Food was good. But portions have been really reduced! We were here a few months ago then again last week. We had the exact same dinners then and now. My daughter’s fettuccini and my shrimp carbonara did not cover the bottom of the bowl. It appeared like we got the kid’s meal. At least put the food in a smaller bowl to make it look like you are getting enough.

We always have a great experience here, but today was exceptional. Our server, Lexi (Alexis H) was fantastic. I have been in the guest service business for 30+ years and top notch service is hard to come by. She was amazing….friendly and attentive without making us feel rushed….just absolutely great!!!

I recently visited Olive Garden and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the service. The waitresses who assisted our table came across as rude and dismissive, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable. We felt rushed when ordering, and our questions were answered with short, unfriendly responses. I completely understand that restaurants can get busy and stressful, but kindness and professionalism go a long way in creating a positive dining experience. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it helps improve future customer service.

We had a wonderful visit celebrating Grandpa John’s 93rd birthday. The service was truly excellent—our server was attentive, friendly, and made the whole evening feel special.
The food was a mix of hits and misses, but the highlights were really standout. The salad and breadsticks were phenomenal as always, and the fried ziti appetizer was delicious. For dessert, the warm donuts were absolutely spectacular—one of the best parts of the meal.
For the entrée, the ravioli carbonara had great flavor, but it was a bit heavy and greasy for my taste. The Steak Gorgonzola fettuccine was also tasty, but the steak itself wasn’t phenomenal. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
All in all, we had a great time as a family celebrating a big milestone, and the excellent service and standout dishes made it a memorable night.

Our party of 8 got a special table closed off from the rest of the restaurant which was so nice and for a Friday night there was the most minimal wait. The food was so hot and delicious. Very pretty dining area and bar. This is was unlike any other Olive Garden we have been to! Every waitress and waiter was so nice and welcoming in the restaurant. We will be back for a wonderful dinner and experience soon!

I had the best experience at Olive Garden Mills! Our server, Kaden, was amazing. I accidentally ordered the wrong dish, and she exchanged it quickly with no extra charge and such a great attitude. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and will be asking for Kaden again!

This is still a great Olive Garden. It’s clean and service is always nice here. When we visited recently the food came out hot and fresh. It was a great experience. I tried a newer menu item, the chicken marsala fettuccine pasta. It was great and I definitely recommend it.

This is the best olive garden I have ever been too. The atmosphere is great. They give you a lot of food for what you pay for unlike other olive gardens. The waiter was very nice and helpful.

I got the Chicken Parmesan and it was horrible. The chicken was dry and the portions were so small for almost $20. The bread sticks were also dry and hard like they been sitting out. Their prices went up which I understand but their portions should not gey smaller! Give people what they pay for. Once we were done eating out waiter walked past our table 3 or 4 times seeing we were finished eating then they disappeared for at least 30 minutes. I almost got another waiter to help us get boxes and pay.

Very disappointed with our experience tonight. We sat down at our table around 6:15 and our waitress, E, was super quick at greeting us and getting our drinks/salad/soup which was awesome and faster than expected. It went downhill from there. She stood talking to another table in our section for at least 25 minutes straight. No exaggeration.
It took another 30 minutes before our plates of pasta came out of the kitchen. The inattentive service was mind boggling compared to where it had begun. We didn’t end up leaving the restaurant until 8:30. We each had a bowl of soup/salad and 2 plates of pasta which were good by the way but took entirely far too long for what little food was served.
