After driving 4 hours from Canada, my family and I arrived at Olive Garden extremely hungry, and the experience could not have been better.
We were seated right away, which was a HUGE relief after a long drive. Our server, Devonte, greeted us immediately and delivered incredible customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. My son said “he’s got aura” Lol
The food came out quickly, everything was fresh and delicious, and the entire experience was too notch.
We will definitely be back, and we’ll absolutely be requesting Devonte again. Super solid dude, and great at what he does!

Went here while on work trip. The tortellini was microwaved! You can tell buy the texture and the cheese. I only eat this Entree I’ve eaten at olive garden for 10 years and only eat this and obviously customize it with shrimp instead of chicken. The server was amazing ! Fire the chef

The food was great. The server was very polite, checked on us regularly, brought us our food and drinks shortly after ordering. The reason I did not give 5 stars to service is b/c when we 1st arrived we had to wait for someone to get to the greeter station & their was no sign to let us know to wait to be seated or anything. We got the tour of Italy & shrimp scampi i believe it was called plus an appetizer that was like little breaded rolls w/ a bunch of different cheeses inside it. It was a little 2 cheesy for my liking but it was not bad. Got turamusu & some kind of chocolate cake that were both very good. The food was delicious. They gave us boxes & a bag to take left overs & our to go order home in. Was definitely worth the $ spent & I would go there again!! Definitely recommend going there.

Love the selection, consistency, and great service. Atmosphere is good if you eat in (not too formal or casual). The pricing is not bad either, especially if you consider the endless soup/salad/bread for lunch (~$10), and the add-on take home & reheat entrees (+$6) that can be found on website when ordering a meal (3 choices). The staff is always well dressed, friendly, and helpful. Longtime customer, and it remains a reliable and favorite choice for us.

2 of the 3 dishes we ordered were perfect and yummy but the 3rd dish was luke warm. It still tasted ok but would have been perfect if it was hot!! The waitress was good and friendly but never came back to the table to ask how are meal was if everything was ok, because we would have asked them to heat it up! Also we were surprised by how crappy the salad was this time lots of big white bitter pieces!!

I’m writing this for the experience me and my lady had here tonight on 1-23-26. We have been to this location many times over the past few years,some good experiences, and some utterly bad. Tonight,not only was our food great but we had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman by the name of Enie (our waiter). Of all the wait staff we had before, this guy was by far the best! Not even for a minute did we have to wait for refills of drinks,salad or breads breadsticks because this guy was on top of it. He made it a point to have conversation with us that was genuine and comical and that says alot about a person who takes their job to heart. I spoke with the manager to commend this guy because previous experiences have been not as pleasant or welcoming. Food was great tonight,kudos to the folks in the back making olive garden taste like olive garden again even if it was just for this visit!

I’ve been here many times and usually go yearly for my birthday, nothing too fancy. This was also my birthday and we went for dinner on the 10th around 7pm. Usually the experience is great, however this time I received my food which was chicken alfredo and there was a long black curly hair right on top! I politely told the waitress and she said they would remake it, she came back after talking to the manager and said they would not charge it on the bill. I didn’t even ask for the free desert and opted to pay for the desert as we were under the assumption my chicken alfredo would be complimentary on the bill. When we received the bill we questioned the waitress because we were charged twice for the dish and she said yes because I requested it be remade and that is standard for them to charge me twice for the dish. I was quite surprised as I only requested it be remade because someone else’s hair was in my food and it could not possibly have been mine as my hair is red. I would not have even asked for it to be remade and would have simply asked them to take back the dish and not charge me at all as I had not even touched the food if I had known we would have to pay twice for it. I pointed it out right after she had sat the dish down. Very poor service if you are normally expected to pay twice for the same meal because they messed up.

We went this Saturday for lunch. I had to work at 4:00 so we got there about 2:45. I work across the street so I figured getting there at 2:45 would not be bad. They were not busy at all. We got sat right away. We ordered right away. Our food took an hour to get to our table. I told the server at 3:40. Please bring us boxes when you bring our food because I have to work in 20 minutes. I mean really? I took two bites of my food and then I had to head to work. Not even a. I’m sorry for how long it took your food. Did they fly to Italy to get it? Very disappointed
