It was my wife’s first time eating at Olive Garden. She said the service was impeccable, and she loved all the good. I also loved everything.

A very neat, family-friendly italian restaurant. I enjoyed being served there on a trip to Pennsylvania. We had spaghetti with meat sauce and shrimp scampi, which were really delicious. Buttery bread stick was also available. We were lucky to get a table as soon as we arrived, so we didn’t have to wait, as there was a long line in and out of the restaurant when we came out. The restaurant is in a very good location with free parking. Very busy and popular restaurant with young friendly staff.

The food wasn’t that great in my opinion, I ordered the creamy mushroom sauce pasta with crispy chicken. It didn’t have any flavor, it tasted like it was cooked mushrooms and they added cream and didn’t cook both together so it was pretty plain. There is nothing amazing about the bread sticks, I would rather pay for something tastier. Not the experience I was looking for but I also have higher expectations than most people because tasty food is important to me. Also, the look of the plate matters when you go to a restaurant, it shouldn’t look like it was thrown in a plate.

We were here on June 21st 2025. We stopped in for our first meal as husband and wife, after getting married that day. We showed up still in our wedding clothes and were immediately congratulated by every staff member who saw us. We were seated very quickly and our server was Nolan. He was an absolute delight! He had us laughing and enjoying our meal, while still making sure we had everything we needed. We greatly appreciate his service that day on what was obviously a busy day but he still made sure our meal was delicious and our drinks full. We had such a wonderful time for our first meal as husband and wife ans greatly appreciate the staff of this location for their efforts in helping that along.

Positive: The waitress Kayla was amazing and very knowledgeable with the menu. We informed her we had only 45 min to eat. She was very attentive but at the same time fast. The food was delicious and great seasoned.
Bathroom: was very clean and well maintained.

Let me start off this review by starting with the positive.
The staff are very sweet and friendly. From the host and hostess that greets you, to the server, food runner, and bussers.
Ok.
That’s where the positivity ends.
I’ve been going to Olive Garden for over 20 years now, and have dined at 6 different locations.
I have my special spots for authentic Italian food, but at times, Olive Garden will do it.
However, on this occasion, this Olive Garden, was the absolute worst dining experience of the last 2 decades.
The minestrone soup was decent, the chicken and gnocchi was slightly better.
The salad was fine, but the breadsticks were extremely salty.
And this would be a normal occurrence.
The Chicken Marsala Fettuccine was tasty, but extremely salty.
The Shrimp Scampi was decent, but too oily and salty.
The Spaghetti with the homemade sauce was the only non-salty dish, if anything, a little bland.
The Seafood Alfredo was good, probably the best entree of the evening.
Now. For over 20 years, my go to has always been, the Tour of Italy. However, as you can tell by the photo, the portions were outrageously small.
I’ve never seen a smaller Tour of Italy. It more like “Walking a Block in Italy”
The chicken parmigiana was dry and hard. The alfredo was overcooked and hard, and the lasagna was lifeless.
Overall, it seems the cooks took Gordon Ramsay’s words “there’s not an ounce of seasoning” a little too close to heart.
If it wasn’t for the saltiness of the food, I would say the dining experience wouldn’t have been so bad.
And on top of this, the server, unfortunately, forgot my wife’s order. So by the time it came out, the rest of the group was already finished with their meals. So after one bite, she packed it up and just took it home.
For the amount of money, including tip that I forked over, I was extremely dissatisfied with our experience.
Should have gone to Burger King like my kids asked.

Christian was an amazing waiter! He was so patient with the 6 kids that we had at our table of 9! Service was amazing! Atmosphere was calm, friendly and relaxing! Food was good but some entrees were salty. Kids and adults enjoyed themselves!

The fried calamari and mozzarella stixs were delicious!! Highly recommend. The shrimp scampi was very good!! The angel hair was cooked perfectly. The tour of Italy was a bit disappointing. The chicken parm was overcooked and little sauce, the Alfredo was ok, and the lasagna was overcooked and very dry. We had serious issues with our server Dylan, but the managers Memphis and Levi were all over the problem provided excellent customer service!!! They both made the experience. Because of them, I would go back and try again.

Holy moly, I ended up coming back tonight because I forgot my Take Home Entree and was treated so nicely when I came back to grab it. They offered me water while I waited and also threw in a salad on the house. Super friendly and amazing atmosphere. Will 100% be coming back and telling people to come to this Olive Garden
