Recommended. It was exactly as expected. The Zuppa Toscana, salad and bread sticks were hot, crisp, and fresh. Well…I sent a couple breadsticks back. The spaghetti with meat sauce and added sausage were delicious. The decor is dated. The furniture falling apart. My server kept on top of things and was friendly, I believe her name was Karla.

We arrived at 1:30 and were seated almost immediately with no reservation. The server took a few minutes to arrive and even longer to return with drinks, then came the salads, which were just as tasty as they always were but it was 25 minutes or so before they arrived, then we didn’t get our entrées till 1 hour and 30 minutes after we arrived. When asking the waitress and manager why it was such a long wait, we got two contradicting answers. The waitress said she put our entrées orders in right after the salads. The manager said the waitress didn’t put it in till 1 hour 10 minutes after we arrived. The waitress offered a free desert for the wait, but we weren’t going to be getting dessert either way so that didn’t mean much to us. The manager claimed the restraunt was very busy but as you can see in the pictures it was pretty empty. It seemed like he was gaslighting us. It us. Very poor experience. Previously, I rated this place 4 stars, but today’s service was 1 star. I’m not sure if we’ll be back after that one. It’s fine to have a wait if you’re busy, but that’s not what happened today.

My wife and I visited this particular Olive Garden the other night for one of our date night’s that we regularly partake in when we do not have the kids. Before we went she, my wife that is called ahead due to the fact the website said that was what you were supposed to do when it said there was a wait. When she did it told her that there was no wait and she did not have to. We then left and were there in about 15 minutes. Once we arrived there were multiple people in the waiting room waiting to be seated which was funny considering the web site informed us that there was no wait. My wife then walked up to the front desk and she was greeted by one of the very pleasant young ladies there who informed her that there was a 30 minute wait which once again funny because we were informed that there was no wait lol. Luckily for us it did only take 30 minutes though just like they said and once we were seated the meal was great and exactly what I would come to expect from most of the Olive Garden restaurants that we have been to. The waiter “Michael” the one with the pony tail and the beard not the one with the big head of curly hair not that he wasn’t a good water to but I want to make sure I specify, promptly came to our table and took our order which we were ready to give to him considering we had a half and hour to figure out what we wanted. The salad, bread sticks and dipping sauces that we ordered came in a timely fashion and we had just enough time to finish them before our meal came which was nice because that is a pet peeve of mine. The food was great the service and the server was and were even better. All in all the wife and I had a great time and enjoyed our Olive Garden experience. Thank you to Olive Garden and mike for a good time.

Awesome experience! I would highly recommend, ask for Andrew. He was a wonderful and funny waiter. He was on top of everything and never left our table without making us laugh. He was the highlight of our experience. He for sure deserves a raise!

Had a really nice lunch here with my husband. We didn’t have to wait for a table, our server was friendly and regularly stopped by our table to see if we needed refills on anything, and our food was very good & arrived at our table promptly. The endless soup, salad, and bread sticks is my favorite go-to order & was a perfect choice for a rainy day. The bread sticks were very fresh, but had a little bit more garlic salt than I’m used to. Otherwise, we were really happy with our lunch!

I’ll never in my black American life go back to this location. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because my waitress Paris was awesome. She was very sweet and helpful. This is not about her! This is about the blonde older woman who was at the door. Maybe the bleach was getting to her brain but whatever the case may have been she was rude. I usually dine alone but I do not like sitting at the bar. Especially when the place is not packed. The seats are close at the bar and when I’m out I prefer to be have my own space. Anyway, after I declined her offer to sit at the bar she gave me a quick stare like she was annoyed. She never even greeted me (I forgot to add that), she didn’t tell me to follow her, she grabbed the menu and silverware then put it on the table. Again, she didn’t say “your waitress will be here shortly” or nothing at all. She walked off and went back to the front. Her coworker was there when she walked back so I assumed she told her about me not wanting to sit at the bar. They both looked back and me simultaneously. Throughout my meal she continued to glance back at me. The whole thing just made me uneasy and I’ll never return to that location. I hate that I didn’t get her name but I hope she happens to read this. I would love for her to know that you chose that job. If you are going to act that way because you can’t get your way. Maybe you need to change careers! I work in the medical field and have been for over 17 years. I have never and would never make anyone feel uncomfortable. I hope you find peace.

I have been to this Olive Garden numerous times to eat with a group of my work colleagues for meetings because it is close to our office; however, their management is RUDE and DIFFICULT to work with for no good reason. They DO NOT take reservations, even when we are requesting for a private space to accommodate 6-10 guests. They previously made me call early on the day I wish to dine in, and arrive early to wait for the rest of my group to be able to use the private room. This is not ideal, but I have done what is necessary to secure a location for lunch for our meetings. Everything previously has always ran smoothly; we would order, eat, get our work done, pay, and leave. We are in no way a burden to the staff or a demanding group.
