Not fond of their pasta. I love the apps and soup, salad, and breadsticks. I wish I recalled our servers name. She was the best and made our lunch extra special.

My kids have been begging to visit this location. While the food was good, I mean we just had your typical pasta, soup, salad and breadsticks- the service could use improvement. Server didn’t come check on us often nor give us the additional orders we had requested. There are better choices for food in the area I would say!

Worst experience i came here all the way from providence rhode island figured me and my loved one would have a amazing date night out unfortunately it fell sort from that we both ordered eggplant parm and meatballs both our orders was messed yo our eggplant was raw and our meatballs was cold to the touch. The pasta was all mixed which is not what i asked for its like they ran our of food This is very unacceptable and shouldnt be serving anyone cold food. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the food and service.

I’m not one to complain however, this was genuinely one of the most awkward and frustrating dining experiences I’ve had.
From the moment we sat down, our server repeatedly came to our table 4–6 times within about 30–45 seconds of each visit asking if we were ready to order. Each time, we politely said we needed a moment. Instead of giving us space, she kept returning and eventually laughed and joked about us not being able to decide, making it feel like our fault for needing normal menu-reading time. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
When we finally ordered, there was confusion about the soup/salad option that comes with the entrées. We were under the impression that each guest could choose individually, but the server insisted the entire table had to choose the same option. She said she would “go ask,” and came back claiming that yes, everyone had to get the same thing—which is not how this has worked in the past and felt incorrect.
From there, service continued to decline:
•Our waters were never refilled
•We had to ask for a breadstick refill
•We ordered the $6 bottomless dipping sauce, which was forgotten entirely and only brought after we asked—then never refilled
•When the soups arrived, one was wrong and the other was spilled all over the bowl
•Our entrées were lukewarm at best, and one dish was noticeably dried out, as if it had been sitting for a long time
To top it off, no manager ever checked on our table, despite multiple visible issues with service and food quality.
This experience felt rushed, disorganized, and frankly uncomfortable from start to finish. Olive Garden is supposed to be a relaxed, predictable dining experience—this was the complete opposite. We left disappointed and frustrated, and won’t be returning anytime soon.

Has to be the WORST Olive Garden we’ve ever been to. The food took forever, to be served microwaved Pizza for my daughter, I guess a Celeste special. Both spaghetti and fettuccine were old previously cooked that was reheated and sauce added. You can tell by the color of the noodles. The breaded chicken was hard and dry. The mashed potatoes looks like it was a sponge cake cooked on Mars. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere….. You’ve been warned. It’s also not busy.

Absolutely delighted by my visit to this Olive Garden! Undoubtedly, it ranks as the most impressive one. The good was outstanding, complemented by impeccable service. The restaurant itself was clean, from the dining area to the restrooms. short waiting time, and the dishes arrived promptly without compromising on quality. Without a doubt, if my travels bring me back to this area, I would happily come again.

We had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden in Waterford, CT. We had nine people in our party including several children. Dezi and Dayana were our servers and they did an excellent job. They were very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and well prepared. We called ahead of time with the size of our party and Olive Garden had our table all prepared when we showed up. Thank Olive Garden for the tasty food and wonderful service.

Use to be a nice place to eat but over the years this place has declined. The quality and taste of the food and the ingredients they use is not the olive garden I remember. The prices are just not worth what you get. The service was standard made us feel rushed to eat and leave. The only thing keeping this place alive is a lack of competition in the area for Italian cuisine.

Great food, steaks well cooked. The service was beyond expectation. Not only we had our waitress constantly checking in on us, but also a supervisor and the manager. Never experienced that dine in service back in Rhode Island or any other Olive Garden that we’ve been too. Definitely recommended for great food and service.

Stuffed Chicken Marsala was alright. My husbands steak overcooked. Bread sticks and Alfredo excellent. Salad and soup good. Waitress was very nice. Don’t like the pay at table system makes it seem like an Italian McDonald’s. Overall good job. Yes I tipped over 30% haven’t been in service industry in years. She didn’t seem happy with her Over $18 dollar tip?
