It’s my wife’s favorite spot to visit. The appetizers were excellent, especially the breadsticks—they were so good. The drinks, however, weren’t the best; they didn’t seem to be mixed quite right. Our waiter, Justin, was fantastic—great attitude and no issues with his service at all. The main dishes came out at different times, which was a bit disappointing, but after we mentioned it, the manager kindly gave us a discount on our bill, which we really appreciated.

Went tonight for my mother in law’s birthday, and our server was BEYOND AMAZING!! (EMILY) She was the most enthusiastic and energetic person I’ve ever met in the restaurant business. She was so nice and helpful, she made us feel right at home and made our time there even more enjoyable!! Great Energy and such a happy person to be around!!

So much for take-home fine dining. Got the tour of Italy the chicken Parm was a dried out sanding walk and my salad was a two-tone color green and brown. What a disappointment.

The front parking lot was a little full but we were able to find parking relatively quick, there was no wait time for booth seating, the food was delicious and my daiquiri was just right. Wonderful experience!

We entered this Olive Garden to wrap up birthday celebrations for me. Upon entering we were greeted and almost immediately taken back to be seated but the table was miscommunicated to the hostess as ready. We were told it would be a few minutes. A few minutes then turned into at least 20 minutes. I went to the hostess stand after watching other people with similar sized parties get seated before us to remind them we were still here. The hostess apologized and said she would figure it out. We overheard another customer who was seated and not served or acknowledged. Another ten minutes passed and we were finally seated. Once seated we waited for our waiter who walked by us MULTIPLE TIMES and made eye contact and still did not speak or acknowledge us. We went over another 10-15 mins without contact with anyone. My two friends went to find a manager who promised to serve us the whole visit and apologized. Her name was Abigail and she was great in terms of ordering and getting us our items in a timely manner alongside Dom who turned into our server.
We were told our soups would be a few minutes as it was a new batch being made. We received the soups and mine was lukewarm and friend’s was cold. When I told Abigail she took the feedback and communicated that this would not occur again. When leaving my friend went to take a sip out of a water refill and saw particles in her water (see picture). We told Abigail this. No part of our meal was comped. All we received was an apology and a thank you for understanding.
As young college students, we are used to the preconceived idea that many restaurant staffs may have about us not tipping and us acting up like dumb teens. I can confidently say my group of 5 20-something college students are not the “typical” ones who do not tip and act a fool. Unfortunately, this was a time we did have to not tip. I feel as we faced some type of age discrimination or bias to our group. We saw another table with adults older than us ask for the manager and share their concerns and they received a gift card and sent along their way. The least we deserved was something along the same lines as we were forgotten and ignored for well over an hour, fed cold soup and given disgusting water. We will never return.

Easily one of the best Olive Garden visits I’ve had, and I’ve been to quite a few locations, including this one before! The food today was extra flavourful and honestly just hit the spot in the best way. Every bite tasted like it was made with a little extra love. And our waiter was incredibly kind and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. 10/10… I would happily come back to chase those flavours again!

I ordered steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. There is NO GORGONZOLA CHEESE OR BALSAMIC ON THIS. It was extremely dry. Unacceptable, incomplete dish.
