I have not been to an Olive Garden in a while but with some strong cravings for the never ending pasta, decided to come for a visit. Upon entering, the manager and hostess was up front to greet us and promptly seat us.
Once seated Kayla our waitress came right away and she promptly took our drink order and gave us some time to decide our dish. Kayla was prompt and provided amazing service during our visit! She was also very engaged with us as well as the other customers.
Food wise, the pasta was cooked perfectly and the best sauce was the five cheese sauce with rigatoni. I also opted for the toppings and the chicken fritta was the best as I thought the meatball tasted too much freezer burned.
If you’ve never been to an Olive Garden before, it’s perfect for a date or a large family gathering.

After long trip Olive Garden I have known being open till 10 PM so needed their Italian Margarita yes comes with shot of Amerito? . Ordered pasta comes with bowl of Salad breadsticks unlimited.. Fiber and carbs with alcoholic drinks can make you relaxed and happy.. it was close by hotel I was staying. So no hassle.

We had dinner at the White Marsh location tonight. The staff was friendly and our server was kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the food was disappointing. The Gorgonzola steak was inedible (the pasta and sauce itself tasted good but the steak on it was really bad), the Margarita chicken was very plain, and the shrimp pasta was drenched in sauce. The drinks also didn’t taste good, and no one cleared the empty dishes, making the table feel crowded. Overall, for a $200 meal for our family of five, it wasn’t worth the price despite the good service.

I don’t typically go to big chain restaurants, but I enjoyed my trip here. We had excellent service and decent food. I enjoyed the lighting and decor but the seating doesn’t give you much privacy or intimacy with your group.
I am a foodie, not quite a snob but I have very high standards; keep that in mind as you read. The salad and breadsticks were fine, just not to my personal taste. The pasta seemed a bit overdone, but I typically like al dente. The hilight for me was the Zuppa Tuscana soup, it was fantastic! I also loved the calamari, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Tonight the family and I decided to go to Olive Garden for our favorite time of year, Never Ending Pasta. We arrived at around 8:15pm and were greeted with a friendly welcome at the door. After roughly five minutes we were seated by Holly the Service Manager. Holly was awesome. She was attentive, friendly, engaging, and made us feel welcomed. Great start so far. Holly then took our drink and appetizer order and advised us that our server would be with us in just a moment. A few minutes later our server arrives with our drinks and appetizer and took our food order, which of course was the never ending pasta. Roughly ten or so minutes after that she arrives with our salad and breadsticks, but not the Alfredo boat we ordered to go with the breadsticks. Side note, if you have never dipped your breadsticks in the alfredo sauce you are missing out. Anyway, at that point our drinks were running low but I figured she would be bringing them on the next trip. I was wrong. Fast forward to 8:45, at this point the server comes by and asks if we are ok, to which we ask about the alfredo boat and refills. Around 8:52 the main course arrived. Immediately followed by the alfredo boat and refills. We were hungry, and I am a bigger guy, so needless to say it didnt last long. By 9:03pm as the server was checking in I was able to ask for a refill on drinks and my second portion of the never ending pasta. I requested it “same as the first one. The rigatoni with mushroom sauce and chicken” and after a few minutes the refills for the drinks arrive. Fast forward to 9:24, the server checks back in. At this point we are now getting irritated because there is still no food refill, which I would understand if there was a crowded restaurant, but there was hardly anyone there, so we ask for boxes for when the food comes out. She apologizes and tells us that “the kitchen is slow tonight”. About two minutes later, Holly comes by again and must recognize the look of irritation on my face because she immediately checks on us and lets us know she is going to go “light a fire under them” in the kitchen. Finally at 9:33 the second round comes out, and 2 of the 4 dishes were completely wrong. We decided not to complain because at that rate I was worried they would be closed before they got it fixed. We boxed our food and asked for a bag. Paid the bill and left. Holly spoke with my wife on our way out and thanked us for coming in.
Total Experience Time 1 hour 24 minutes
Atmosphere 7 of 10 (many tables with dirty dishes)
Food 10 of 10 (food quality was amazing)
Order accuracy 7 of 10 (was almost perfect until the last round)
Staff 5 of 10 (Holly got it right. Thats about it though)
Price 6 of 10 (Pricing would be great if we had gotten our monies worth. But being ignored kind of makes you feel ripped off)
Overall 6 of 10 (the lack of attention from the server really broke this experience.)

I have been to this location numerous times in my life. Always a generally good experience. Although, there are times where the waiter/waitress tends to take a long time to return to check on you for refills on drinks or anything else. There have been a few times where they forget the breadsticks or never bring them out. But overall, it’s a good time and I love Olive Garden food even if it may not be real authentic Italian. It’s good food here. The atmosphere is good top, with subtle Italian music in the background. Would recommend this spot.

3 out of 4 of us got sick after eating dinner there. We were seated at a table for 6 in a corner facing the kitchen
It was very loud amd chaotic. The server told us the machine for lemonade and sodas was not working, yet we continued to see other tables served the same drinks we were told we’re not available. One of the orders came wrong (red sauce when asked to be Alfredo), the rest of our meals were small as if it came from the lunch menu when we had dinner. All of us who ordered chicken spent the night and following day sick in the bathroom. The worst experience at an Olive Garden ever.

This used to be my favorite restaurant until today. The bread sticks tasted different and they were heavily saturated in butter. We had to ask about our appetizer. The floor was dirty in the area where the drinks were made. The severs did not remove used dishes from the table before bringing out our entrees. The odds of me returning are low.

We had dinner at this place for a bday dinner party. We enjoyed the food. Always order ahead for yourself. Keep in mind that one order is more than enough for 3 people.
