Our experience was beautiful. This was my first time trying Olive Garden. I had the crispy chicken Alfredo, and it was great. The portion was perfect. The portion of the salad was too much. I couldn’t even have a quarter of it. The service was great, the waitress was so professional she took our order and made sure everything was right till the end. The place was clean and quiet. We loved the self paying machine it also has some games for only $3, so we played while waiting for our food. Our only concern was the bathroom it was not clean and smelled too bad. We hope this changes because bathrooms are important.

The server was knowledgeable and accommodating with my gluten allergy and was very helpful. Food came out hot and delicious. 3 stars though, because as we were getting packed up and paying our bill, our server was talking to another server and said (quite loudly) “I have a test at home that I’ll take tonight but I’m sure it’s just the flu.” Wait, what? She should’ve saved that comment for the back of house instead of right next to our table. Yikes.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!!! My daughter and I were in Pittsburgh for a sports tournament that ended very late at night when most other restaurants were already closed. We arrived at Olive Garden very near closing and completely famished. Bonnie was WONDERFUL!!!! She was extremely friendly (even at that late hour), took our orders, made sure that we were comfortable as we waited and wished my daughter good luck for the following day. Our food was great and Bonnie took care of every small detail. This was exemplary customer service and we will definitely be back during our next tournament. ❤️❤️❤️

Party of four wait time was 45 minutes what is understandable on these unpredictable times… Dimitri was our server he was just amazing! He’s A+++ excellent service from him. Even with what looks he had a lot of tables everything was on time… all drinks refills, bread soups and plates was everything just great! Will recommend! Great first time experience at this location.

Worst place I’ve been in awhile service is mediocre at best the food is under medicore and the kiosk they have don’t function right so I would just make sure before you leave to check if you pay with the kiosk that you have a receipt so they don’t blame your server for the guest not paying their bill it’s happened several times where Olive garden is making your server pay for your bill when you use their kiosk and you fully don’t go through the system to make sure it’s paid.Way to go Olive garden not the way to treat your staff. The only good thing at This olive garden is the hostesses Patty and the other older ladies and the to go girl I believe her name is Ashley not sure but those four are the only saving grace in this place.

I haven’t been to an olive garden in a few years. I went with a family member and had a wonderful lunch. I thoroughly enjoyed the tortilleni I order. I also love their minestrone soup. I’m happy to see that they have several vegetarian options available. Their lunch specials are very affordable and there are many items to choose from. I’m happy to see that the quality of the food is the same that I remembered. Also the server we had was amazing! Keep up the good work!
