Very disappointed with my service at Olive Garden today. My server Tommy was rude to say the least. He spilled my drink on the table( images are of after I took my napkins to clean off table and he watched). Didn’t apologize, didn’t clean it up just slid it over in front of me. Not sure who the bartender was today but I come to this location all the time and order the same thing. Italian Margarita with salt my glass was LOADED with salt to the point I didn’t need to lick glass the salt was in the drink. Drink tasted like straight sour mix even tho I got an 1800 upgrade . Server brought all food ordered to table but never asked if we needed anything cleared. When I moved a dish to end of table and stated that it could be removed it was left at table. Removed my salad without asking if I wanted it to go. Brought to go containers but no bag. Honestly as a VET in the hospitality industry his vibe gave he didn’t want to serve my table or from what I observed the tables he had around me. I can only speak for myself but this is THE WORST experience Ive had at an Olive Garden in years. Also my silverware was dirty and came that way wrapped on the table….

We were a party of 5 that came in at 7:45 PM. No one came to our table till 15 minutes later to greet us and take our drink order. At this point we also put in our food order since it took so long. About 10 min later only some of the drinks came out. About another 10 min later they brought out bread sticks and waters, yet no sign of the missing drinks. About 5 min later the salads and missing drinks came out. So about 40 minutes to get drinks. 1 person asked if they could get extra salad dressing on the side. When they brought out the big bowl of salad for the table, it had no dressing at all on it with a tiny bowl of salad dressing on the side. We then had to wait even longer for more salad dressing to come out so we could have an actual salad.
Food came out 15 minutes later. Someone in our party asked if they could have an extra side of meat sauce, cause the pasta came out with barely a tablespoon of sauce in it, and they never received it.
We never got soda refills and the dishes were not once cleared from the table. We had to keep stacking dishes so we have room to eat. No salt on the table either.

We came back again and it was even worse this time. Our apps came out with dinner (last picture). Our 2nd round of drinks came out after dinner. Diner took 1.5 hours to come out from the time we sat down. Our server made us order our own drinks on the ipad and stood there watching is order our own drinks. She also plopped the cheese grater on the table with no cheese in it and it fell into pieces and was unusable. Only the 1 soda that was ordered for the 2nd round of drinks came out and the alcohol never came. It did come out with the to go boxes and checks. I told the waitress at this point we are leaving and I do not want the drink and she argued with us to pay for the drink. I asked if she can call the manager and she all of the sudden said she guess she can just say she took it off and it will be on her. This made us pay for the drink cause she is a server; however, we should have never been charged for a drink that came out 30min late after checks and boxes came out.

I came to Olive garden for my birthday. I’m eating at Olive garden several times and really never had a bad experience. this time I had the bucatini which is a new pasta that they offer it is the same shape as spaghetti but a lot thicker with a hole down the middle which is what bucatini means small hole I had them mixed together the mushroom cream sauce and some of the five cheese marinara to make a pink sauce and it was out of this world! they will do that for you I had the shrimp on top and the unlimited salad and breadsticks. the one thing I will say the breadsticks dropped off a little bit they used to have a really good garlic herb dusting on top of them and now they’re just plain breadsticks that’s nothing really that big of a deal but they did taste a lot different. our waitress our waitress I think her name was Laura was fabulous she didn’t bother us too much as a matter of fact we kept her there laughing and talking but she came over enough so that we never needed anything we went to the to the collegeville Pennsylvania location

I went there the day before the 5th anniversary of my brother passing away in 2020. We had celebrated his last birthday at an Olive Garden. I didn’t expect to start crying. The female server treated me with compassion and like a queen. She was one of the BEST servers I’ve EVER had! She made sure I had everything I wanted and needed before I even asked. She even took time to listen to me talk about my brother.

I recently visited the Collegeville Olive Garden, and it was a great experience! The Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara was creamy and flavorful, with perfectly cooked shrimp and tender chicken. The red sauce spaghetti was a classic, with a rich and tangy sauce that complemented the pasta beautifully. The fried shrimp were crispy and delicious, and the house salads with their signature dressing were a refreshing start to the meal. Plus, the soup was hot and comforting. Service was friendly and attentive, making for an enjoyable dining experience overall. Highly recommend for a satisfying Italian meal!

Food: salad is a generic includes croutons and onions. I could do without. But cannot not customized.
Rolls warm and delicious.
Chicken parm was okay, the breading was a little over cooked, but edible.
Portion is large. They do not have small portions for dinner.
Prices are not that bad. Plenty of parking all around.
Left about a little after 5pm, there was a backlog of people waiting.
Worth exploring!

First time at the Olive Garden, collegeville location. Tara the bartender is the best! The food was excellent, but it was her outstanding service and great conversation that truly made the experience spectacular. I’ll definitely be back soon!

We’ve been to this Olive Garden as a family three times now and each time it has been consistently good. You always get what you expect in the service was really good this last time. They’re very accommodating for larger groups which is convenient.

Worst Olive Garden experience ever. Wanted to go to some place with set expectations. I don’t know if it was thanksgiving eve or what but worst service ever. We didn’t got bread for longest time. When I asked about it they said it will be coming soon. We order lemonade, something came but not sure what and they forgot to give the second drink. And we didn’t got that drink or anything to eat till 45 mins we been in. Then we got the free welcome bread and 5 min later the first drink ordered by my partner. Then food came god knows when. It took us 2 hrs and we didn’t finish the food as we our hungerness vanished by drinking water and bread. The food didn’t taste rich either. Not sure if I will go back to this Olive Garden again, we will see.

Even though the food was meh in terms of quality or uniqueness, it 100% satisfied our desire of comfort food and olive garden breadsticks.
The waitress we had as well was fantastic! Smiling and happy. I got the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks, and definitely worth what I paid because of the experience she provided for us.
9/10 would recommend this Olive Garden over others. The food was actually fresh! The only thing was it echoes quite loud in the resturant, prehaps some wall sound foam or more decorations would do the trick in certain rooms!
