Our waitress was friendly. Food was good. Appeared fairly clean. Tons of parking. We went on a Monday for supper and it was not busy at all. The bread is very salty so I wasn’t a fan of it.

Went for lunch with my best friend, and food came quick ordered my drinks and food at same time. We both ate our soup and pasta and as soon as our waiter came back and forced the payment machine in our face and told us to pay mind you we still had foot on our plates. Maybe were in the restaurant for like 5 minutes tops. We were told to pay and then weren’t even asked if we wanted to take to go the rest of our meals. Just given to go drinks not even asked if we wanted a refill of drinks or anything. We paid because we felt we didn’t have an option and then were given our chocolates and to go drinks which I have never been offered ever and rushed out of the restaurant. Mind you it wasn’t even that busy at the restaurant.

Had never been to an Olive Garden so had high hopes. The food was quite good actually. Was shown a little iPad to do stuff while we waited, atmosphere was ok, definitely a mix of everyone there. Food tasted good and was about the price you’d expect. Everything went well and probably would’ve rated higher except no one told us we had to pay to do anything on the iPad at the table. We were told it was just to use while we waited, no mention of being charged for it and nowhere on it did it say pay to play. Kinda ruined it a bit because we were not expecting extra charges on our bill and felt like we got scammed a bit to play. I don’t know if I’d return only because of that and felt a bit sneaky especially when we had mentioned we’d never been to an Olive Garden. ♀️

My wife and I went to have a much needed lunch date. I could tell we were going to be ignored from the moment we ordered the soup, salad, and breadsticks. It seemed like we were 2nd class citizens or something. Our waitress came back one time about 5 minutes after we received our first bowl of soup, but we obviouslyweren’tresdy for more. After that it was at least another 20-30 minutes and even then it was because my wife got up to use the restroom and the waitress apparently remembered us when she walked by her. Who knows how much longer it would have been. She never came back after about the bill or anything. I just used the kiosk. I do wonder how long we would have sat there. Some of the bowls of soup were loaded and others had almost nothing but broth. The food was okay, but overall a disappointing experience.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden in Bangor. Despite it being a Saturday, the wait was only around 15 to 20 minutes, which was reasonable. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall dining experience.
The comfort food at Olive Garden was delicious, and they also have a great kids menu. The added convenience of being able to pay at the table using their electronic device made the experience even better!

Very seldom do I leave a restaurant feeling this full, and have most of my entree left. We got the standard breadsticks and salad. (Their breadsticks are seriously amazing) and I got eggplant Parmesan with meatballs. My friend got the tour of Italy. We each got a couple of bites in, plates still hot, and we were stuffed. We got two helpings of breadsticks and one salad. For drinks, I got the blue something (it’s coconut Malibu and something blue lol) and he got a raspberry lemonade.
Our waitress Rebecca was super friendly, very attentive and just a delight.

Dinner was great. Our young waiter was awesome. We ordered two orders of the donuts to go to eat on our way home. We get on the road and start eating these and they were still doughy. I’m going to have to try and recook them to make them edible. For paying $18 for 2 orders and we couldn’t eat either. If we were local I would have gone back. But we live several hours away and we’re already 20 minutes away from the restaurant when this was discovered. Yuck.

Had a table of 5. Everyone ordered something different. Asked for the boat sauce, never received it til after the bread sticks were gone. When food came, one guest ordered a steak the waiter said I forgot the steak knife I will be right back. Never came back, asked three different people for a knife. We all had by then ate most of our food. The manager came over because my order had chicken in it which I didn’t order but I didn’t say anything about it. Had to ask for more bread sticks. I ordered food to go which was never put in, had to wait for that to be made. Didn’t receive bread sticks with the to go order. I ordered to cold meals and one hot. The one hot was in a tiny black container that only had about four bites in it, it was shrimp scampi. Needless to say we were all disappointed in the service which we received. I also told the waitress we were all paying separate. I had to get three different people to figure out the bill. It took more time trying to figure out the bill and getting a knife than anything.
