We came to have a simple dinner to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and that was a bad idea. We were sat pretty quickly, then it was all downhill from there. A host took our drink order never to return. 20 min after being sat we were finally greeted by an our server Emily, who seemed flustered. When we ordered, all seemed fine that is until that is when the salad arrived, it was mostly croutons, no tongs and no breadsticks. When we finally got her attention and asked for breadsticks and a refill of salad we were told there was no more salad. Emily was rushed and seemed to be agitated by our questions. My dad wanted to order a meal to go and received attitude and then decided against it due to her attitude. Ultimately the service was lacking, food edible but not the best, and atmosphere let’s not even talk about it.
Sharon the manager did come to check in and I relayed the above and she got us a fresh salad, two desserts for my parents and amended the bill.
I still tipped but not as much if the night went well.

Good & Terrible experience…
Dirty silverware, when the server finally gave use a new set of silverware it didn’t look much better.
I request a glass of hot water to rinse our silverware in at the table in order to “feel” like I wasn’t eating someone else’s back-wash.
The soup got cold while I had to wait 5 minutes for a “spoon” after it was served and the dumplings were not cooked thoroughly.
No bread plates with the bread lol, had to them on the linen napkins.
Not to mention The bread was soooo salty we used the paper napkin they were served in to wipe all the excess salt to taste the bread; we waited for freshly baked without the salty-salt garlic seasoning, which was broughtout with the entrées..
What in the world is going on with the Olive Garden, this was my 2nd go at this location and the 1st wasn’t the best, but I figured it may have just been an off day.
I was with my Auntie who loves OG but even she couldn’t eat the salty bread.

I want to the thank my waiter Aidan. and the amazing Manager Ci Ci. I asked for no bacon as I don’t eat pork, and it came out with bacon. I started to eat and notice it. As I told the waiter he immediately went and got the manager and she apologized and took it off the bill. She ordered me a new dish and accommodated that as well. Although I had issues with my dish, I loved the customer service, the mannerisms, and accommodations. Thank you Aidan for your service and because of that I will be back! Give him a raise for his concern, his service, and politeness and willingness to help

I’ve always said that hospitality and service go hand in hand, and you need both in order to be successful. In an age where guests usually get one or the other (and sometimes neither), Jeni brought both to the table, literally and figuratively. She was warm, attentive, engaging, and anticipated our needs prior to us asking. She made us feel like we were here most important table, but, as I looked around her section, she treated everyone like that. And… that right there, what makes her one of the best. I hope she understands that her moments with each of her guests, including us, make an impact. Jeni, great job this evening. We hope to have you the next time we are in.

I haven’t been to Olive Garden in years, I noticed how they had to change the salad serving after the pandemic and it just works. The serving portion for the salad is very good, I had a shrimp and vegetable platter, chicken alfredo and breadsticks. My waitress was extremely attentive, I watched as she checked the tables for cleanliness and trash and the service was very good and we were served in a timely manner.

Great experience, our server Laney was awesome. The pacing of the food was great and fast 8 came into the restaurant starving and she took care of us . The breadsticks were a little hard the first time around but she remade them for us with no problem at all. And the salad was perfect so delicious, the lettuce was so crunchy and the dressing so tangy and tasty. We ended up eating two full salads just for two people. Overall, I was very satisfied with dinner last night.

This time, I ordered their Chicken & Shrimp Pasta, and it was perfection! The flavors were everything I expected from authentic Italian food! Must-Try Dishes-Chicken & Shrimp Pasta. The rich sauce coated the perfectly cooked pasta, and the tender chicken and juicy shrimp made every bite irresistible!

Went on Feb 24th around 630pm. Mind you, my husband doesn’t like going here because we always have an issue. I love their soup and salad so he suggested we go after years of turning it down. Our silverware was crusted with grime. Not just spots (I know that happens because I’ve served and bartended for years, but I polish it). I asked server for different silverware, host comes back, and it looks just as bad. I show the server again, and instead of finding clean silverware and polishing it, she asked if I wanted hot water to polish it myself. I noticed other reviews have said the same. I wasn’t going to write this review because server was nice, but I think I was in shock and didn’t want to embarress her. At that point, I wanted to leave but we already ordered a Kids Meal. Soup and salad was great as usual but my husband’s Ravioli Carbonara was so cheesy it was inedible (and we love cheese), and my daughter hated the pizza. That I can get past though. What blows my mind is asking a customer if they want to polish their own silverware. 1.) Where’s the manager making sure silverware is polished, and if clearly dirty, having BOH rewash? 2.) If staff is this unaware, I wonder about back of house.
This is bad management and like I said, there always seems to be an issue when we go. I always tip more than 20%. Not this time. For the first time ever in my life I wanted to leave no tip.
We definitely won’t be back.

1st drink was a Spiked Strawberry Lemonade, 2nd drink was a Sicilian Sunset. He said they were ok, nothing exciting.
Salad was good & fresh, a bit dry. I know you can always ask for extra dressing but I feel like extra should just be brought to the table.
Chicken & Gnocchi Soup (aka chicken & dumpling) you have to be a fan. We were trying it just to try it but the texture of gnocchi is too mushy. The cream soup base is not bad a little bland so red pepper flakes & black pepper was added.
I had the Chicken Parmigiana, extra marinara sauce, extra cheese etc. I really enjoyed the spaghetti, cheese nicely melted my only gripe is the two chicken breast vs the one they use to have. I could only eat one of them because the other patty wasn’t fully cooked.
My date had the Lasagna Classico, extra meat sauce, extra cheese etc. Seasoned nicely, cheese perfectly melted. He said it was very good.

I’ve been to so many Olive Gardens and this one is the worst. I came here twice and wanted to give it another chance. The first time the portion sizes for all my dishes was terrible and the containers were not even half full. This time I ordered a chicken and gnocchi soup there was NO gnocchi not even one piece and the container was less than full. Waste of money. The food quality is not good either. I will not be back at this location.
Olive Garden has a good buy one take one deal going on so I will have to find a different location. The take out process was easy. You check in via phone while you are there and they quickly bring your food out.
