I have delayed a review for quite some time. We ate here post pandemic and like everywhere else, food quality was poor. However, fast forward from 2025 until today, I have been quite satisfied each time we ordered. It took a few years to get here but I feel like we are back at what I remember Olive Garden to be in 1999. I hope I am not speaking too soon. Whomever is managing this location is doing a great job. My sister and I dined in with our kids for lunch about October and service and food we’re excellent. Today my husband and I needed post workout meals (about 3:30pm-shout out to whoever was working this time today) so I suggested OG because I never go wrong with soup and salad. However, we ended up just ordering dinner for later. He got the steak and shrimp buccatini pasta, I had the grilled salmon and broccoli, lasagna for my daughter, spinach dip and of course Zuppa Toscana soup and salad. This was my first time having the salmon and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly , broccoli was tender but not over cooked. My husband said the pasta was delicious and spicy as advertised. Everything was good as it usually is. I just want to give a shout out to this location and tell yall to keep up the great work! I see why the lot is always full. Nothing makes me happier than feeling like it was money well spent!

Jawann was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he brought so much joy and holiday cheer—singing, humming, and creating such a warm, happy atmosphere. He checked in on us consistently and made sure everything was perfect. He truly went above and beyond, especially with the kids, making them feel so special and welcomed. I was traveling with my daughter from New York to North Carolina, and we decided to stop for lunch. We chose the best place. The salad they gave us was fresh and delicious, with great-tasting olives. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The place was very clean, and the restrooms were too. We really enjoyed that stop and would definitely return in the future.

I’m giving 3 state for the sake of caring about the employees here. They look defeated and overworked. Workers are nice but look so exhausted and not happy,,
The bar was not cleaned. The dirty glasses were not removed from the receiving specialty drink area. The waitress picked up new drinks next to old drinks. Disgusting
The bread at this location always hard. My order was messed up.

I stopped by there during lunchtime, I had an excellent experience ! This is one of the the nicest & clean Olive Garden that I’ve been to. My food came out fresh & good. The staff was nice, friendly and attentive. I was amazed by a wonderful experience that I can’t wait to visit again.

If I could give them zero stars I would.. I am here with my sister. We got here at 8:25pm, there was a couple here and two people dining by themselves at the bar. The bar holds 10 people. There was space for 6 people (which all had dirty dishes where people had left. ) my sister and I stood for about 15 minutes and the couple got up, so my sister and I sat and the cocktail waiter Frederick (that’s what the name tag said,) walked pass us a number of times without a word before we sat down. He then said the bartender went to the bathroom, we sat patiently and waited because my sister wanted the the soup and salad because of her cravings . Twenty minutes later (it may have been 15 minutes) my sister spoke to the bartender and said hello. The bartender said hello back but continue to clean the areas of the bars that were dirty. Her coworkers then started coming out to help her wash dishes still not taking our order. the bartender came to the bar, still did not acknowledge us, and continued to clean the bar cash out the other customers. I walked over to the host whom was very friendly (Melany) whom was standing right beside the manager in ear distance looking at me as I asked the host was there a waiting list. I explained to her the bartender had not acknowledged us. He walked away which made me think he was not the manager. (Sebastian) The bartender finally took my sister’s order (soup and salad and virgin pina colada.) I did not order a thing because I was appalled. Brandy the bartender then asked if she had done anything to me. I told her it was her not acknowledging us, she apologized. I told her thank you, I still did not order a thing. I told her I am writing a review. The next thing I knew the manager came over telling everybody thank you for coming. I never gave him eye contact and he walked off. My sister tried to pay her bill, but they took care of it for her and we left. we were in there for an hour and a half for a soup, a salad and a virgin piña colada. I will never patronize Olive Garden EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Stephanie was amazing came in tonight right as they were getting ready to close. She was really nice and honest when we asked her what she thought was better to eat and i appreciated the honesty in her suggestion. She was attentive one she came to the table and really sweet. The manager was also attentive and check on us a few times to make sure we were okay because it did take a little time to be greeted but it’s okay I understand it’s the end of the night! I was very happy with the service and food. My boyfriend got the chicken carbonara which he said was okay but super bacony I got the chicken Alfredo and I loved the chick it was perfectly done. Great night overall

Our waitress was very congenial. She took into consideration my dietary restrictions and was very attentive to the table. It helped make the evening special as my mother and I were celebrating in memory of my Grandmother.

As a person who visits Olive Garden often (my kid loves it), this visit was not pleasant. The staff for the most part is pretty rude. They dont give their patrons the right away when walking. Our waitress Kaleena and one other male staff member were really nice. Our server was very attentive.
For the first time I requested a high chair. The high chair was extremely dirty. I went and asked the host for the manager, and she quickly pointed out that all managers present were sitting at a table. I walked over to the table for which two men acknowledged themselves as managers. I expressed my concern for which they didnt express any sense of genuine care. They gave me the politically correct response. I decided to get my sons stroller from the vehicle so he could have somewhere clean to sit.
Our table wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. I took a wipe and swiped once, which revealed dirt. The window by the seat has visible dust on the ledge and in the corners. The device at the table which i refused to use to pay for my meal, was nasty and uncleaned
To top off an already uncomfortable visit, my spaghetti and meatballs, meat sauce, and intalian sausage came out cold. I immediately asked for a box because i did not want them to just reheat my food in a microwave. Another dish was missing the extra sauce that was ordered.
We will maybe try this location another month, another time. For now, we will only be visitng other locations in the area
