Just visited again (8/27/23) and sat in the bar area. Ryan B. served us while running the bar. We was super attentive, personable, highly knowledgeable about the menu changes. We ordered the ravioli carbonara, one with shrimp and one with chicken. We’ll definitely be asking for his section in the future.

This review might be hard to write. On 7.9.23, we came here for dinner. Once we were seated, I went to use the restroom. Let’s just say the way I found it was not suitable for use. I immediately walked out and notified a server to advise a manager. He apologized multiple times, but the person he sent did a half a clean-up job, and what I found earlier on the floor in the handicap stall could still be seen.

If you want a tasty, moderately priced meal with great portions. This is your place. Server was great and even the manager stopped at every table to chat and make sure everyone was satisfied! Still enjoy the soft breadsticks and salad or soup with every dinner.

I went at lunch time. Ask to be seated in dining room area. They sat me in the bar area. I am not a alcohol drinker, and I don’t like bars. Very disappointing. They just don’t listen. Maybe because she was preoccupied with her daughter at work. Look at my star rating before eating here.

I arrived late to my hotel, didn’t have a car, and my wife, coming from a different direction, was due to arrive in about an hour. It was late enough that most restaurants were closing. Luckily Olive Garden was open late and advertised delivery service. First disappointment was that when i called and asked for two dinners to be delivered to my hotel, I was told that there was no delivery service (despite the advertising of the delivery option). I know it wasn’t the fault of the kid on the phone, but the revelation did not make me happy. I was out of options, so i ordered takeout and finagled a ride from my hotel to pick it up. The good news is that the staff was very efficient and friendly in taking care of my takeout order. The food was decent Olive Garden quality….exactly what you would expect if you’ve ever eaten there. But the wait staff was friendly and my order was ready in only a few minutes. For an evening where I was running out of options for getting a decent dinner, i was happy that things worked out as well as they did.
