This specific Olive Garden is exceptionally hospitality-forward, accommodating even somewhat outlandish customer requests. In one instance, they served patrons coming in mere minutes before close. Later, they sold overstock wall decor to diners who found it visually appealing and inquired. Incredible customer service.

My family and I recently had dinner at the Olive Garden on NJ-23 in Wayne, NJ, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly, even though the restaurant was quite busy. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially with our kids, which made us feel comfortable and welcome.
We started with the classic soup, salad, and breadsticks—always a favorite.
Everything was fresh and flavorful, and our server made sure we were well taken care of. I had the Chicken Alfredo, which was rich and creamy, while my wife enjoyed the Eggplant Parmigiana. The kids loved their pasta dishes and even shared a dessert.
The atmosphere was cozy and family-friendly, but due to how busy it was, the area where families with kids were seated could have used a bit more sweeping and cleaning. It wasn’t terrible, just something we noticed.
Despite that minor issue, the food and service were excellent, and we had a great time. It’s a solid choice for a casual family dinner, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the mood for Italian comfort food.
