Although the server was friendly, the service was slow and we needed to remind her of a couple items which she had forgotten. I ordered the cheese ravioli and salad. Although the ravioli was a good portion size, both seemed on the salty side for me, which is unusual. My husband ordered the Chicken Margherita- the portion size was smaller. For dessert we shared the Black Tie Mousse Cake, which was wonderfully light and delicious.

We had a lovely dinner at this Olive Garden! They were absolutely slammed with it being Valentine’s Day, but all the host(s) & servers etc were so gracious about the longer wait times. You could tell they were well prepared & doing their absolute best to handle the crowd! Our waitress was very attentive, and she deserves a shout out, although I can’t remember her name! The food was amazing, as always.

Came in at 9 PM. They close at 10PM. Soups were cold and at the bottom of the barrel so we asked for fresh and the manager said late night is “different” so they’re not allowed to make us fresh food and we were only allowed to eat cold soup. She said my spaghetti was cooked to order, which it was terrible and straight mush. I almost threw up. 2 people in my party paid for soup and salad and the manager didn’t offer them ANY discounts or other hot food. Felt like she just wanted us gone. Will not be returning to this location. Managers DO BETTER!!!
Plus.. they pushed out all my favorite servers. Says more about management than I even need too.

This is shared as respectful and honest feedback about our experience this evening.
We joined the waitlist and checked in when we arrived. It said we had a 40-50 min wait. It took us about 25 minutes to find parking, which we didn’t mind since we were already on the list. After waiting another hour and a half, we went inside to check on our status. At that point, we had been waiting close to two hours total.
When we spoke with the hostess, Haley, her tone felt very abrupt and impatient. We were told they had stopped taking people from the waitlist and that there were still 20 parties ahead of us. I asked why those on the waitlist weren’t notified, and she responded curtly that “we don’t have a button for that.”
I completely understand that busy days can be stressful, and we always try to be gracious with staff. However, the lack of communication and the dismissive interaction made the experience frustrating and disappointing. Clear updates and a kinder tone would have gone a long way.
I’m sharing this in hopes it helps improve communication and guest experience for others in the future.

Today my friend and I went to Olive Garden. We had the most extraordinary server! His name is Brady! He was was knowledgeable of the food! He was very accommodating, most of all, very genuinely pleasant and full of smiles. He went above and beyond! The manager was also very kind! Brady we will back on your spring break from college! We had a really great experience at this location. Our server I wish I got her name was very friendly and attentive. The service was on the ball, especially with a younger audience we were able to get our food quick with no complaints. The restaurant was also very clean and the location is super convenient.

My wife and I visited this particular Olive Garden the other night for one of our date night’s that we regularly partake in when we do not have the kids. Before we went she, my wife that is called ahead due to the fact the website said that was what you were supposed to do when it said there was a wait. When she did it told her that there was no wait and she did not have to. We then left and were there in about 15 minutes. Once we arrived there were multiple people in the waiting room waiting to be seated which was funny considering the web site informed us that there was no wait. My wife then walked up to the front desk and she was greeted by one of the very pleasant young ladies there who informed her that there was a 30 minute wait which once again funny because we were informed that there was no wait lol. Luckily for us it did only take 30 minutes though just like they said and once we were seated the meal was great and exactly what I would come to expect from most of the Olive Garden restaurants that we have been to. The waiter “Michael” the one with the pony tail and the beard not the one with the big head of curly hair not that he wasn’t a good water to but I want to make sure I specify, promptly came to our table and took our order which we were ready to give to him considering we had a half and hour to figure out what we wanted. The salad, bread sticks and dipping sauces that we ordered came in a timely fashion and we had just enough time to finish them before our meal came which was nice because that is a pet peeve of mine. The food was great the service and the server was and were even better. All in all the wife and I had a great time and enjoyed our Olive Garden experience. Thank you to Olive Garden and mike for a good time.

My spaghetti and meatballs were burnt. I’m not sure how they burned the sauce, but they did it. Meat balls were burnt on one side too. Probably the first bad meal I had at Olive Garden. We had time constraints so I didn’t bother to say anything.

Olive Garden used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but not anymore. The moment I walked in, the place had a smell like an old museum or even a roach-like odor. It instantly made me feel like the food wouldn’t be fresh, and unfortunately, that’s exactly how it tasted. Couldn’t enjoy the meal at all. Very disappointing experience.
