places this one in particular is known for good food and good service. However the managers do not have the morale courage to talk to families who have extremely disruptive and screaming kids who ruin the dining experience for all the other diners in this establishment. Shame on the manager. Just sat there watching a screaming kid over 15 minutes and did nothing while people walked out including me. Sad. While I recognize theres alot of debate about this parents should know to take disruptive kids out of these situations in contrast if managers see parents are not a basic civic duty they (the managers) need to address it and in this case nothing. They lost unecessary business tonight.

This is the first time we’ve been to Olive Garden in several years. We arrived around 4:30 for dinner. The business was steady but not really busy. The service was excellent, and our server,Adriana, did a great job. They always have good salads and bread. The salmon was excellent. My wife said the shrimp calbonaro was excellent. The prices are higher than most restaurants in the area.

Food was great and our waiter was really nice. I didnt like the way the manager (I think the staffs name was Bev) spoke to my table. My kid has level 2 of autism and gets upset from the smallest things and the manager told us to go outside because he was crying. It really made me feel uncomfortable and not wanted in the restaurant.

Decided to eat here yesterday after a bad experience elsewhere. Our son has a rare food allergy called f-pies. We needed specific ingredients of the food. Our server as well as management was super helpful in providing this. Were extremely friendly and did not get frustrated at all (which most places do). Bev the manager was extremely polite and made our experience great.
