We ordered the Tour of Italy and the new Calabrian chili ️ bucatini with steak. This was a terrific meal. Rodrigo was our server and he did a superb job; very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. I hope this restaurant survived in Loudoun County.

I came there for my sister’s birthday and it was great. The place is beautiful and very big. The food was soooooo good, I felt so full afterwards. Our server was very attentive and did her job well. Definetly will be going back!!

I Had a pick up order but had to wait close to an hr. Past the designated time of pickup due to staff calling out. To be honest I was very upset and talked to the manager who was filling in names Taja she was amazing. Made sure I was taken care of and got my food to me in 10 minutes after I spoke with to her. You all have a good manager with her just wanted to give special credit to Taja thanks again.

Outstanding food, staff and service. I really did feel like family, lol! Our food was delicious and exactly how we ordered it, hooray!!! The staff was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I really appreciate the manager, David, who made certain that our Olive Garden dinning experience was top tier and it was. Thank you David and all of the wonderful Olive Garden staff. We can’t wait to eat here again. 1 million stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got on the wait list using their website and were seated immediately! We had the unlimited pasta bowl deal for $13.99 and ate so much, between the soup, salad, breadsticks and pasta. Our server was attentive and friendly and overall it was a great deal.

This was at one time my favorite location. The last couple of times I’ve visited, things have been out of scope. On my recent visit for carry out, they forgot to put my Meatballs Parmigiana in the bag. That is something I always order and it’s a favorite of mine, so I was bummed about that. Note that they called me as I approached my driveway to let me know they forgot to put it in my bag, but I still wonder why these things are not double-checked before they have staff run out to curb side patrons. I was not about to drive all the way back to restaurant to pick it up, as I had hungry folks awaiting their meal at home. Also, the soups and salad portion was VERY disappointing. I ordered two types of soup (Chicken & Gnocchi and Pasta e Fagioli). There were only several spoonful’s of soup within the containers and forget “Where’s the beef?!”….let’s talk about “Where’s the salad?!”. Same situation with that. We all know that soup & salad is a staple of Olive Garden and it was sorely lacking in my order. I’m sincerely hoping they can pull the nose of the plane back up for this location.

Gotta say first time here and everything was great. Service was great. Food came out quick. Breadsticks of course were amazing along with the marinara. Appetizers were all a big hit! Soups were fantastic. Finally entres were amazing today. Very happy with my visit and will definitely return!

I’d recommend teaching customer service to the hostess, Marianna?(couldn’t read her name too well)that was attending the host stand. Didn’t greet, smile, or gave any effort to make it seem like she cared. One comes in all happy and looking to enjoy food, yet she kills the mood. I’m surprised how she got the job, with that personality of a brick. Regardless, the food is good. The unlimited pasta is a steal for the price, as long as you eat more than one plate of course. The atmosphere is good, one of my favorites for these restaurant chains. Our server was great, very lovely and attentive.
