Visited Olive Garden (260 Mall Blvd, Monroeville, PA) on Veterans Day 11/11/2025, and the experience was absolutely perfect. Olive Garden offered a complimentary meal from a special veterans menu, and I truly appreciated the gesture.
Service from Bailey M was excellent and friendly. My guest ordered the Tour of Italy ($22.49) and I had Spaghetti with Marinara and 3 Meatballs ($16.78), both served hot, fresh, and delicious. The famous salad and breadsticks were just as great as always.
Thank you to the management and staff for honoring veterans and making our visit memorable. Highly recommended!

Man – I’m not one to drop the hammer and especially on OG but they had a bad night. They forgot dressing on the salad, the zuppa was coldish and didn’t have it’s normal pizzaz.. I ordered the new dish with shrimp and steak….it came with no steak. They fixed everything (brought dressing, recooked the dish..etc).but man maybe it’s me. My wife and sons dishes were normal. The waiter was great – he held a smile and knew things were stacking up and I knew none of this was his fault. I’ll surely try again someday – these things happen and I’ll be back.

Such a lovely place. Everyone is so sweet and family like.. very friendly and they love treating their guests right which is very rare for a restaurant chain . I love their food – no doubt and they’re so conscious about allergies and dietary restrictions. Olive garden will always be our favourite restaurant for celebratory meals!

This was the 2nd time my husband and I order soup and breadsticks from Monroeville location and both times it has been awful. Big chunks of potatoes, sausage, and the end hard pieces of kale. Even though this one is the closest I will just drive to the greentree location or Robinson because this is unbelievable.

I’ve been to Olive Garden before and I’ve been disappointed everytime except for twice. This time was a win!!! They say your eyes eat first and here I wasn’t disappointed with the decor, looks a little out dated but nothing too crazy. I don’t know what happened but this food tasted like it was the first of the month and yall had BILLS to pay. All the compliments to the chef because I was speechless eating this food. I ate in complete silence. I wanted to eat more but I’ve been on a little weight loss journey so your girl could only manage two plates but boy was I happy. I came in for the bottomless pasta and I really had low expectations, I have never been so glad to eat my words LITERALLY. My waitress was nice too. The food was so good I forgot about the bread sticks but they came out. That Alfredo was amazing. This is what people mean when they say Olive Garden is good. For sure I will be back, I’ve been thinking about that Alfredo since and I haven’t stopped. $15.99 is killer for soup, breadsticks and pretty much any pasta you want. I also love those little mints they give you. Really looking forward to my next visit.

After being in the hospital all day today, neither me or my boyfriend felt like cooking. We ordered for delivery through the website and waited. Finally, I get a “delivered” notification, and yet we cannot find our food inside or outside of our apartment building. I call the driver and he just says “I do not speak English” so that’s a bust. I contacted uber eats hoping for a refund, but I was informed that they couldn’t help because it was actually a 3rd party delivery service/driver. They tell me to call the restaurant, so I do, and this is where the night gets better. The manager on duty who answered the phone was SO kind and lovely. Regrettably, I did not get her name, but she definitely deserves some recognition. She apologized immediately (even though it was definitely not her fault) and said she would refund my meal. Again, my boyfriend and I were exhausted and hungry, so while I did appreciate the refund, I also was kinda bummed. That is, until she offered to have our meals remade if we could come and pick it up. We agree! We rejoice! We are so happy to have food! She comped the replacement meals and even threw in a dessert. Honestly, I only expected a refund at the minimum, and I didn’t think the restaurant would even be able to do anything since it wasn’t on them that the driver seemingly disappeared with our food. But the manager went above and beyond and we are very grateful!!

Literally just ok. Hostess and our waiter were very polite, but it kinda ended there. The shrimp in my order was completely cooked from one side and was pretty rubbery at that point. The soup was very greasy and I had to wait in a spoon to eat it. The place needs cleaned pretty bad. The ledge around our booth (eye level), the fake olive plants, and the light fixture were all completely covered in dust.

Ordered delivery from the Monroeville Olive Garden tonight. We’ve lived in the area for over 10 years and have been to and also ordered delivery in the past. Tonight we had an error in our order that did affect each of our meals, however when we called in Steve the manager was very helpful and accommodating. We use delivery a decent amount and have been pretty screwed in the past with “resolutions” from the service. This was honestly the best experience we had with a restaurant that works with a delivery service and we really want to acknowledge Steve and Ty’aona for going above and making sure we got what we ordered. I will say this is a wonderful team and we will be 100% repeat customers! Thank you again for being just truly nice people!!
