I really hate leaving bad reviews but after being in a car for 8 hours & checking into my hotel, I had to feed myself and the kids because we were starving, I love Olive Garden so that’s what we went with. Ordered online the whole process was cool and smooth, but when it suggest adding a take home ZITI entreé it does not Inform you that it comes COLD AND YOU HAVE TO COOK IT YOURSELF!!!!! That’s not the worst part, the ONLY thing I wanted was two bowls of the Gnocchi soup, and when I got back to the hotel and opened my food I discovered it was like water, there was no gnocchi balls in it, smelled like spoil chicken it was just all around terrible, so if your checking the reviews, all I can say is don’t eat here AFTER 6PM, both bowls were inedible and I’ll be bringing them back this morning. & I’ll post an update if it gets better.

When we arrived we were sat right away. Our waitress had the drinks, salad and bread sticks out right away. She was very polite and well versed on the menu. After placing the order she checked on us a few times to make sure we were ok. When the food came it it was hot and well prepared. Over all we had a great experience.

What a joke this was. I got endless soup and salad my guest got a pasta meal with endless soup. ( she at least got two bowls) Took a good 20 minutes just to get drinks then at least that for soup and salad to come out. Our server came to table to check on us one time. my endless soup ended up being one bowl and we only received 1 round of bread sticks and salad. A table of people came in after us, got served and had table cleaned before we even got our check same server!

Our waiter was great! Polite, attentive and even told us how to save money by ordering the same thing but in a different way. I had the Gnocchi soup and my husband and sister-in-law had the Ministrone; they were fabulous. We had lunch size meals and they were great and enough food. I hate not finishing my meal and overeating makes you so sluggish. Our dessert of the small chocolate mint candy topped the meal off great! I never would have been able to eat even half a dessert since the meal was so good and very filling. I always love coming here because the food is always great and the staff and the atmosphere are always nice!

Our server Jonathan was beyond amazing. He took care of our party of 6 even though we arrived to the restaurant within an hour before closing. Food came out hot and fresh and his service was outstanding. The only negative is the lady who is hosting at the entrance of the restaurant. She is RUDE and not welcoming at all. Even makes you feel as if she was kind of stalking you through the entire meal and trying to find a way to reprimand you as if we were kids smh lol. It was funny to us but I can see why it would be annoying to other people. God bless her heart but she needs a different position just my humble opinion. On the other hand, Jonathan went above and beyond for us and it meant the world to us considering we reunited with local family members very last minute after 2 years of not seeing each other and we just wanted to have a good dinner to celebrate my little sister’s Bday. Jonathan made it possible so from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU!!!

Had the “bottomless lunch” or something like that. All you can eat salad, bread sticks and soup. Salad & breasticks fantastic. Soup, hot flavorful. Pasta figole superb. Had waiter surprise me with send soup choice cheese based just as good. Waiter was very knowledgeable and not over attentive. Mgr. stopped by to check in with us. Very pleasant experience. Definitely would return here.
