I don’t know why I dine here.
My last 3 visits, we have had an issue. I am going to review this time only but I am still rating this restaurant an overall 2 star.
I am not going to complain about the food, as we do order the same item when we visit.
It is your dessert this time.
We did come in for dinner with the knowledge that your pumpkin cheesecake was back.
What a disappointment when our waiter went to see if you had any at around 7 p.m. Really?
He returned and advised us it was frozen. For a price of $8.99 a slice, when we can get a whole pie for a few dollars more.

Our server was very nice. The food was great, as usual. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because, even though it wasn’t very busy when we were there, it took a long time for the food to come. However our server was great at checking in & refilling drinks & offering more salad & soup while we waited.

Seth was our waiter today on the bar side at a booth. I believe he may also be the bartender. All his tables had guest, and he was still very quick and responsive with us, and everyone else we saw him wait on. We just had waters, unlimited soup & salad, and my daughter had chicken alfredo. Our waters were always refilled without asking. And Seth offered to bring us more soup as soon as we were done with our bowls. He was always smiling and happy! I will definitely ask to be sat in his section the next time we are in. Thank you!!!

Our experience was beautiful. This was my first time trying Olive Garden. I had the crispy chicken Alfredo, and it was great. The portion was perfect. The portion of the salad was too much. I couldn’t even have a quarter of it. The service was great, the waitress was so professional she took our order and made sure everything was right till the end. The place was clean and quiet. We loved the self paying machine it also has some games for only $3, so we played while waiting for our food. Our only concern was the bathroom it was not clean and smelled too bad. We hope this changes because bathrooms are important.

I’m not sure if Olive Garden was having an off day or not. It seemed so anyhow. Food was terrible, service was substandard, the ambiance and decore was good. We were seated quickly. The service can be adjusted and worked on. I was there with a party of 4. I specifically went at 2pm so it wouldn’t be busy. It was not busy and service was still not good. The food was not good at all. Even if these are the flavors that they normally have, the quality of what they do have is not good. It’s not Italian dinning. If anyone is Italian and have grown up eating Italian their whole life, they will not like it. Thats why I was saying they may have been having an off day all the way around. However, I did email corporate and they did contact me. One of the management team also emailed me and also a phone call. We talked for quite a while. She was very apologetic and wanted to make dinning at OG the best it can be. She said she would discuss these issues with the management team and the staff. She put her all into the conversation and her job. It appeared that way to me. I will likely give them another chance to see if it were just an OFF DAY for them that day.

Have not been to Olive Garden since 2019 and boy, nothing has changed. The server had a good attitude even when the restaurant was full, however, service was horrible. After the soup/salad was brought to us, we did not see our server until the food was brought to us (maybe 20 min). Had to ask another server to get ours. When the food arrived, it was at room temperature. We did not say anything due to the extent of wait time and by that time, we just wanted to leave. As3ntuoned at the begining, nothing has changed but the price. Subpar food, negligible service and overpriced. Better local options that provide great service and food. No need to return.

Party of four wait time was 45 minutes what is understandable on these unpredictable times… Dimitri was our server he was just amazing! He’s A+++ excellent service from him. Even with what looks he had a lot of tables everything was on time… all drinks refills, bread soups and plates was everything just great! Will recommend! Great first time experience at this location.

We waited a half hour and the place was empty. They said they needed 2 waiters but we only had one. We were 6 adults and 4 kids. We were not asked if we wanted refills for anything drinks, salad or soup. They gave us a new waitress who was extremely sweet . The food was ok the pasta was over cooked in some and under cooked with hard pieces. The olive garden in Robinson twp. Was terrible. It’s the way the restaurant is being managed.
