It was my first time at Olive Garden and it was a great experience! Bread and drinks were always prompted refilled and the food was warm and very tasteful! If it were closer I would come here more often because I had a great time my second visit as well.

Absolutely horrible service, went to Olive Garden today with 4 of my family members. Was crammed into a 4-seater table with 5 people and then was serviced by a waitress that very obviously had too much to do for one person. Three of us got minestrone soup and two of us got salad alongside that. The soup was like tainted water, separating obviously from the broth like it was intentionally diluted. Then our second salad bowl for BOTH PEOPLE were only filled no more than 2 inches from the bottom of the bowl. The only thing honorable about our trip was the check being covered by manager Frankie. We walked out after bringing this to the manager’s attention, not even bothering to wait for our entrees to arrive with this slop.

Everything was just fabulous. The prices are amazing considering how much food you get and all of it is really good. From the appetizers, the endless delicious bread all the way to the dessert, nothing was less than great and well presented. We had a very thoughtful waiter helping us out and the food got to our table in very nice timing as well. Just perfection. An extra point to the nice music and games they had on the tablet at the table, it made our dinner not only delicious, but fun!

Today is the end of my first week of class. My friend and her sister decided to have lunch at olive garden afterwards. Victoria greeted us and was very kind. She led us to our table where we met Carol. She was an awesome waitress and made sure to answer all our questions. She was very attentive and easy to talk to. The crispy chicken was great btw! Both ladies were amazing with their customer service, would come back.

I frequent many food establishments in the tri state area. I’ve never experience anything like the service provided here. The waitress Kim was always accessible and for the most part did what we were going to ask WITHOUT us asking! She was knowledgeable about certain dishes and made excellent recommendations. The bar tender who made our drinks was new but made drinks like a seasoned veteran. My wife and I were totally blown away by the service provided here. The General Manager was extremely friendly as well and needs to.be commended for creating an excellent work atmosphere for her employees to thrive in. If you ever are in the area please stop in and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Make sure to ask if the waitress Kim is on!

I been to this restaurant before and today I had a very disappointing experience at Olive Garden in Deptford, NJ. The service was not good at all. Our server was rarely around and seemed too busy to check on us. Meanwhile, the server for the table next to us kept coming by to ask how everything was and was much more attentive, which made us feel completely overlooked.
My son did not like the pasta we ordered, and we tried to find our server so we could order something else for him, but she was nowhere to be found. After several minutes, we finally saw her, but she was too busy taking care of other customers and still did not come over to help us.
The food itself was also disappointing. The taste was not good, and the soup was only warm, not hot. To make things worse, the person who came from the kitchen to drop off our food didn’t even smile, just placed the food on the table and walked away. At that time, our table was messy, and she didn’t offer to clear any plates or bring napkins—she simply left.
I spent around $60, and overall it was not a good experience at all. Between the poor service, lack of attention, and food quality, this visit did not meet expectations.

It may not be like Mama’s Italian food, but it’s pretty darn good! We love the selection the menu presents, the salad, the soup and the seasonal specials are always fun. Servers are always pleasant and do a great job.

I told the server I had a dairy allergy and he was great, even brought me my own basket of unbuttered bread.
I learned during a past visit that they probably put parmesan in the breading so I got grilled chicken and pasta with marinara sauce. It was delicious.
It’s very reassuring to know I can go here with my family and enjoy a safe meal with them.
